They got me right in and really did a great job on my mani/pedi. Reasonable prices. Clean.

They did an amazing job Helen did my nails, she was very gentle and made sure she wasnt hurting me. Ive gotten my nails done maybe 5 times and I have to say this is the best they have looked. Highly recommend and cant wait to get them re-done in two weeks!

The people are nice and the place is clean but they didnt do a good job. The gel top coat was bubbly and she didnt catch that my thumb nail and pinky nail had a big drippy glob of gel on them and when my nail dried under the lamps the drip made my nails look misshapen and lumpy. After two weeks my acrylic nails are separated from my nails and breaking off in chunks. I have been getting my nails done for 18 years and have never had them separate from my nails, they usually grow out and I can get them rebased, now I will have to pay someone to do a full set. I will not be going back, they also charged me way more than other salons.

I noticed that they never cleaned ANYTHING between customers- chairs/remotes for chair/ manicure stations/ nail dryers, nothing. That’s nasty without COVID, but much more concerning now. I saw 3 different people sit in same spot without any cleaning. Given the lady was rough on my feet and my daughter said the manicure lady kept pulling her hands really hard, we don’t go back. So many better places nearby.

I havent really been to that many nail places, but this experience was good. They have a large selection of services and polish. The ladies were a bit difficult to understand but thats not their fault, of course.The only reason for the 4 star review is that my top coat was uneven, so some polish has already chipped away. Even with that it still looks pretty good! I would absolutely go back 👍

Horrible service.... Went in for a color gel powder (shows the offer on their site) and the lady had no idea what it was. Another person had to explain it to her. They wouldn’t sand off my old color so they tried to cover it, putting 10 layers of gel on it to cover the old color causing it to be a big lump. I told her to take it off and just do a dark color. You can still see through it to the old design and there is remnants of the color under my nail, I asked if she could clean it with her tools and she barely even fixed it. Would not recommend.

Ty did a wonderful job on my pedicure!! I am particular as I have damaged nerves in my feet, and Im prone to ingrown toenails. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure with attention to detail, and the deluxe package we ordered for girls day was absolutely wonderful, they didnt skimp on the massage at all, plus sitting in massage chairs that worked... felt like a full-body spa day, very unexpected treat!! Very reasonable prices, and large selection of colors to choose from, too!! I will be back.

Was able to walk in without appointment and was helped right away. I got a deluxe manicure and pedicure. It was very relaxing and the nail technician was very good. She really took her time with the scrubs and massages. Probably the longest Ive ever had. It was very relaxing. Price was fair. Will definitely return.

I am in love with the Opi Hello kitty Shellac pink nail polish and Opi Hello kitty pink polish for my toes the 2 ladies did a wonderful job and made me happy when they told me to have a fun trip. Will come back soon

Very happy with my experience! Went to another nail shop and ended up not liking the shape of my acrylics and the color they talked me into. At Crystal Nails they fixed my nails and they look great! Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. I am definitely coming back here next time!

I had a great experience. Very natural looking and thin acrylic nails and they did a great job. Everyone is nice. My daughter has cerebral palsy so it’s hard to do her finger and toe nails, but they were awesome and really took care of both of us. I’ve tried several nail salons but this one is the best so far.

I stopped in for a shellac manicure because I had another errand in the same shopping center and thought it would be easier than going to my normal place. They got me in quickly though the tech barely acknowledged me and was a bit rude but nothing I would complain about normally. My nails looked great though the manicure itself was lacking. At the end she goes, Oh did you want lotion and then rubbed lotion on my hands for about 10 seconds and then I had to ask her to file down some rough edges. Again nothing I would normally complain about. However, she cut my cuticles so rough. Multiple times I flinched and she just looked at me and then continued. By the time I got home I had multiple cuticles that were sore, red and inflamed and one that was actually bleeding. This has never happened to me before and I was surprised at how rough she was. More of my cuticles hurt than not today and Im kicking myself for stopping in a random place.

They are very good. Good value for your money. The people do a great job. I consider this my nail shop.

My technician was very nice but my nails did not look great or last at all. I got shellac and the edges weren’t clean so it started to peel up within a few days.

This place is great, the lovely lady who goes by Ty is amazing. Best acrylics, gel, pedis and fun nail art. She listens and remembers what you like. Truly great experience with her. I come down from Brighton to get my nails done by her. Shes that good!

Kay did such a fantastic job! I came in 30min until close and got a full set. She took her time, was kind and had really good suggestions. Best nail job Ive had in awhile. Ill definitely be coming back for her talented work and the delightful experience she offers.

I really like this place. Its the only place I go for mani/pedis. Sometimes they will even do my manicure while im getting my toes done. They play soft spa like music, its really soothing and relaxing. They do a great job!

Not too sure why so many people had a bad experience with this place. Perhaps they recently changed the staff or made some changes, because I went in yesterday with my friends to do nails for a wedding, and they did a great job! Its out of my way to get to this location, but I would go back. I now have a lovely shellac manicure.

I went her for the first time about 2 months ago and got a Shellac Pedicure. Now I am missing one toe nail (my right big toe) and my left big toe nail is on the way of falling half off. I know this was from them because once I peeled the Shellac off of my right toe nail it was bloody underneath the nail, only where the shellac was and very very tender to touch. I will never go back to this place, it cost me a whole toe nail and I am hoping to get it back someday. Learn from my mistakes.

I was not impressed at all, my nail artist messed up several of my nails, I asked her twice to fix them and she ignored me, also she and several other employees were rude and talked trash about my friend and I right in front of our faces. I am very disappointed and will not be going there again

Had to get nails replaced after only 2 days because the quality was not up to standards, 3 nails cracked and 1 completely broke after 2 days...the tech said it was due to the lengrh but in actuality it was because his knowledge of repairing and filling was limited to only doing new sets...he said he was trying to save us money, really we ended up spending more to get them redone. Would I recommend this place to anyone else...only if they couldnt see or didnt want to look their best...NO not at all

Have been using this place for many years for getting acrylic nails done never a bad experience for me. Nails always last me especially because Im bad at making time for the rebase. My mom really likes the deluxe manicure with the wax.

I came in for a mani pedi. I wanted gel on my fingers and matching regular Polish on my toes. The Polish that was supposed to match didnt. The owner kindly put the gel color on my toes without charging me additional to make sure it matched. I really appreciated his dedication to guest satisfaction.

It was nice. I walked in asked for the prices for a full set. It said $30 and after I paid $45 plus a $5 tip! All I got were plain pink and whites! No designs or any color! Such a rip off!

Awful experience! The guy was telling me to relax my hand the whole time when I already was. He said I was making it hard on him to do my nails. I asked for acrylic and he did gel which is more expensive. He said I HAD to do it. My nails also look awful! I told him to make sure they dont look too wide, and sure enough they are the widest nail set Ive ever had done. Also they charge you extra if you use a card. I didnt see any noticeable sign in the shop saying that. He just charged me without saying anything. I told him I only had 40 minutes to get my nails done. He assured me that was enough time. 20 minutes in I said we only have 20 minutes left. He said dont rush me! Thats not gonna be enough time! Also he yelled at me for being late for my appt. I tried to calm and reschedule but the phone was off the hook. When I got there he said oops someone mustve forgotten to hang it up! But then continued to explain how busy they were blah blah.Overall: never going back! Plus I heard them up charging like CRAZY the whole time. I know nail salons do that (Ive been getting my nails done for a long time) but nothing like this place.

Love howTim does my nails except he pulls and twists my hand. Gets on my nerves. They schedule people on top of you even though you scheduled weeks ago and expect you to come back. Going to find a new place..

Charged $25 for two pedicures for a 3 year old and 4 year old. Even after I repeatedly mentioned they wanted their fingers painted she rushed us out the door without painting them.

I had Gone there before-and even though it wasnt the best place for pedicures and manicures and waxing, it was still a solid place to get that taken care of. I just left from the worst wax experience of my life! They werent even busy but when I came in they told me to wait for 2 minutes until the waxing operator was ready. Two white women came in after me, and they hurriedly put them in a pedicure chairs. About 30 seconds later the waxing operator came to me and told me to go to the Room. It was the quickest waxing I have ever had! She completed waxing my areas that need waxing in less than 2 minutes and she barely did any work. She didnt even show me a mirror to see what I looked like afterward! She was out of the room before I sat up.I have never had such a piss poor waxing session, but when I came out of the Room she was already over to help that white woman. It was as if she didnt want that white woman waiting too long so she gave me a piss poor waxing session. She didnt Clean-up much after and they always do a Clean-up after the waxing and I to look in the mirror on the wall to even see her damn work.I will never go to this place again and I suggest if you are non-white to never go to this place again! Our dollars are not as important as their white customers! I have never been so disgusted with the obvious disrespect i received from this establishment!

Tina was good. But there was a younger girl who smeared my color into the clear polish. She stared at what she did but did nothing to fix it.

Great for months until David demolished my nails. He was rude and I my 6 months of nice nails was ruined by a rebase that was crap. Kay and Hannah are great but David? No, Just, no.

I’m honestly not sure how I feel about this place… It’s not like they did a horrible job, but I am just not impressed with the service. And my nail tech rushed through my rebase so quickly and there were a lot of small details that were missed. She tried to remove my glitter polish with a cotton pad and polish remover, which resulted in a bunch of cotton fibers being stuck to my nails that I had to file off when I got home. She left a bunch of acrylic all over the sides of my fingers and cuticles, and my nail polish was uneven and bubbly on a couple of my fingers. I also asked her to cut down my nails twice and she forgot so now I have insanely long nails that I don’t like. Everything that I am upset with is very small and insignificant, and my nails ended up looking all right when I left the salon. I did have to go home and fix them a little bit, but it wasn’t horrible. If she had taken her time and paid attention to small details, the nails would’ve been perfect.

I went to Crystal Nail yesterday, April 29th, with my mom. We both received shellac manicures from two different nail technicians and both manicures are horrible and clearly rushed. The technician doing my nails did not evenly apply a top coat so the surfaces are very uneven. The polish goes clear up past my cuticle and onto my skin which will make the manicure last maybe a few days. I will not return.

The absolute worst service Ive ever gotten done. A simple gel manicure. The lady who did my nails was completely rude about my 3 year old being with me. And had an additude when I told her that she got the wrong color of gel polish. When I picked a different color, she talked to me like I was a 5 year old who didnt know what I was doing. After she was done, I took a good look at it, theres parts of my nails that arent painted, it looks like its just glopped on and my nails are very unevenly filed. I will never come back to this place, and tell everyone to avoid it at all costs.

I go there for my gel nails got them there and get rebases as well. I will always go there!!!!! They take so much pride in what they do. The hours are great and you can do walk in or appointment. I have had pedicures to. They really pay attention to what you want. My opion they are the best at what they do...Also prices are resonable. Totally worth it

I went and got my nails done for prom, and I had my nails on THREE DAYS and four have already broken and others are chipping. Poor poor quality. I guess I should have figured when the lady who did them was rushing to be finished.

Never going there again. I got nails done on one finger my nail poped off so I went back and they did it free of charged three days later all my nails poped off so I went back again and they said they were not gonna help me because I did it to myself what?. SO NEVER GO THERE SHITY SERVICE.

I went to get a wax at this place, after asking for a simple bikini wax as well as armpit..I was in the back room for over an hour, in pain the entire time, she did not do any pre wax or post wax procedures, I still have many hairs on my bikini line and was over charged for a Brazilian when I did NOT ask for it...i do NOT recommend this place for a wax and I will not go back!!!!!

I checked my bank account and the funds were withdrawn. They would not honor my purchase and they would not refund my money.
