Amy did wonderful lashes! Ask for her!

Amy is very professional, and very sweet. I have been going to her for eyelash extensions for 4 years now, and she always does an amazing job!

My first time there and Im glad I did I got nice hair cut and eyebrows done by Amy she was very nice kind and professional. I will definitely go back again.

Amy was an absolute sweetheart and took good care of my wife and I. I came in with a groupon and she honored it and went above and beyond. Amy is the owner of the salon. She is Vietnamese with an accent, but, understands English perfectly. If you call her, she may answer the phone while working on another client, s, be brief. Shell take care of everything else. This was a very positive experience and I recommend her highly. PS, she bought the salon 2 years ago, so, reviews older than that are no longer valid.

Went in for a pedicure with a groupon deal and was helped by the owner. She was super nice and gentle with my cuticle/nail bed. I told her I just wanted my nails filled and not cut, but after soaking and a rock massage I asked for her to trim them and Im glad I asked! She helped me pick a darker blue and told me about how she has grown the business with the help of her family.Shop was clean and smelled nice. I went in on a snowy day first thing in the morning so it was quiet and just the two of us.

Saw a groupon for eyelash extensions. First time getting extensions so I didnt totally know what to expect. When we discussed the amount of eyelashes Amy repeatedly told me the amount the groupon offers wouldnt be enough and wouldnt look good. So I upgraded, paying DOUBLE what I was expecting since the pricing was lashes for BOTH eyes not 60 each. Took an hour which was nice but my eyelashes are not symmetrical AT ALL! My left looked scattered, patchy, and super fake but my right looked a little more natural. I wear glasses often and I keep noticing my left eyelashes are getting smashed on my lens but not my right. I took my fingers to compare the length and my left is WAY longer than the right. Honestly pretty mad I was completely misled by the groupon/price and then getting a terrible end result. Guess thats I get for trying to get them cheap. Would never recommend going or using the groupon.

I didnt think my eyelashes were too bad but after my other friends told me I did not get the best service I realized that you really get what you paid for. I paid for 100-120 lashes she said shed put 50 in each eye but I only count 25-30 in each eye and the hole process took 20 minutes including the drying time. Most professionals take an hour for your first set but again you get what you pay for.

Amy does the BEST eyelashes! I live in Boulder and will drive 45 minutes to go to her specifically because she does the best job. Ive been getting my eyelashes done for a while, and Amy does it FAST and her lashes are good quality. They last ~4 weeks or more with good care. I have also gotten manicures and pedicures at eternity. Theyre great- the manicures last me well over a week. They have great quality services compared to a lot of other salons in the Denver area.

I have been seeing Amy for About a year now. My lashes have gone from having none well basically none, to natural lovely. The self-confidence it has given me is amazing. She is so caring so careful an absolute delight to be with.

This is the go to for affordable and quality lash extensions. It’s a little hidden spot in Littleton. Just call and make an appointment to see if she can squeeze you in. Having thick long lashes definitely enhances a persons appearance. Makes the eyes stand out.

I got my eye lashes done by Amy. I got them the first time and I liked them. I went the second time today to get them refilled and I LOVE them. She’s quick she’s polite and she uses different lengths to your liking. I told her I wanted them long and she did them exactly how I wanted them. She also charges very reasonable pricing. I love her shes my new lash girl! Highly recommended!

I was able to squeeze in a appointment, it did feel rushed. Customer service could be a lot better and friendlier but all in all Amy did a good job on my lashes. Just wish service was a lot better and not so rushed.

I love this local broadway business! The dip nails are so cute! My nails have never chipped. I would much rather go to a down to earth, family run business than a “high end” nail salon 🙄My nails have turned out way better here, than any other salon in the area. Most other places, I’m dealing with a chip the first week in.Love feeling so comfortable and genuinely taken care of!

Eye lashes are very affordable here. You wont find them cheap anywhere else. They also last a long time!!! If you take care of them, they can last up to a month. Customer Service is great too. These ladies are very sweet =)

Utterly disappointed. I bought a Groupon they do not honor and won’t take off the site, and went ahead with the dip manicure anyway. My nails chipped within one day. I went with a friend and she did not sanitize the tools or use different files between our manicures. The woman would answer calls while doing our nails and was so rude to potential customers. Telling them they were closed (it was noon on a Saturday, folks) or hanging up on them if they tried to make an appointment or question that they were closed. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Miss Amy does my eyelash extensions. She makes me feel comfortable, she makes them look beautiful, she is fast and she’s a great price! I highly recommend her. She has me as a loyal customer every two weeks now :)

I have been receiving my waxing services and eye lash extensions from Amy for over a year. She’s the best; my lashes always look natural. Friends find it hard to believe they are extensions. Highly recommend her, she’s the best.

Ouch! This place was horrific, and I will not be returning. Parking was impossible, as the light you turn left at takes you to the parking lot next door. The person who did my nails was incredibly rude. I never said I had a Groupon and she asked for it before even starting on my nails. While doing my nails, she said never to come in with a coupon again. In addition, she cut one of my fingers with a cuticle trimmer and she caught my skin with the electric nail file. Both hurt still, 4 hours later. She used tools from a soiled tools box, and my guess is she did not change the electric file after she used it on my bloody nail. I am sure this place could be reported. Will not be returning.

They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they are not polite. Very abrupt. They do not, in any way, seem to value customers patronage. I was finally able to schedule an appt. and had to reschedule for 45 minutes later. I called first thing in the morning, and SEVERAL times leading up to my appt. time, to give them the courtesy of planning. They wouldnt answer the phone. When I arrived later, the woman was unbelievably rude and ended up telling me to go to another salon. She wouldnt even confirm which number I could call to reschedule. Im a very friendly person and have never seen anything like this before, in any place of business.

Just had my 4th refill on eyelash extensions from Amy. She is honestly the best! I have been to many other salons for eyelash extension and I have been extremely impressed with the quality and look of the extensions. I told her I wanted to look somewhat natural and she customized 4 different lengths of lashes to give me the perfect look. She uses high quality lashes that feel very comfortable and last a long time. Cant recommend this place enough!!

The thing is, you dont really understand what the workers will tell you. Make sure to tell them exactly how you want your hair or nails to be. Layers or no layers? Short cut or long cut? I went there to trim my bangs, until I know it...... it looked like a three year old was trying to cut my bangs, until the girl said didnt you want layers? And I didnt even know you could trim your bangs into layers!???? I never even knew that was a thing!!

Amy has done my eyelashes a couple times, and very pleased. I call last minute for appointments, she can squeeze me in, does a quick job and a good one. She is so sweet and a pleasure to be around!

Cost effective but seems slightly run down. Hard to understand the ladies that work there as only one seemed to speak English fluently. Had to wait quite a while but we were a walk in.Only went in for one service, an eyebrow wax. She did a good job and only charged $10 so overall I would return.

Amy was great! I was even running late for my appointment and she was so accommodating and friendly when I walked in. She did an amazing job on my eyelashes and she was so incredibly quick! Poor quality. Paid more for gel nails. Lasted 2 days and they all started to peel off. Never soak in water etc. Toe nail paint wasnt of quality either. I had to repaint them after 6 days. Normally when I got in to other places these 2Services would last me 1-2 months and still look great grown out with no chips etc. Save your money :)

I went to get eyelash extensions. I didnt quite understand the tech I did understand she would make look natural. Nice! Right? When I got to the register they charged me $30.00 more. Another customer came in and she rushed me not completing left eye. Right eye looked much fuller. I didnt wet for 3 days and they started to fall the very next day. My left eyelashes were out within a week except for the outer lashes looked ridiculous in a week!!WOW!! No Thanks!!

Amy is kind. Nice ladies there. I asked to remove my acryllics gently. She wrapped finger nails with a cotton soaked acetone. And a warm wax. After 25 min the false nails were easy to remove. No pain or abrasive filing. She was fun to talk with! Nice locals place. Lots of services.

My friend and I just got our eyebrows waxed, mani pedi and eye lashes done! It is a one stop shop! Very lovely experience! We will be coming here again! :)

Amy was really fast. I came in with a Groupon for full set 100 - 120 lashes. She said that she applied 150 lashes but I dont think thats possible; it was so quick!When I arrived for our appointment, she was flat ironing her hair. Her demeanor was very mild but receptive. She had me fill out a waiver form on one of the station counters (The thing that creeped me out about that was there were several other peoples forms filled out that were just chilling on the table with personal info).Once I sat in the recliner, Amy very quietly, very quickly and very gently applied the lashes. The result is very beautiful and nature. I dont believe she has any on my skin (which Ive had happen before).Lashes look very high-quality. I would return. Tip her well; she deserves it.

Amy was awesome. She saw me right away and I got my beautiful lashes. I did start having allergic reaction the next day and she told me what to do next. I would recommend her to everyone!!!!!

If you have an edgy hair cut or anything more complex than a long or midlength dont go here. Anything simple theyre good at. My hair was too complex for her to understand what I wanted and i had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I absolutely should not have payed but Id rather just warn people before they make the same mistake I did.

Terrible experience. Cheap and she gets mad at anyone who buys the Groupon. No sanitation. She put eyelashes on my inner lid. Went somewhere else to get them removed and they said whoever did them had no idea what they were doing. She was very aggressive too my eyelids hurt after. You get what you pay for. Just dont go here.

I bought a Groupon and attempted to make an appointment online. However, due to the bad connection and the woman on the other end wouldnt speak up I was unable to set a date and time. I was hung up on the first number I called. When I called a second time, on their other number listed, they told me they didnt have any openings and then they hung up on me again. They were extremely rude and I dont recommend going to a place when they cant treat you with respect over the phone!

Have been going here for years and have never been disappointed! I have a ton of hair and she can handle cuts and colors like a pro! She is also fast and reasonably priced!

Horrible service. I bought a Groupon and called to schedule an appointment and the lady that answered scheduled me and without giving me a time, the phone call ended. I called back and said that I wanted to confirm if the appt was booked and at what time, and the lady said: “You just called, please don’t call here anymore, your appt is at 1:30 on Sunday, don’t call anymore” and hanged up.I immediately requested a refund through Groupon. If they don’t want customers that come in with Groupon why are they even on their platform?

I wasnt impressed with the service. My lashes look fine but i felt as though she tried to convince me to get fewer lashes than i paid for. I wont be returning.

I made an appointment for pedicures for myself and my daughter after purchasing a groupon. I called on Sunday to make an appointment for Tuesday at 5 pm. When I got to the salon at 4:50 pm on Tuesday, it was closed. When I called the number on the door, I was told there were no appointments and that no one was there. I asked about getting a refund for my groupon and was hung up on. After that, my calls were sent straight to voicemail. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Customer service was terrible. Don waste your time, gas or money!

DONT COME HERE. Wanted an eyelash tint, was told it was $20. After she was done, I realized she did the upper lashes only. She then tells me it would be $10 more to do bottom lashes. This is complete BS. Ive had my eyelashes tinted every 4-6 weeks by many different salons over the last 15 years and have never been told theres a price difference for top and bottom lashes. Complete scam, horribly run business and customer service.

Had my eyelashes done, one eye was perfect the other not so much.

I bought a groupon and showed it to the lady in the back they all seemed to not understand English and they would only give me a basic pedicure instead of the royal treatment which I bought. I never got the royal treatment and she smeared my big toe and wouldnt fix it. What good is a pedi that looks terrible?

Purchased a groupon for eyelash extensions made a call to the salon today to figure out if the glue had formaldehyde in it. What I think I was told was I dont know call back and then I was hung up on (language barrier). Will change review if a professional response is obtained.

HORRIBLE. do not even bother going, youll need to get your nails fixed 2 days later.I went in, wasnt greeted. When my presence was finally acknowledged I let them know i had a Goupon, she redeemed it before giving me any services and told me next time to just pay full price.She sat me down in a chair for the pedicure... it was fine but it took over an hour without any additional services. Every 5 minutes a lady who looked like she was beaten and high on cocaine would ask me to buy something else for $5 more.After the pedicure, I was moved to the manicure table. The manager sat down and told me if i want a manicure i need to pay her extra cash. I explained to her that I already bought the manicure with the Groupon. She got upset, told me i was rude for expecting a manicure and pedicure for such a low price (the price on Groupon) and if i wanted a manicure i had to pay her cash. I asked for her manager, she said thats her. I asked for her name and she looked at me like she didnt understand english. i asked again, she told me Kim. I asked for her last name she said its just Kim.I ended up leaving the salon without getting the manicure i paid for because of her rude, incompetent poor customer service and attitude.Not only is the service terrible, it looks like they make/sell drugs out of the salon, its run down, the plumbing is exposed PVC pipe (nothing luxuries about that!), the water is cold, the staff doesnt speak english and looks high/beaten, they dont give you the color you pick- i picked a color and she said too expensive to use for Groupon and picked me a different color that is not even similar.I will never recommend anyone goes here.. I wouldnt even go there again if it was the last nail salon in Colorado. The gas station has better customer service than the manager at Eternity Beauty Salon.

I was gifted a groupon for a lash appointment to this salon.. the woman on the phone when I tried to schedule was SO rude, she literally just kept repeating herself even though I was answering her question, & she just hung up on me... WHAT A JOKE!! Obviously Im not going to let someone so terrible anywhere near my eyeballs hahaha. BEWARE. Id give you guys 0 stars if I could solely based off of her interaction with new clients alone. Ill be returning my groupon, thanks!!

The Groupon I used was a great deal but the service was so so. They seemed to be very under staffed. The older woman did my pedicure and I was very happy with it but the other woman who was working did my manicure and rushed through it. Its been a week and my nails are chipping and peeling already. Also, during my manicure, it seemed as if there was some salon drama going on and it wasnt being taken care of in a professional manner. The two women who were working were on the the phone while doing my nails but disregarding the fact that I was there. They were yelling at the phone and across the salon. I went there to relax but instead I felt anxious and tense half the time and left very disappointed. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

Horrible experience. Chair was uncomfortable, did not turn on the massage option until my pedi was almost complete. And my manicure came out horrible. Looks like I bit off my nails. So irritated with my experience here I would highly recommend to Never go there. When I told them about my nails, they just laughed and said you man, you need short nails. Short and looking bit off are two completely different things. Do Not go there unless you like horrible experiences.

If I could give this place negative -100 rate I would. This woman answered my call, I asked “Hello do you do individual eyelash extensions today?” to which she answered but apparently I didn’t hear. So I repeated myself and said “Hello? I am wondering if you can do eyelash extension today?” This lady then answered in the rudest Asian tone “I said ‘Yes! you don’t listen!” So I politely said “Well Ma’am, you are the rudest of all that I have ever encountered. You should never run this kind of business because your customer service is 👎👎👎. Don’t go to this place you guys! I will never recommend this place even to my worst enemy!

Awful experience for lashes. The lashes are clumpy and it looks like I got extensions and then got in a fight and lost a bunch before I even walked out of the door. She glued my eyes partially shut and had to pry them open. She also plucked several of my natural lashes out. More than one natural lash was glued to each extension lash. I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

I booked an appointment on their website got a confirmation email for the appointment and then when I showed up they told me I wasn’t on their schedule and wouldn’t honor my appointment. I spoke to the owner and he just gave me excuses. Terrible way to run a business.

Ive never had lash extensions, so I googled places nearby and found this place. Reviews on Amy for lash extensions seemed good, so I booked an appt. online for 60 pcs/both eyes at $75. I arrived a bit early, so decided to get a pedicure. Mid-pedicure, Amy got started w my lashes, then I went back to finish my pedicure and back again to finish the lashes. Worked out fine. However, while with Amy, she received a call from a customer that wanted two appt.s for lashes per the Groupon (I could hear her thru the phone). She told them that it wasnt necessary to purchase the Groupon, that she would still honor the price anyway. Amy kept saying she will give me extra pcs for free to make me happy. At the time, I thought that was generous. I get home and I look at the Groupon. For 60pcs, they are offering $23 and a FULL SET is $42!!!!!! According to their website, a FULL SET IS VALUED AT $300 and 100-120 pcs is $150!!! I didnt even get a full set and I PAID $75 and tipped $15!!!!! Had she honored the Groupon FOR ME, she would have had a repeat customer. But, after ripping me off, I will NEVER EVER go back and I will not talk well about this place to friends or family!!! I could have gotten a full set of lashes for a friend and myself for the price I paid for 60pcs!!! Not the way to treat a customer if you want them to come back and refer people!! As for the pedicure -- no bueno. I could have done a much much better job myself. The polish was goey and she kept putting drops of (I think) nail polish remover to make it less-goey. Well, the polish looks terrible, the massage was long, but not a massage at all, just rubbing in lotion, and my feet are not noticeably smoother. I should have never gotten a pedicure and only paid $24 for the lashes I received vs. the $120 total!!! A complete waste of my hard earned money!
