CrossFit KADA has definitely changed my life, was struggling with many aspects of my life and from day one, starting with the phone call I knew this was for me. The owners KD and Darin go above and beyond to get to know each person and tailor programs to us. They are involved daily in my journey and success. The community/family feeling of this gym is the best part, everyday I meet someone new who helps to cheer me on and push me through the workouts. Could not ask for a better atmosphere. The coaches are all outstanding and find time to help the people who are in their first few weeks feel comfortable while pushing the people that have been doing it for years. I have been a member of this CrossFit family for about 2 years, I say family because that is how we are treated. People know you by name, care about you - inside and outside of the gym. CrossFit has a stereotype that it is dangerous and people get hurt all the time. In this gym/box, safety has ALWAYS come first, there is an incredible amount of time spent on proper technique, warming up and focusing on what our limits are. I have been told many times to stop even when I wanted to do more, they insisted this is great for now and use it for confidence, not ego. I also mountain bike race, I wear a helmet, gloves, elbow pads and sometimes knee pads because I crash sometimes, and sometimes I get hurt - but it is a choice I make, and take healthy risks to enjoy my passion. Point is, you can get hurt doing anything, but KADA does everything they can to make it a safe place to get fit and have fun.Not only do they treat you like family, but in all my years of going to gyms, not once has anyone ever said thank you for being a member, never, especially mega gyms like 24 hr and all the other chain places, Not only does KADA say thank you, they actually gave me a card appreciating my commitment to them. We do social things too - who does that anymore? There are options to compete if you want, or just go to support those who do.I am 55, I have always been an athlete, and right now, I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been. That doesnt happen over night and not if you dont enjoy what you do, and have good coaching. It is hard work to get and stay fit, but not nearly has hard when it is fun and you feel like you are part of something.
CrossFit KADA is an excellent gym with great trainers and accommodating to all levels of CrossFit athletes. This is my first CrossFit gym and my ramp up period into the workouts has involved extensive coaching and guidance on safe lifting/workouts. Additionally, I really like that KADA incorporates nutrition into their programming.
The owners, KD and Darin, are people who genuinely care about your progress and check in with you atleast once a week to see how things are going and where to improve and give feedback as you grow. The class sizes are small but if thats how you learn best, like me, then give it a try. The members are nice and easy to laugh with; and even if you arent the strongest or fastest to complete a workout it doesnt feel like a loss because you are coached the entire way through at a pace you can do until you can elevate higher. Highly recommended.
CrossFit KADA has been a life changer for me. About 8 months ago, I knew I needed a place that would keep me accountable to exercise on a regular basis but wasn’t expecting how much more I’d receive: a great community of friends (those who know when I’m not there or see change in you when you can’t see it yourself), trainers that know how to encourage & challenge you towards your best (& modify the workout if needed), and the ability to come as you are - an athlete no matter your weight or limitations. Just recently, my knee tweaked & I wasn’t able to walk on it for several days and my trainer walked me through the process, encouraging me to never give up on my goals & begin training around my knee while it’s been healing. Therefore, I’ve been able to still get a great workout despite my injury. I just love Crossfit KADA!

The coaches attention to detail makes the difference here. They make sure youre doing everything correctly and SAFELY.Couple that with a wonderful community of members and it gives you the kick-in-the-butt that you could never get at a globo-gym. Ive worked out for years at 24 Hour, and I couldnt tell you another members name - Its been 4 months for me at KADA, and I already feel like Im part of a family.

I found CF Kada when I was looking for a box that was close to my place. I had no idea it would be such a great place. The coaching is excellent, the community is outstanding, and Im getting into solid shape even at 52 and knowing nothing about CrossFit. Love it.

I’ve been at CrossFit KADA for 8 months now . As my first CrossFit box experience it has been a great choice. The classes are small and the coaches know you by name and you get individual attention each class. They hire great coaches who know how to instruct and correct and you always come out of class better than you went in. The programming is excellent and is seen by members consistently crushing PRs and goals they have set for themselves.
CrossFit KADA is the best of the best, you cannot find a better place to be. The coaches and community built at KADA is unlike any other Ive experienced. Youll feel a community starting your first class. Ive been able to grow and build upon my skills being here and with the support and encouragement of the coaches I know Ill accomplish things I didnt think I could. Ive been here 6 months and I cant wait to see what the next 6 months bring.
An excellent CrossFit gym. The coaches and owners are great people and are great at dividing their attention amongst everyone to ensure you are using good form and performing any movements safely. They do an awesome job of scaling things as well to allow people of all fitness levels to work out at their ability and get better over time. The classes are kept small and the community at the gym is super supportive and full of great people. Ive been to many CrossFit gyms over the years and Im so happy I found this one and can stop looking.
CF KADA is amazing! I started a few months ago with 1 buddy, now we have 7 friends that regularly attend classes Monday - Friday. Its an amazing group of coaches and members to workout with. Group classes are the perfect size, so you get the personal coaching attention to reach your goals. I highly recommend KADA, once you come for 1 workout, youll be hooked!
This is my third CF box and Id have to say in the short time Ive been at CF KADA, Ive seen that they practice what they preach. Coaches will look you in the eye and greet you when you arrive and modify a workout to fit anyones fitness level. Your safety is their concern and theyll make sure you have proper form, even if that means scaling back until you get proper movement. CF KADA has a sense of community and they want to see you succeed! If you are looking to make changes and have some fun doing it, this is the gym for you!

Amazing group of coaches and members who make sure you get a positive and fun experience. Everyone is very supportive, and you get one-on-one coaching since they limit classes to 12 people. The workouts are scaled depending on your needs and coaches will make sure you learn the proper movements.
I’m a 50 year old 6’, 230lb Autobody technician.As a teen I was on the middle school swim team and during my late teens I was a competitive road cyclist.In my 30s I was quite a rambunctious mountain biker and suffered thru multiple bone fractures including a ruptured Achilles’ tendon.I started jogging and trail running (a lot safer than downhill mountain biking) to help my atrophy and regain strength in my weak leg. After a few years of running my knee was getting injured from overuse.My athletic ability and positive athletic mindset began to suffer. I would go to the gym and lift but really had no plan and no guidance. I just wanted that pump.In my 40’s I had no direction and a lot of personal stress. My health is directly related to making a paycheck and I really started to feel the decline of my health and mobility also, an increase in weight.I heard how CrossFit was changing lives.I was a little intimidated but was mainly, concerned how expensive it was compared to a monthly gym membership. Mainly, I was at the point where I was just so tired of being sick and tired. I wanted help and I needed help. I decided that a monetary sum was not going to stop me from living my best life.Currently I’ve been going to KADA for over 4yrs now, when I first started I was so out of shape I was breathing heavily after the warm up. Over those relatively few years, that has evolved into massive increases in energy and physical performance. I’ve had many workouts with the head coach Darin. He has guided me during my fitness journey with utmost care. At KADA they believe in form first. I’ve been very well trained to follow that mentality.I’ve traveled for work a lot and have maintained my fitness at many other CrossFit gyms around the nation, all gyms are not created equal.KADA might be one of the smaller ones but it is by far one of the best ones!Now I have guidance and a plan every time I walk thru the door. It only takes an hour unless you want more.I have suffered a few sports related injuries in the past, crossFit KADA has helped them all.I’ve never felt stronger or healthier.I may be 50 but I feel like I have the strength of a 35yr old and I’m still breaking personal records.KADA is worth every dime in my honest opinion.
Ive honestly never in my life enjoyed working out until I found CrossFit KADA. There is absolutely no monotony - every workout is different. I never dread going to the gym and am in the best shape of my life.Whenever I tell anyone that I am doing CrossFit I hear comments like You are going to get injured or They make you move too much weight... This has been the opposite of my experience at CrossFit KADA. Darin is a stickler for technique and has never suggested a weight that I felt was too much.Try it out!
I have been working out at CrossFit KADA since the day they opened. When Darin and I met it was meant to be... We share a last name but are NOT related. I played professional football for 9 years with stops in the NFL, CFL, XFL, and AFL. I had exposure to some of the best strength coaches in the world, but Darin and KD are by far the best coaches I have ever worked with. Enough said!
I was new to CF when i joined Kada and I could not be happier with my experience so far. The classes kick your butt and the coaching gives you the confidence progress at a rate I didnt think was possible. Its a great atmosphere and I look forward to every class.
I’ve been CrossFitting for 6 years. I also travel frequently for work and have dropped in on over 30 boxes worldwide. From the moment I stepped into CF Kada, Darin was very welcoming. At this point I don’t expect much instruction, especially as a drop in, but Darin was really good about pointing out small tweaks to improve my performance. Friendly community as well. I joined CrossFit KADA in May 2014 after several starts and stops with DVD workout routines like P90X and Insanity. I liked to try to stay in shape, but was having a tough time with the monotony of the DVD workouts in my basement - by myself. It was just hard to get motivated. I had heard about CrossFit and was intrigued. When I saw CrossFit KADA so close to my house, I was excited. I stopped in, met Darin, and decided to give it a try.Every one of my experiences since I joined CrossFit KADA has been positive. I am learning weight lifting techniques that I never tried before, the workouts are different every day and fun (yes...fun!), and I really enjoy working out with others. No more issues with motivation. I actually look forward to going to the gym every day. And, I can feel and see the fun and hard work paying off.What really makes it, though, is Darin. Hes a genuinely nice guy who is very knowledgeable and motivating. I really appreciate his focus on technique, form, and being comfortable with the movements. He also has great ideas for modifying a workout if some body part is not feeling right. For example, I started CrossFit KADA with nagging hip and lower back pain (well over a year of discomfort). Darin has helped me build strength and flexibility in my hip and whole core area to the point where I now have little to no hip and lower back pain. Even if I have some pain, its short-lived and minor compared to what I used to experience.Bottom line...the things I love most about CrossFit KADA: the coach, people, class sizes (typically 4-8 people), location, workout time flexibility, workout variety, and the results.
This is the best crossfit gym south of Mississippi road!! Darin and his crew are great teachers and motivators. The price is exactly what youd think it would be...right in the middle of the road for the best gym out there.
The KADA crew is genuinely kind, caring, knowledgeable, has an awesome community, and incredible integrity. I absolutely love Darin and KD. This is the one program I’ve been able to stick with and actually feel excited about. Seriously check it out if you’re looking for a long term healthy “addiction.” I just completed the 45-day trandformation challenge and I feel so much better, can do more at the gym, have energy for real life, and OBTW lost 10 pounds and an inch+ off my waist.

I joined Crossfit Kada back in January because I was ready for a change and I was ready to be challenged. I was working out on my own and I just felt I needed more. I didnt feel like I was getting enough out of my own workouts. I joined the 6 week challenge and Im so glad I did! I have learned a lot about nutrition in the last few months than I ever have in my life. I have gotten stronger and I have definitely been challenged. And the coaches always make sure your form is spot on. I feel confident while working out and I always feel safe and comfortable. Id recommend this crossfit gym to anyone! Great workouts! Wanted to test out multiple crossfit gyms, came here first and never left. Darin and KD are so welcoming and the atmosphere is great. This place made me realize I can like to workout, and it is fun. The sense of community is great and the focus on technique with the workouts is fantastic. I hope I never have to leave!

I started at CF KADA in March of 2018. I didnt know anything about crossfit except for whats on tv. Its been great! There was a lot to learn and the coaching then and now has been invaluable. Ive been a national level athlete and coach myself and i really appreciate Darins philosoohy and approach to coaching people for the best overall training, that will responsibly maxmize your potential of what you want that to be. Over the past 15 months, ive lost 35 lbs and gained strength, that i lost from 2 major surgeries in 2015. From what i have heard from friends and associates that have tried other boxes, there is no other box that gives you the support, teaching and community like CF KADA. Come join the team! I have been doing crossfit for 6 years, joined KADA recently b/c I was unhappy w/ my previous crossfit gym, and I highly recommend this gym. Great workouts with a lot of variety, very knowledgeable coaching, and fun people to workout with. Darin and his staff have true passion for fitness and wellness and are overall great people.
For the last 8 months Ive worked out at Crossfit Kada regularly. I was new to Crossfit and Darin and the rest of the coaches did a great job of teaching me the various movements and techniques. The results have been impressive. I havent been this fit or strong in a decade. My teenage daughter joined as well and works out with the adults. It has been a very positive and welcoming experience for her too.

Ive had my fair share of crossfit box experiences. I used to live in Miami and tried three to four different boxes until I found one that I felt was ok. I moved out to Colorado 2 years ago & I found Crossfit Kada on Groupon & since then I wont turn my back on them. The owners / coaches are amazing they are one on one with everyone in the class, they focus on posture and getting the technique right before going up in weight which is definitely a plus. Everyone is humble and fun. Its great to be someplace where they care and want to make you not only stronger but healthier and overall better. I feel extremely blessed to have found an amazing box that I can call home and family.
I have been to several CrossFit gyms (often called CrossFit Boxes), and CrossFit Kada is by far the best gym I have been to. Darin and KD are not only awesome coaches, but they are super friendly, fun, and two of the most kind-hearted people Ive ever met! They are patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They are very intentful & directive with their coaching. They are very good about giving each athlete the proper scaled work out, rather than having you load on more weight before you even feel comfortable with the movements. They have a lot of class times offered and the gym is simply awesome! Not only does it have the signature garage of a CrossFit gym, but it has windows, 2 restrooms and plenty of space for expansion. They have an area where your independent kiddos can play w/ toys and sit on the couch. They are looking into providing a nanny service while you work out! Lots of great things to come! They specialize in smaller class formats, which is very appealing, if youve ever been to a CrossFit gym with a large amount of participants. I prefer smaller classes, hands down. Give this place a try! Bring some new energy into CrossFit Kada and open up a new world into your life! You wont regret it!

I tried to write a new one but I could not find a better way to express myself about CF KADA so I copy and pasted.I had written Crossfit off as something that wasnt for me...and then my wife introduced me to Crossfit Kada. The owners/coaches Darin and KD have done a great job at fostering a sense of community that has its foundation in fitness. It happened with me and Ive seen it with every new person that comes to the box(gym), you will be welcomed and you will receive support from Darin, KD, and whoever happens to be putting in work alongside you-everyone is awesome.One of the more impressive aspects of working out at Crossfit Kada is the emphasis on performing the movements correctly and safely. My wife is 40 weeks pregnant and not once have I felt that she was doing anything unsafe and that is due to the coaching knowledge displayed by Darin. I have mobility issues that have improved since I started 3 months ago and Ive seen the improvements in my fitness level. Everything can be scaled to address your fitness level, mobility issue, past injuries, etc.I could go on and on but the point is, if youve been considering Crossfit or are looking for something new to get in great shape youd be hard pressed to find a better place than Crossfit Kada.
I NEVER write reviews unless I have something the world needs to know about. This box is the best box Ive ever been to in Colorado. Just so you know, growing up I have never been super athletic. I would try to do sports for the team aspect, but could care less about pushing myself. I then decided to thin myself up at a globo-gym and started doing yoga for about 2 years. Attending the same yoga studio for 2 years, I never really met any of the instructors and never felt like I was being pushed and that is when I was introduced to this gym!Darin and KD (the owners and trainers) are so enthusiastic about creating a great community of people and helping every individual reach their goals. This was very enticing compared to both the yoga studio and globo-gym. The community at this gym comes from all walks of life! Some are doing crossfit for weight loss and others want to make it to the games. It doesnt matter where you are in your physical capabilities, Darin and KD will make sure you are safely performing each WOD and surpassing your fitness dreams. (I HAVE!)Which leads me into another great aspect of this gym, safety in performing the lifts always comes first. Ive been to other boxes where reps and PRs were more important than injury prevention which is very important to me since I have been dealing with an extensive back injury for the past two years. I honestly can say my back has never felt better and I attribute that to crossfit and the core strength I have gained!The CrossFit method itself is pretty hard to describe. Its definitely not your typical globo-gym (i.e. 24 Hr Fitness, Golds, etc.) workout. Every 1 hour class has a warm-up, a technique component, then a 15-20 min workout of the day that is brutally fun.It may seem too hardcore or daunting at first, but they have base-camp courses where they gradually wean people onto the typical movements of a workout, so they dont just throw you into the fire right away. If youre looking to mix up your workout routine, and youre ready for something that is inexplicably enjoyable yet challenging, give Crossfit Kada a go!
