I like to start off with the staff being amazing always super friendly especially Nina she always goes out of her way to greet me I appreciate that. Will the trainer there taught me some new workouts what I also really appreciate and he also sent me a work out plan that I appreciate.The gym is always very clean and the cleanest gym I’ve been to. Overall it’s been a great experience I’ve been going there for about 8-9 months. And I feel very welcome every time I walk into the door.

I dont feel judged. Thats honestly all that I need in a gym. As a bonus, the staff is so friendly and welcoming - they always remember me as a guest with my brother. There is a great variety of equipment that is well kept and cleaned. Thanks all!

THE place to go and workout! Super spacious, tons of machines and equipment. Smart designed lockers with USB charging porting inside. Special amenities for Black Card members. The gym is clean clean clean and the staff is warm and friendly.

Affordable facility to get a good workout in no pool sauna or classes but if you dont need that then this is the perfect place for you tanning circuits freeweights cardio 👍

I like the prices at planet fitness I was referred by a friend to join due to the amenities. Granted they do not have a pool or hot tub or sauna or steam room there still very new and I hope that some of these amenities become part of their future plans. I like the machines that they have the massage chairs and the hydro massage they are very relaxing I have not yet seen these types of machines at any other workout facilities that is one thing that they have that puts them a leg up.

I started going to this gym since June 2020. Awesome people work here. The equipment is clean and serviced properly. It doesnt get too crowded. Ive gone to some other locations, and this one is my favorite so far.

My clothes were removed by an employee and then kept from me by that employee and a manager for several days while they stated they didnt know theocation of the clothing. Conversation with other employees would confirm this was done intentionaly with the hopes to spark an emotional outburst or have me change locations due to this employee and managers person issues with my presence. Employees also stated this was done before that employees dictate who they wa t at the gym. They then divide schemes to remove the customer for personal reasons.Be care your issue might stem from haters at this location managers by.

First, a series of 5-Star reviews is invariably produced by Fake Reviewer (owners/paid reviewers) or by people who lack critical thinking faculties.Avoid Planet Fitness Gyms that have the new (and horrible) LifeFitness equipment that was evidently re-designed by Gen-X-Z people with no knowledge of motion-exercise physics who trashed proven, tried and true equipment models that have worked for over 3 decades. The new LifeFitness is the worst equipment ever designed and dangerous to use. Swing-arm equipment like Lat-Pull-downs have motion-paths away from your body, taking your core out of the exercise picture. They added a rear blocking bar to the Railed weight-bar systems to prevent rear and side access, making them more dangerous to use. Clueless franchisees were probably scammed into buying the new dysfunctional GenZero equipment. AVOID.

Protect your personal belongings. Someone took bolt cutters and cut my combo lock off my locker and stole my wallet and keys. Now, I understand that this is not the gyms fault, but their response to the situation was not acceptable. What was shocking was that the employees did not want to look at the surveillance footage for the gym due to legal precautions. Considering this all happened within the last hour, it made not sense why they wouldnt take a look. On top of that, the employee behind the counter said that it was the 2nd time this happened today (first happening earlier in the morning). They treated it as if this happens all the time... Do not keep any valuables in the locker rooms. There are criminals that visit this specific gym that want your stuff.

DONT EVER COME HERE. someone cut my lock at the gym took my car keys and went out and took my car. this happened to me a week ago.. seeing these reviews it happened to a few other people A MONTH AGO. and it happened to someone else THE DAY BEFORE ME. the gym says they aren’t liable but they told the police they let randoms in to use the bathroom without scanning them in. there’s plenty of evidence here proving negligence on their part so if your car or stuff got stolen i suggest lawyering up.

Its always nice staff, always clean and the machines normally are top, the massage area is awesome and people there is always happy. Its a very positive experience to go the gym.

I was out of shape for years after having a couple kids. Going to a big gym was not on the top of my list. After becoming friends with the owners of this gym I decided to give it a shot. Planet Fitness really is unlike any other gym in the fact that ANYONE can go and not feel out of place. The service is outstanding and the gym is spotless. I even signed up for a fitness trainer to spice up my routine and make sure Im doing the exercises properly. All in all this place is great, I highly recommend.

They dont require a contract to be signed, which is huge. The gym is very clean and not crowded if you go late morning or early afternoon.

Staff are usually friendly, smaller gym so limited equipment. Never seems busy. Overall good experience.

Manager came over to me to address my mask was below my nose as im running 5 miles in treadmill. I notice her cause my headphones are in gesturing to me so i end my session upset but i leave not saying anything. Next thing i know manager calls me leaves a message. Then Next time puts note in my account for employees to watch me and?make sure my mask is up. So Francisco comes over this morning to address it again as i just finished eating a banana. Tells me i have to leave....Bottom line he calls cops for no reason cause i told him he was taking his job too serious. Harassment and i will be contacting corporate TODAY

LOVE the gym staff here! Very friendly, I am always greeted when I come in anam told goodbye and be safe when I leave. Theyre taking great care to adhere to all safety recommendations to remain open during this trying time. Keep up the GREAT service!

Pretty clean and not too busy but I got absurdly early in the mornings (~4:30am). They dont have any barbells or squat racks and their dumbbells only go up to 75lbs which is a little upsetting but they have all the pulley machines, cardio, and weight machines any person could ask for. Clean bathrooms too, not a bad deal for $10 a month

With 1984 unfolding full steam, this place truly has people from Ministry of Love working there.If they see you trying to sneak a breath of air with your nose, they will go thru half of the gym for the chance to tell you to get back to your own CO2 immediately. And PF has judgement free zone and no critics written on walls in big letters. I think you guys need to change that to Thought free zone and No humans. Damage from demoralization exceeded the benefit from the workout.Oppression is care. Carbon is oxygen. Janitors are health experts.INGSOC

Very clean! And Friendly staff! Came her from Minnesota had a planet fitness membership there! They would let you! Take your mask off while you were working out! As long as you had one on coming in the door and out the door! So now I’m a mile high meaning less oxygen then I’m use too! And I had to wear the Mask! Mask police! It was a very unpleasant workout experience! Running with a mask period! It’s important to breath while workings out! half your workout is the power of air in each rep or mile!

Just signed up a couple days ago and had my first workout. They gave me a tour of the facilities and it was phenomenal. I love that they have cleaning stations for wiping down the equipment for other patrons, and getting the black member card was soooo worth the 24 bucks a month. Definitely treat yourself to a hydro massage after your workout. 10/10 would do again.All the equipment has best use instructions, and the mobile app gives you exercises. All training classes are free for all members, and you get a free t-shirt with sign up.Staff was super friendly and super helpful with showing me how to use some of the equipment and how to schedule the spa items. They have standing tanning booths and massage chairs, and well as massage beds. The facilities are phenomenally clean, and it wasnt very busy at all.

Great atmosphere! Feel like I can zone out and put in work without being creeped on or judged for not having perfect form! The free tanning and infrared are pretty nice too! 👌

My favorite planet fitness since they opened. Theres never a time where its over crowded, and the most awkward machines to use in a gym are conveniently positioned along a back wall facing it so you dont have to feel weird about every freaking creep in the place walking by staring at the middle... You know what I mean🤣 Also love most of the staff am and pm.

I really like this gym. Better prices than my other gym memberships. I dont feel intimidated being a beginner and not knowing exactly what Im doing. They have tanning, hydro massage which I think is a plus! Super friendly staff and the facility is really clean!!! Glad I signed up here.

I went in to use the hydro message table. I didn’t realize it was only 10 minutes long, however, by the end of the session the table had warmed up considerably. Now I know why you do that in small intervals.

Quiet, clean, great staff and all the equipment I need! Not to mention the layout of this planet fitness is nice. Some other ones visited have slightly cumbersome layouts making it difficult to sometimes find what equipment you’re looking for or navigate to where you want to work out. This gym is all forward facing, and easy to start with treadmills, bikes, whatever cardio equipment you’re looking for in the back and then work your way forward to the weight section. They have shower and locker room facilities, tanning and hydro massage alongside some other amenities. They have a 30 minute circuit area as well as a place for stretching and warm up. Normally, there are also personal training sessions, however with covid that is not a current option. The price point at all locations is also phenomenal.

Great gym, following all CDC rules for vivid and the staff is amazingly helpful and friendly.

Becuase it has everything you need and then some at a price that absolutley puts other gyms to shame. Dont forget to practice social fitnessing.

I have a crazy work schedule and that is why I joined planet fitness. It was because they were open 24 hours. When covid hit everything shut down which I understand. However, when they opened back up, they are no longer 24 hours. Many of the other locations went back to 24 hours. So, now I have to shop around for another gym. I know I will get a generic response like every other review here, but it doesnt help the matter.

Mia showed us the gym and explained everything to us she was very friendly my dad decided to sign up online and we visited today for the first time we had the pleasure of working with Cisco he was also very friendly and helpful made our 1st time there great!

This new facility in Littleton is really nice! This is the third one I have been to and this one is the best!

Great to workout but impossible to quit.I had to move out of country. Ive tried to quit from my home overseas through phone calls to the club 3 times and a letter yet they have continued to charge me fir 6 minutes and even a reup fe for $58. They are unable to help without a registered letter, nor is any refund coming. Today I spoke with club rep. and he cant pull up my membership that they just charged again. May have to change my credit card but thats a whole other ordeal. Ive put them on fraud alert with the bank.

Def pros an cons to this gym but some of the cons that’s go with my experience of planet fitness an this location is this.. to start of when I did my free trial day no one showed me around or showed me anything that the gym has to offer. Luckily I know what I’m doing an I’m ok on my own so I decided to get my work out in. Afterwords I decided the gym was clean an quiet an non judgey as advertised an I liked the price so I wanted to sign up. I was on my way to the desk to sign my membership when the staff tried to wave me out the door. I had to stop them an tell them I wanted to sign up. After signing up I was not offered any of the things mentioned when signing. Days into my membership I had to request a key tag so I didn’t have to use my phone number any more. Then doing some cardio on the treadmill I get a phone call an answer my phone. I continue to walk an take the call. Keep in mind there is literally no one in the gym other than maybe 2 people that I was not disturbing. A lady comes up to me to interrupt me an tell me that phone calls are not permitted on the floor. First off I might had known that if I was given proper introduction to the gym which I was not. I then decide to look at the rules online to see myself if this was accurate because I use to work at a gym an have never heard this before. While reading the rules I find no where it saying I cannot answer my phone on the floor. So overall my experience has not been the greatest so far. The only thing that will keep me coming at this point is the fact that it’s so new an quiet an I enjoy not having to wait for equipment. Will probably switch gyms eventually.
