Mike has done a number of jobs for my wife and I, and our friends now. Including fixing our main heater on new years day, when it went out on new years eve. Recently, he replaced our entire upstairs HVAC system, which never really cooled properly for the three years since we moved in. Our water heater went out and Mark was over after hours to look at it. He was able to replace it the very next morning! He even gave us a quote the night before and let us do some quick shopping around and we found that quote was the best deal in town. Wonderful service!

I called Franklin heating and cooling, and did I ever get lucky, Micheal, the man who came out to quote a price to do the job, was not a salesman, he was the man who does the work and he pointed out reasons the furnace was not preforming as.it should, things like improper duck work, things a salesman would not know about. Plus he moved jobs around and replaced my furnace in two days so we were not without heat any longer. I can not say enough good things about Franklin. Thanks. Micheal

The owner of the company does the work himself. He really knows his stuff. Our air conditioning unit was running continuously and still not cooling our house to a comfortable temperature. Rather then telling us that we needed a new, bigger unit he told us where we needed a bigger return air vent. He put in the larger cold air return vent and duck work and our house is comfortably cool and the air conditioner runs only moderately often. I have the highest confidence in Mike, the owner.

The owner talks out of both sides of his mouth. He ripped my parents off by overcharging for a water heater repair that didnt even fix the problem. Then he avoided my dads calls for days. When he finally returned the call, he agreed to install a new water heater for free as long as my dad paid for the water heater itself. Two days later, he changed his mind and said he would charge $600 to do it. My parents have been customers of his for 10 years. What a way to treat long time customers. This guy is a joke.
