TJ was very professional, diagnosed our AC units, and verified everything was functional and in good working order, but old (22yrs). I appreciate that he didn’t try to hard sell replacing the units at this time, as many other might have tried. Instead he advised that the unit should last the summer, baring unforeseen issues, but that we should budget to replace the unit with more energy efficient units next spring. We’ll done.

Steve came out and gave us a quote to install our whole house humidifier. He also recommended replacing the water heater (30 years old). We received the quote and were very impressed with the pricing, he accidently quoted us a larger unit (we had a 30 and quoted us 50) and we decided to go with the 40 gallon water heater and it was a great deal with bundling the water heater and humidifier. A week later (today) we had the install team Jon, Tim and Will come, they all showed up with masks and were hilarious and very lively. You can truly see how they love their job and their company (overhead Jon and Tim say they have been working together for 18 years). The whole job from draining, removal, install took approximately 3 hours, much faster than I expected. Jon then walked us through our new equipment and gave us thorough details about it.Simply Mechanical well exceeded my expectations and once we decide to replace out furnace we already know who we are going to go with. They were timely, respectful and extremely knowledgeable.We had asked for quotes from numerous companies and I am very grateful we went with Simply.

My ac would blow cool air for a few minutes then stop. A few weeks ago I had an hvac guy come look at it. He told me the system was fully charged and my only issue was the condenser was freezing due to a lack of air flow over it. The only solution was to spend a few grand on an internal duct sealing process.Not satisfied, I called Simply Mechanical. They were able to come the same day and arrived on time. I explained the previous diagnosis. After checking my system it was found to be low on refrigerant and that there might be an air flow issue. All the options and steps were explained in full, with pricing. Once the system was charged and tested it worked fine, no leaks were detected and airflow is sufficient too prevent the system from freezing and requiring a much more expensive fix.All in all Im very pleased with the entire experience and will continue to use this company and refer them to others.

Tech was on time (actually called to see if he could come sooner). Showed up, introduced himself, asked the issue, and got straight to diagnostics. Solved the issue in no time while explaining the issue. Came in a clean uniform and truck. Process was smooth from appointment to end.

The technician stated I would need a new furnace instead of replacing inducer motor! After doing research he could have replaced inducer motor but instead would rather push new furnace onto me instead

Simply Mechanical recently installed a new high efficiency furnace. They show up when they say, provide great customer service, excellent workmanship, and fair prices. Couldnt ask for more!

Noticed last season that furnace would sometimes turn on without the burner firing up or the blower motor turning on. Thought my furnace could be malfunctioning. Steven came out and after some testing determined it is most likely a thermostat issue. No charge for diagnosis! Plan to get a new thermostat. I will be using Simply Mechanical in the near future!

They were timely, professional, courteous, and they were clearly experts in their craft. We have lived in a number of states and have had this type of work done several times before.Both gentleman took the time to listen and understand what we hoped to accomplish (a lost effort these days). They offered several approaches to replacing our system and then explained the pros and cons of each choice, followed by offering their suggested products and the methods of installing them. When I asked for the reasons and details behind their suggestions, they had them - clear, common-sense-based answers on the spot.Five days later the gentlemen from Simply Mechanical arrived at exactly the arranged time (7:00 A.M.) and delivered removal and replacement services of our system without a drop of water, a scratch, or any debris left behind. I did a great deal of research and had 8 quotes in getting both my heater and my AC unit replaced. All were way over what I thought the price should have been, and Steven was right on the money. Steven quoted me a fair price, and took the time to explain things to me. He also explained how issues with the way my ducting was laid out was causing issue. So not only did he and his team to a great job in replacing both my heater and AC unit, but fixed the ducting for that price. I now can feel the air coming out of my vents!!! I received several quotes from different companies and went with Jon and Simply Mechanical because of the time he spent with me explaining my options. After Jon and his partner installed my furnace and new smart thermostat he walked me thought all new equipment, showing me how it worked and how it differed from the previous equipment. They also were able to work directly with Xcel to get my rebate. They were not the cheapest but I am very happy and warm I might add, now that I have a new furnace.

I called them on Tuesday to see if they could reconnect my dryer vent which was disconnected right before it exits the house. He sent Chuck the next day around 10. It was a bit more complicated than a simple reconnection. Chuck was friendly, polite and did a great job.

The installation when very smoothly, the old furnace and air conditioner were removed, and it was amazing how little space the new HVAC took.I have been using the AC for about a month now, and the house is definitely cooler, I got my utility bill, and was surprised how much lower it is compared to last year at this time.I am very impressed with Simply Mechanical, they are super people.

Steve came out to check on our furnace and immediately found the problem that the hvac company we had been using, couldnt find.He let me know that our furnace was 23 years old and suggested a new furnace instead of being nickle and dimed on a furnace that wouldnt last much longer. Great service. Called for radiant heating service. Tech diagnosed the issue. Then he also looked at my AC multi-zone. He steered us away from an expensive unnecessary adjustment. Then he replaced my radiant heater fan. Lastly, we got him to install our new gas fire pit! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice to work with. Would use again.
