I have to say their service was excellent. Very professional and friendly.

They added in an AC unit and updated our furnace a year ago. They were very helpful, reliable, and did a great job.

My AC was working too hard and using too much energy. Chris took a look at my system and discovered that the dip switches werent property configured during the initial installation and the AC was overcharged. He also replaced my blower fan capacitor at a lower rate than I had been previously quoted. I highly recommend these guys.

Dale and Terrance came out answered all my questions and gave us an excellent price on replacing our 15 year old furnace. Terrance and Troy were out 3 days later and installed a new system that looks great. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, on time and left a perfectly clean area when done. I would recommend getting a bid from them and see for yourself how great they are to work with.

We have used Emporia Home Service for Heating maintenance, AC maintenance and some plumbing work - the latter service they generally do not offer but we were able to get help. It took long to complete plumbing job but it worked out.As far as Heating and AC issues, we would highly recommend Emporia Home Services. Great! Our AC wasn’t working and so Dale came by to troubleshoot. He gave us severalOptions and was honest about what each option would do. We opted to replace our AC, a quick and easy process that took a day. Very happy with installers and Melissa in the office who put a rebate into Xcel and a warrantee into the manufacturer for us. Heard about them from neighbors and will recommend going forward.

I received 5 star service from Emporia Home Services. They went out of their way to insure my complete satisfaction with their work. I took bids for a complete HVAC system replacement and Emporia provided the best price and their service was outstanding. I can honestly and strongly recommend Emporia Home Services.

I needed a new furnace (mine was 40 yrs old and blowing cold air). They came in, gave me a quote, and a second quote for 2 additional vents and a return vent in the basement. They had the furnace installed the following day. So fast! I ended up having them do both, and they were fantastic. They installed the additional vents and intake the following week. Polite, wore masks, covered their shoes and cleaned up before they left. Ive already recommended them to several friends and family.

In February 2021 I had my Furnace checked, cleaned & serviced. I was told my Rheem Furnace was on its last leg and needed to be replaced! It was manufactured in 1984 and serviced this house for 37 years - not a bad run when most furnaces have an expected lifespan of ~ 20 years. I proceeded to request quotes from 6 different HVAC companies. The quotes ranged from $3,995 up to $10,355, which I tossed. Emporia Home Services had some stiff competition as they were on the high end of the four remaining companies. After speaking with each company, I narrowed it down to two. I negotiated with both of them, but my rep, Dale, was actually able to beat my bottom-line Price. I am glad I did. Dale backed up everything he told me and never wavered, so I signed on with Emporia. The service techs arrived early on Friday. They completed the job, some fine tuning and cleanup and were gone by 5:30pm. I am more than completely satisfied with the Bryant Furnace and the job they did installing it. I cant stress enough the professionalism and quality work Emporia Home Services did for me. If youre looking for a new furnace, make sure you contact Emporia Home services, you wont be disappointed. Everything about this company portrays excellence and Im certain they will preform the same for you!

Emporia installed a humidifier into our existing furnace. Quote and completed within 24 hours! Very professional and kind from Melissa in the office to Terrance completing the work. Thanks for making this stress free and improving the air quality in our home. And for nearly 1/2 the price of the other guys who were difficult to work with!

This company is horrific. Poor installation, terrible installers, never return calls, system they installed leaks, they left beer cans in the vents, said they were installing new intake system and never did while just reusing old materials that were already in my home. Watch out as they take your money and RUN. Stay clear of these unprofessional and ill informed Hvac specialists THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!

I called Emporia to inspect my HVAC system prior to selling my home. They showed up within hours and inspected both furnaces/AC units and found that when the home was built they installed it incorrectly (not to code) which effected the performance of the system and caused both furnaces to not allow condensation to escape and rusted out the heat exchanger as well as other internal parts. The Humidifier was installed on the wrong side of the furnace ducting so it never worked. They were very thorough and gave me an immediate prognosis. They were able to replace the furnaces within days if I accepted the invoice. The invoice was very fair. We gave the new home buyers the option to replace or take a credit for the amount we were quoted, they chose to take the credit but Emporia did not even charge me for the several hours they were there. Great people, very knowledgeable and sympathetic to the situation we were in. I highly recommend these guys for any home repair. There are many shady companies out there but these guys are the most professional people I have dealt with.

I could not be happier with what emporia did for us, we have a very out dated ac boiler unit in our condo, I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire unit, and it was going to cost us a ton! They where able to clean up the unit and fix all my leaking in a matter or days and the price was completely reasonable. They where extremely professional, they respected our home and the staff was so friendly! Also I love that we where helping support a local business if you need any havc service call them, you won’t be disappointed!!

The representatives from Emporia Home Services were extremely professional and detailed in their proposal to install A/C at my house. Due to unforeseen issues unrelated to this work, I was unable to schedule the A/C install. When I am ready to move forward, I will definitely be calling Emporia Home Services to do the work.

I called Emporia to get second opinion on my furnace. The previous company that inspected it said a lot of things were wrong with my furnace and calculated my costs up to $1100.
