Caroline could of cared less if she had customers or not. Had to wait for 10 minutes plus while she was on a personal phone call. Then demanded to sho proof of vaccination, even though the sign said no mask required for those that were vaccinated. Argued about what hair cut I wanted.I will absolutely never go back there due the absolutely horrible customer service I received. And I will let anyone know who asks to not go there as well.

Caroline is the absolute best. If you have a problem with her you better take a deep breath and look in the mirror and try and figure out what the heck is wrong with yourself.

Erika is my stylist and has been since she has started with SUPERCUTS and there is no one else as professional and talented as she is! Not only is she spot on with my cut every time but she is always one-upping herself with my fade every visit I make, and I only go to her! Erika is not only very talented with the clippers and a simple fade but her skills excel with her shears and hair dye knowledge as well! Men and/or woman’s hair it doesn’t matter her excellence and precision is game changing! Thank you Erika!P.S. Very friendly stylist, she did a good job cleaning up and disinfecting after the previous client. Was a little nervous because I hadnt been in for a haircut since covid started, but will feel comfortable going back again.

Went in to get a hair cut and got nothing but attitude, from the time i walk in from the front desk to the NOT NICE PERSON HAIRSTYLES CAROLINE.. All I got was a feeling they don,t like men and got talk down to by the personnel........ And this why I will never go there and only go to fantastic SAM, the personnel make you feel welcome NOT LIKE THIS PLACE.. If i could i give them no stars..

Susie took GREAT care of me, I showed up about 10 minutes late with a mop of hair on my head and she made me look and feel like a king. Great job of protecting my health as well as hers, with current virus conditions. I will go back there again!

Absolutely horrid experience! My husband asked for a very specific yet simple trim and fade! He told DELORIS she was cutting it too short and she then told him she had to even it out that did not happen! It is completely uneven and the fade is not a fade at all ! It looks like she just cut it very short with safety scissors! There are uneven spots all over his head! He said he was unhappy with it but he paid her anyway. I called immediately when he came home and explained to her the situation with his hair she was unapologetic and said theres nothing they can do since he already paid and never even gave him a receipt! I asked for her first and last name she refused to give me her last name ! I informed her I was contacting Corp she didnt care. He is on his way to Floyds to get it fixed! terrible location and I will never recommend this place to anyone !! I wanted a refund and she laughed! They make your company look unprofessional and cheap and staffed with untalented and unmannered people!

I’ve been coming to this SuperCuts for a while. Usually pretty solid. Today I asked for what I always get, medium fade with a 0. The lady was more intent on talking than paying attention. Hair directly above my ears is down to the ear on one side and a shaved up a fingertips length, if not more, on the other. I’m military and report for duty on Thursday. I take my appearance in uniform seriously. The haircut I got today is flat out embarrassing. I’ve trusted these people to make me look professional. Never again

If you enjoy being butchered go here. Lady had no clue how to cut men’s hair. Who cuts into the beard when giving a haircut with a #2 buzzer and wants to act like it’s no big deal. I got up and walked out.

Unprofessional staff, uneducated, very arrogant owner...who knew who was running g the place. Was there over a mnth ago an I loved it. I dont know what happened but they lost something an I wont go there again and neither will other people!! Owner shud worry mire about his biz then running around collecting && in front of clients.
