A much needed hair cut. What a place to get one! Chris was a pleasure to be around. She was on top of all precautions for Safety, temperature check, hand sanitizer at the door and completely wiped everything down. Oh and what a great haircut. Do yourself a favor and check them out!!!

Rude girl sitting outside texting on her phone when you walk up. Told her I had a reservation and she claimed that they never received my online reservation but yet they sent an email Confirming my online appointment. Probably should have someone more friendly greeting people at the door and not turning them away because they’re too lazy to do their job and check to see if they have any reservations on their system.

The customer service is terrible. No point in making an appointment. but still wait there for the lady at the front desk to completely ignore the fact I was there until one of the other girls came up to ask me about the appointment to just push me out of the door.. Definitely wont waste my time trying to support this spot again.

Let me tell ya this place is by far the best Ive been to. The employees are very welcoming. My stylist Lauren is the one I go to everytime! She cuts my hair to perfection and in a timely matter. Ever since going to her and letting her cut my sales and profits have gone up. I tip her good everytime and results are amazing! She is truly skilled at her craft and I recommend this location for anyone looking for an upgrade in a hair style!

Best Haircut Place Ive ever been to. The staff is fun and cool to talk to. KIM is one of the best hairstylist ever shes so friendly and nice and always gives the best haircuts 100%! This place is excellent! It took me 4 years to finally find somewhere I can trust cutting my hair properly and this is it!!! Emily is the lady who cut my hair and all I can say is wow..... She cut it exactly how I wanted it also trimmed the nose hairs! Sher is another lady there who did a wonderful job the first time I went to them! And there customer service is exquisite! The environment is well kept and very pleasant to be in. Huge thumbs up!!!

I get my hair cut here every month or so & the stylist I normally use no longer works there. Had it done by Michaela this go-round and she did a fantastic job! Even though I get the same cut each time, she warned me that she goes about fading the sides differently. She verbalized what she was doing each time she did a procedure, because I was used to having it done differently. In the end it turned out better than expected. She was pretty friendly as well, keeping me entertained with conversation and no small talk to substitute any silence. I found my new favorite stylist!

Love this place!! I have been getting a cut here for about a year. I will not go anywhere else it has the perfect atmosphere. I like the laid back vibe I dont leave with a headache from blasting music. Anita nails it every time she knows my hair style without having to be reminded. She has a great attention to detail. Was in desperate need of a new barber and I took a chance on Knockouts. Anita took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with my haircut and was comfortable the whole time. She was attentive and fun to be around as well. I didnt get a chance to meet the other girls but Im sure they are wonderful like Anita. Kim gave me the WORST haircut I have ever received. If you go, make sure its not with her. I asked to taper the sides from a 1 to a 2, and there was zero tapering, so the lower half was a 1 and there was a distinct line between the that and the top half, which was a 2. She messed up my part, so it is no longer a straight line. Since the hair on the top of my head is 3+ inches (essentially an undercut), this mistake has messed up my part until I completely change my hairstyle. The only way to fix it is to push the entire part further up my head, which looks terrible. Additionally, she absolutely butchered my hair when trying to blend the other side. She cut at least 2 inches off the front right side of my hair when I asked for 3/4 off. Additionally, she completely forgot to trim a large part of my hair. After witnessing her make mistake after mistake, I decided to just give up and leave before she did any more damage. I highly recommend NEVER letting Kim (Kimberly?) cut your hair.

This was the first time I had visited the Knockouts for a hair cut. The stylist was very professional and I am very pleased with the results. The double shampoo and relaxing scalp massage was a special add on. I also purchase a couple bottles of the shampoo products and will continue to purchase these. I have been looking for a place that can cut my hair the way i like ( military style) with out going to the Air Force base. A friend recommended Nicole so i went in expecting the worst haircut, i was wrong Nicole knew what i was talking about and I walked out with a cut that i wanted. another good thing is the massages wow. i will be going back to see Her.

Its unfortunate because Knockouts generally does a great job and Kimberly is superb. Unfortunately, I needed a haircut and was willing to try a new stylist at Knockouts...huge mistake! Knockouts had been having a huge issue hiring and retaining their stylists so Kimberly was desperate for some help. Unfortunately, she made a huge mistake in this hire. I genuinely felt like I was walking into a very dangerous situation with a stylist who acted as if she would snap at any second.The new girl had been an hour on the job and was clearly having a bad day for reasons unknown to me Im sure. She didnt know where anything was, was carelessly moving and dropping things, and did not know how to use a straight razor as she just went up-and-down on my neck while the plastic safety guard was still on it...LOL. She drove the electric clippers into my head like she was super angry and jerked my head around every time she took a cut of my hair. She was cussing and muttering under her breath the whole time for some apparent reason. I am guessing someone had just ripped into her for the last haircut that she gave and that is why she was in such a terrible mood.I asked her if she knew how to do a hard part in the very beginning and she said yes but by the end of the haircut I realized she didnt have a clue. She couldnt even give a decent fade and did not know how to use straight razor. I wish she wouldve just told me that instead of butchering my hair. If I sensed a little more mental stability I would have asked her to fix some things but I realized that wouldve made my hair even worse. She actually seemed scary unstable. So I was polite...paid and left...I even tipped a little because I kept telling myself I dont know what kind of day she has had.I realize it was her first day and I will never again go to a place where I dont know the stylist unless I just have no other option. However, if a stylist is clearly in an unstable mood please remove her so she doesnt cause damage to the person in the chair or to the business reputation. All the other stylists knew she was in a terrible mood because one of them was trying to calm her down. This new girl seemed totally and utterly lost and on top of that could not give a decent haircut. Im going to have to go back in a couple days and have Kim fix my hair... Sadly.

I dont know what one of those other guys was saying about Kim being bad on these reviews, because ive never gotten a better haircut in my life! The fade was so on point, it looked super clean! And the top of my head was trimmed so perfectly. It was exactly how I wanted it, to a T! Not to mention how friendly she was, it was alike walking into a room of friends. All the girls were so personable, and Kimberly had so much to talk about. I walked out with a flawless haircut and totally 10/10 would recommend her. I hear she is super booked so schedule in advance if you want a real haircut, because its totally worth it.

When I went to Knockouts Jordan cut my hair. She did a fantastic job. I asked him how he got my number and he said he looked me up in the system. I told him I didnt consent for them to call me and harass me about my honest review. I told him thats getting awfully close to the line of legal/Illegal business practices. He said I dont know about that.So in conclusion if you leave a bad review the owner will track you down about it and call you. I have 2 calls so far. I get that the owner would want to improve his or her business, but that was the most unprofessional way of doing so. I was disappointed before, but now Im just mad. STOP CALLING MY PERSONAL PHONE!

I usually go to the Addison Knockouts and their great as well, but I changed to the Plano location due to them being closer to my work. I went in today for a cut, bread trim, and facial. Bri was my stylist, she welcomed me and was one of the best stylist Ive ever had! Bri was very friendly and very engaging, she took the time to have a conversation with me, she asked me about my work, family, wife, daughters ect... and did not at any time try to rush me out. Bri cut my hair exactly like I wanted it and it turned out great! Bri has magic hands when it comes to the shampoo and facial, I believe at one point I actually fell asleep! I am a Plano customer for life and Bri will be my stylist from now on! If you havent been to the Plano office I highly encourage you to give them a try especially BRI!

Have not had good luck with this place lately. Scheduled an appointment awhile back, I arrived on time, waited 20 minutes past my appt. time and still waited, so I left. Had 1 haircut since. Thought I would try again. Note on the door stating closing early due to unforseen reasons. Walked in around 1 pm, hairstylist told me they are closing at 3pm, immediately handed me a $5 off next haircut, didnt even say anything else. Use to be decent service here. Wont be going back.

I cannot believe what I just heard, I was just there on Monday and got a great haircut as always from Anita. She is the best thing that has happened to this shop. For her to get Fired? Bad move bud... I know I wont be coming back...For anyone seeing this, please avoid this shop, the owner obviously is not too smart...

No stars at all this was maybe the worst day of my life. My friends now call me Kim Jong-un bc of my terrible hair.. don’t give them ur hair they should not be allowed with scissors . One of the employees struggled bringing in beer to the back and my friend had to help her . We wanted nice mullet like hair for lacrosse tryouts but left with utter disappointment and a tear in our eyes. I had a great shampoo experience but the “warm towels” were hotter than balls and burnt me and I’m pretty sure gave me hepatitis. I have been called kimmy for the last 48 hours bc they can’t do there jobs ! My friend came in before me asking for a short side and long in the back and she shaved the entire back end leaving a massive rat tail in the back. He had to get the whole thing buzzed in the sides because she had no idea what long in the back means! Clearly she did not share the same image we had in our heads walking in!

Ive been going to Knockouts with Nicole for a year and every time she cuts my hair it has turned out excellent, and I always get compliments on how good it looks. She gives great advice if I want to try something different and I couldnt be more happy with how it turns out each and every time!

I’ve been coming for almost two years now with Jordan and it is perfect I very time.

Wow. The chick completely butchered my mans hair. We told her we were going to a wedding, so we didnt want anything short. He needed the sides tightened up, and his neck/side ends trimmed. We specifically said that we didnt want the shaved sides like everyone is doing at the moment. He came back to me looking like a little girl tried to give her Ken doll a high and tight military hair cut. This has ruined every single wedding photo at my sisters wedding...This place seems to have good reviews so maybe we will back to see someone else who listens to to their customers. The short hair is what we got, the longer hair is what we asked for. Specifically not a hair cut to grow into, the wedding is in three days.

Went to this barber shop with my boyfriend and noticed how they dont clean there stuff after customers. The lady used a razor on his neck and left a rash. When he said it was a dull razor and it was pulling and irritating, she just Shrugged it off and said oh theyre disposable. They must not be real Barbers since they have to use disposables. Weve gone to several real barber shops but I guess this is just a salon that looks like or is pretending to be a Barber shop. Plus they dont clean their things. Might as well stick to Floyds if Im going to go to a salon its cheaper and better
