I have been seeing Andree at this location for about 4 months. She has taken my hair to the beautiful blonde that I have been wishing for. I have seen other stylists before her and used to do my hair on my own. I cannot rave enough about how much I love my hair right now. The color is just amazing. It was a little bit of a process, as my hair was a total disaster when I met her, but Im so glad I walked in there - out of desperation and a prayer. She is kind, patient, great to talk to, and my hair is finally incredibly awesome. I love my hair cut and color and this is the first time I am truly raving about it, and the price, in the last ten years. Thank you Andree.

Andrea (store manager) is the best .she knows how to cut hair and style it just the way you want it.My wife and I have been going here for a couple of years and we we’re never disappointed. We love southwest plazas Master Cuts.My wife gets her hair colored and cut and she always does a perfect job.Great staff and always friendly.

I just finished getting a fade and my eyebrows waxed from Talia. She also offered to do a deep condition because she noticed that my hair is super brittle and dry. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist to do my hair. She’s so sweet and she cares so much about her job and she even had an out of control customer while I was in the chair and she handled the situation better than anybody could have imagined.

Dont come here. Haircut includes a wash beforehand, which she didnt do. And she started cutting it without, at all, trying to organize the bedhead I came in with, which is what the included shampoo beforehand is supposed to do.Just dont bother. Really dont.

Was weary about going here because of the rating but tried it out and was seen right away by andree. She was so friendly and cut my hair exactly how i wanted im obsessed with my hair right now! I loved what she did so much i brought my 2 daughters in for cuts (3,5) and she did amazing again! She is our new go to for cuts! The other stylists looked friendly as well and their customers were leaving very happy with what they got.

Asked for shoulder length hair. Mentioned that my hair is wavy curly which would mean that shrinkage happens when it dries. Instead I ended up with a choppy bob that is chin length and uneven and 6 inches cut off. I went to fantastic Sams off of Bowles afterwards and they were able to even it out, and help it lay flat. Not worth the $44 I paid for the beauty package.

Ive gone three times, as walk-in each time, and each time theyve sat me immediately. Ive had a different stylist each time, which is not unusual as a walk-in. The stylists/barbers have all been friendly and seem to have been well-trained. The hair cuts have always been good, and I have received compliments on the cuts from my wife and co-workers.Pros: No waits, friendly barbers, good cutsCons: No beers, a little pricey (... but I remember when a cut was $9)

I had a great haircut by Zoe in November went back and she wasnt there. I trusted the other stylists and should not. Im used to the cut coming with a shampoo before, like it always has ever since Ive been coming here. She didnt bother to ask and immediately went to dry cutting my hair after I told her I only wanted a few inches off. It came out uneven and choppy and I asked if she could trim my face frame (even showed her where to start) a bit and she ended up taking about 4 inches out of my bangs from where I wanted so that its not even a face frame and just random pieces of hacked hair I now cant ever get out of my eyes or up in a pony... spent a grand total of maybe 5 minutes in the chair. Super bummed and disappointed for a place I really used to love.

I did not think I would go back after my last experience there, but I gave it one more shot...and Im glad I did!Shayla did an excellent job with my highlights! Very talented young lady!Thank you, Shayla!

I have bad luck with my hair and I was worried going in but Zoey gave me exactly what I was looking for and told me how to style it so it would look like the pictures I showed her. I love it. I cant stop taking pictures and raving. If you want an affordable haircut go see Zoey!

Some good stylist, but most are under-par. came here once and they messed up my top length. took me 4 months to grow it back.

We took our boys for haircuts tonight and they are very possibly the worst haircuts I have ever seen. Uneven, ragged. Terrible. For the cost I would have expected better, but it looks like they were cut with a lawnmower.

Awful! Do not go here!!I got my hair dyed back to my natural color and its lighter in the back and i asked the lady to cut my to be in the middle of my neck- AND SHE CUT IT TO MY CHIN AND ITS UNEVEN! IT TOOK 2 AND A HALF HOURS TO DYE SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR AND CUT IT! I stg dont go here its awful!

Awful!I got a spiral perm. Noticed that the curling rods were not placed the way I expected not were they tight.Salon had a half finished Panera Bread coffee sitting beside the dryers.My perm is a shaggy mess!Andree seemed shocked that I wasnt thrilled.I told her Im biracial and my hair already has the shaggy curl that my hair looked no different!She told me my hair was straight when I came in, umm Id flat ironed it this morning.She proceeded to try and sell me product.Very disspointed.

Used to love this place they used to be so good at haircuts and color..but they either stopped caring about quality or just got lazy.

Went in to get a haircut, walked out after the stylists let people cut in front of me. What happened to first come first serve!

Messed up my hair cut!!!!!!!! didnt blend the fade, lines were crooked and the sides were cut to my skin!!!!!!! Never ever going back to that horrible place again!!!!!!!
