Carmen did a GREAT job on my pixie the first visit. But the reason for the 3 stars is that I made an appointment days ahead and they called me back, but didnt leave any voicemail nor did they attempt,to call me again. So, I go in for my appointment today and was told Carmen wasnt available, they didnt have anyone to accommodate my appointment. That is not responsible or good business to cancel my appointment and not tell me.

Noticed their shop a couple months ago and decided to try them out after my previous stylist raised her prices. Manny cut my hair with a professionalism rarely seen these days. His attention to detail, my comfort, and satisfaction were commendable. Thursdays is discounted cut day AND the fact that theyre a block away from my residence makes them my new haircut destination. Give them a try youll not be disappointed.

Carmen cut my hair with a top tier level of professionalism. I didnt feel like she was rushed, and she had a great attention to detail despite it being a super busy day. She honored my appointment time which I greatly appreciate. Oh and it helps that my cut turned out perfect. Deffinatly my new barber shop.
