I use Don Berry and Square One for the 1st time last week. I was impressed from the moment I called, right up to the point they left my home. When I called to make the appointment the receptionist asked all the questions and clearly passed that info along to the technician. The next day the technician showed up, on time, and it was almost like he was on the call with the receptionist. He was locked on and ready to get to work. He immediately fix the issue with the furnace. He checked all kinds of stuff, for free, while he was here to ensure I had no other issues. I would recommend Don Berry and Square One to all my friends, family, and my clients. Its rare anymore that you get a knowledgeable company that still believes in being competitive and having great service!

Don Berry came to evaluate the heating and air system in my home. He is everything you look for in a service technician - responsive to phone calls, on time, courteous, tidy (he even took off his shoes when he came into my house), knowledgeable, and thorough. He did his work and didnt mind answering my questions or explaining things to me.He is definitely leading in his field. He has a patent for a device that simplifies furnace filter replacement, so hes thinking about how to improve current systems. Hes also up on the latest in rebates and can give recommendations on when the best time to invest in a new system.I cant say enough good about Don. He did a great job.

The owners of Square One are great people and I know that carries over into how they conduct business! Don has taught me a lot about heating and air that I did not know before. Whenever I need anything related to my heating system or my air conditioning I will definitely be contacting Square One!!

Don and Dave at Square1 recently installed a steam-generating, whole-home humidifier in my home and I can breathe again! We had a humidifier that was terribly insufficient for our square footage so Don recommended the steam model. It was installed and functional shortly thereafter. Don stayed at my house until about 730 p.m. to ensure the install was done correctly and it was all functional. Cant say enough good about Square1.

I had duplex that needed annual cleaning and they called the tenants and everything went really smooth. No issues on both furnaces. Thank you for a great job.Kirk

Square 1 is always on time and through with its inspection and fast and accurate with tasks required wrt swamp-cooler setup and close down. They are always considerate of the property and take care to boot their feet if coming in from a less that pristine outdoors environment. They are always courteous and helpful with future needs and possibilities. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing furnace inspection or swamp-cooler servicing.George Hellewell

I scheduled an appointment because my CO detector was going off. Left a message and got an immediate call back. Came out the same day and actually called me to come look at it earlier than my scheduled appointment. Found out later that I wasnt even in their service area!!!! And after all of that, very amazed with the reasonable rate I was charged. Highly recommend!!! Wish I were in their service area!!!!!

Square One HVAC recently installed an April Air humidifier in my home and I have only good things to say about the work they did. Don, the owner, evaluated which model would be the best value and saved me money. Dave, the tech, was on time and installed the unit perfectly. Great HVAC company that I will use in the future for all HVAC needs.
