Michael was very professional and kept us informed during the whole process. Michael and Cory were both very polite and friendly. It was a tight space and obviously difficult to maneuver in, but we now have a great new water heater that was installed in record time. Our thanks to Michael for taking care of us so well! Jeff was very knowledgeable and found the source of leak in the bathroom. I felt like I received a grim diagnosis, but we at least have an idea of what the next step would be. He unclogged a drain in another bathtub while he was here and the price was fair. I hope I wont have to call a plumber for a long time, but will definitely keep Priority on my list.

Priority Plumbing rep came to deal with 2 clogged sink drains and slow shower drain. After he left, we found that the shower now would not drain at all. Unfortunately, our rep did not include the shower on his paperwork, so Priority Plumbing and Heating refused my request to fix the shower under the 30-day warranty (it had only been 4 days when I called them).Update 10/3/21 - So it sounds like we were undercharged, since the shower wasnt on the first bill? $199 seems kinda steep for routing a single sink, but if that is truly the case then I am in error. Please contact me privately and let me know what we owe for the additional item on the original service call.

We had a leaky pipe somewhere in the ceiling of our basement. Ruben came out and quickly identified where the leak was coming from. He did his best to limit the drywall that will need replacing and did quality work. He was upfront and honest about everything he was going to do.Ruben is REALLY amazing!! These guys came out to clear a simple drain clog and presented $400 and $1,000 options. They wouldn’t listen to how we’ve dealt with this issue before and kept trying to push more expensive solutions. We sent them away without paying and called a different plumber who fixed the issue in 15 mins for $100. Do not call Priority Plumbing.

The service tech, Bowen was early and got right to it. He was very professional and friendly. I had a clogged drain and the disposal was shot. He took care of the problems. The only issue I had was what they wanted to charge me for the install of the disposal. Their cost was twice the fee I received from two other companies to install a disposal. We negotiated a lower cost for what they were going to charge me, but it was still more costly then the two estimates. Their advertising says competitive pricing so I think they need to stand by that motto and work on being competitive.
