Top Nail was happy to service my needs after I walked in at 6:30 (not realizing they close at 7:00). They never made me feel rushed and spent quality time; gave me the nicest pedicure and manicure I’ve had in a long time. Super covid aware. Not to mention, meaningful, kind conversation. I can’t wait to go back!

I am not from Arkansas. I was just passing through the state. I needed my nails done for a wedding I am in. I just happened to go in there and they did a PHENOMENAL job. I have never had such a wonderful job done on nails before. Thank you!

This was the 2nd time I got a GREAT gel manicure from Top Nail. On this trip, Ly (Kevin) was so pleasant and friendly and gave me a very good manicure....great really. He was very thorough and my nails look so nice. I didnt have to wait at all. His wife works there as well and there 6 year daughter was there when I came....just an adorable family. You couldnt ask for nicer people to give you a manicure and nice conversation.

I have used their services for several years for pedicures, manicures, eye brow waxes. Always a positive experience. Owner is cheerful and friendly. Employee roster is very stable, which suggests good management.

Excellent service!! Cindy did a great job on my nails. I showed her a picture of the nail art that I wanted and she did her creative twist to it and made it look even better.

I waited for 30 minutes and they barely acknowledged my existence. So I left and went to O P Nails, which was a wonderful experience. Dave was great, and I found my new fav nail place! I wont be going to Top Nail ever again. Dont they know people have things to do, and cant just wait around all day??? Rude!

Pulled up to Top Nails and realized they didnt open until 9:30am. I left to get water, came back and there was one customer waiting. As we sat there, another customer arrived but went down the walkway to check out Steinmart to pass time until the salon opened. At this time, the first customer who was waiting, got out of her car and stood by the door. The first customers friend (the 4th customer) arrived and they stood out front laughing and talking like old friends. At about 9:35 am, Cindy, the owner arrived. I get out of my car and wait by the door untilshe unlocks it. I was the first in the salon, so I proceeded to pick out a color because I only needed a fill for my nails. I knew I was second in line and I assumed Cindy would ask who was there first. NO; SHE DIDNT ASK. She asked the two friends what services they needed rendered (2 pedicures and a manicure) and told me that I needed to come back because she couldnt service me at the time because she was understaffed at the moment. At this time Im floored, shocked. I begin to explain the succession of our arrival as we waited for her to open. In my heart, I dont want to believe that it was my skin tone that made her treat me with very little respect. But as Ive pondered this review the last 24 hours, my conclusion is more evidenced by her lack of empathy or concern as I was leaving her salon. She didnt try to rectify the problem. Just recently, I made Top Nails my salon of choice. Im a very good customer who tips well. My money spends the same as my other counterparts and my time is just as precious. Cindy, Im very upset and hurt by your actions on Saturday.

Told me she wouldnt do my 2 nail repairs because it was 5 dollars and I couldnt use my credit card. I needed to go get cash in order to get my nails repaired.

Ive had acrylic nails for seven years. With that said, Ive had terrific and appolinng experiences. A couple weeks ago I was very disappointed with a filling I got in Miami. My nails were lifting shortly after and they turned yellow (I wasnt in the sun or tanning salon either). When I got to Top Nail, Lana quickly noticed the poor condition and quality of my acrylics. She carefully and gently took my acrylic nails; they were paper thin and breaking from the previous nail salon. After two hours of tedious work, Lana sent me on my way with a set of gorgeous acrylic nails (she used acrylic to help my nails grow and get stronger) and a natural colored gel polish. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

They are horrible at doing acrylic nails!!!! Dont even ask for them to do different shapes because they cannot do them. 😑 The man is so rude and swear he knows what he is doing and doesnt!!!! Its New Years and now my nails look a mess. MAD isnt even the word!
