Took almost 2 hours. I asked for square but they are all very crooked and uneven in length.

Over charged me and my nails were lumpy and uneven. It took them forever to do my nails. I guess the man is the only one that does nails. They move super slow. He was on the same nail for 5 minutes applying acrylic little by little. He drilled too fast and hard and burnt my nail bed. It was me and 2 other ladies and it took them 4 hours to be done with me.

I asked for acrylic toe, it’s uneven, to thick !! They don’t know how to do no nails !!!!

They (3 workers) definitely took their time before starting and I was the only one in there other than one other customer finishing up a pedicure. It took 2 hours to do a 30 minute powder dip on my natural nails and they looked horrible! Nails were not smooth and powder was not even...you could feel and see the bumps in the powder. It started chipping off within the day. Process was very different than the powder process in other salons...almost like they didn’t quite know how to do it. Do not recommend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. The reviews are accurate. I wish I would have never went here. Went for a repair and polish change and they can’t even lay acrylic. It was bumpy and all past my nail bed on my skin. I have NEVER had this happen. I wish I could attach a picture. I went today because they are about the only nail shop open on Sunday. Not to mean I arrived at 4:15. They close at 5 and as it got closer to 5 the lady said she didn’t have time to do my polish change. Horrible service

I go here to get pedicures with my wife occasionally. They always do a great job! They have brand new massage chairs that feel amazing! We feel refreshed and relaxed after every visit. There is a wait sometimes, but there is a reason for that. The staff do not rush thru one client to get to the next. They give quality service to all guests in the order they arrive.

The only reason why I stopped is because I was going out of town and my normal nail tech was closed. When I went in I ask if they had the mood polish, they stated they did. The nail that was going my nails did them horrible. I had to have 3 new nails applied because they previously broke. He did not shape them correctly (coffin) and when he was applying the acrylic it was wayyy to thick. I kept having to tell him that it was too thick and just brushed it off. Turns out they did not have mood changing polish at all, so I picked a nude. The polish was soo thick on my nails. I have several air bubbles. The polish looks horrible in the light. I will NEVER go back to that salon. I would recommend it either.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE ! These people have no professionalism or quality control . My nails looked soooo disgusting they made me pay half way through them offered glitter ( to cover it up ) all of my nails had bumps and paint on the outside . It looked like a child did my nails !!! Please let these people retire!!

I got my nails done and they came off the same day!! I was opening a pack of underwear and two of my nails popped off and my toe nail paint is all off already and it’s been 3 days since. I will NEVER use them again

My experience was horrible! I waited for over an hour to then be asked if i could come back the following day. When i asked if I would be given a discount due to the inconvenience I was told no. When asked why not and informed them of how long I had been waiting, I was then told they would give me $2 off but they all had to be something to do and needed to get off on time.

They were extremely nice, but I went back three times because of my polish flaking and cracking and its still not fixed. I wont be going back.

I always have a good experience here and the prices are the cheapest in the city.
