I called Asher Wrecker to come out to tow my vehicle. Brent Davis came out, jumped my battery to get the car out of the garage and towed it to the dealership. He was very helpful and professional! After towing the vehicle to the dealership, he sent a photo to show that the job was completed! This was EXCELLENT customer service!

I have used Asher Towing twice in the last 3 months and both times Chris was the driver. He is always friendly and professional. They make sure you are notified when they are on their way and call before they get to your location. They get to you quickly and go above and beyond to make sure you are informed about the towing process. Both times we needed them they were at least 15 minutes faster than the estimated time of arrival. They take care of your car as well as their customers with friendly professionalism. I will NEVER use any other towing company again. I will recommend them time and time again. I hope they see that Chris is a great employee with great customer service skills. You can tell he enjoys his job and is good at it.

Had a great experience with Asher Wrecker today. My car broke down at the store, so I called my roadside assistance with Progressive and this is who they sent. Chris was friendly and professional, and updated me on his ETA twice which I appreciated! Wait time was pretty average, about 45 minutes, not too bad since they were coming to Conway from Little Rock. When they arrived they quickly got my car up on the truck and off to the shop. I would use them again for sure, but hopefully won’t need to :)

We had the best experience with this towing company! My car wouldn’t crank after work today, and after contacting our roadside assistance they said Asher was the company that could make it there quickest. My driver side window also wouldn’t roll down. Ace helped us, called me when he was on his way with an ETA, then gave us some trash bags from his truck and helped us cover up my window! Super great service!!

The driver was great and had a good laugh with me about me messing my car up, and I appreciated that. although, I was worried about dispatch getting my info right and the truck they sent out had no marker lights, bald tires and the driver had to push the brakes to the floor and use full jake to stop at red lights so I kind of wondered where my $80 for an in-city tow was going. they were the first 24/7 service I saw though so I cant complain too much, but they could really take a little more pride in their tools.

We called Asher around 6 yesterday. They td us it would be 45-1 hour. No problem. We left the key and went home. They never brought the vehicle. We called back around 8, we were then informed they are behind two hours. Still? Although it had been two hours already? Well, fast forward to this morning, my vehicle was NEVER picked up or towed home. They left my vehicle on the side of the interstate all night. They even TOOK OUR CARD INFORMATION during the initial call. This was inexcusable. This morning we call them back and they apologize, Oh we will send someone over! They never put you on the board That was around 6 am. It is 8 am and Ive now had to get my vehicle towed by a completely different company because The tow truck driver said he cant find the truck. We have established this during EVERY call we have made with you people, EASTBOUND I-630 RIGHT BEFORE EXIT 2B. He legitimately asked us if that was in North Little Rock. Sir, this freeway does not run into NLR.WHAT A JOKE. Do not waste your time. Called this company on Monday 7/19 and was told they would move my 2 box trucks on Wednesday 7/21. I asked if this could be done at 8:00 am and was told yes by Herman. I called 2-3 times to verify and was told I would get a call back. Nothing. I called again on 7/22 to see if they had been moved to repair shop and was told no and that Herman would call me back. 3 days later and still no Herman and still no answers. I canceled my request for service and called another company and they are even doing this for less and will have a truck dispatched within 2 hours.

Our truck broke down in Little Rock recently and Asher was our towing service. They not only towed our truck but our 31ft travel trailer as well. Once in their yard, they went out of their way to set us up with power so we could be comfortable that night. The following day they also towed our RV to an RV park while we waited for repairs to be completed on the truck. A special shout out to Logan and Herman for going above and beyond!

Hired Asher Wrecker to tow our car from Crain Chevrolet to an apartment building 7 miles away. They dropped the car off two blocks and around the corner from where it was supposed to go. The company refused to move it to the proper address and said they had photo proof it was at the correct address, which their GPS verified. The photo actually proved it was in the wrong location. I offered to send them a photo proving it was in the wrong location, but they tried to say it was because they sent us their photo first. I asked about a tow to the correct location, and Lisa, whom I spoke with, stated that the destination has 3 different parking lots, which it does, but it also means she knew the car was in the incorrect location. Eventually she refused to even accept money for a new tow, trying to say we moved the car. The car has no keys, no plate, and the battery is dead, hence needing the tow. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and have already disputed the tow charge with the bank.

Go with anyone but them!!!They do not communicate their policies to workers or customers. The driver told me that he didnt tow my car because he couldnt find it. I should also leave the keys under the back tire and he would come pick the car up. I did as he advised but when I called back he told me to setup another tow. The woman that answered the phone was rude. The manager was gone. When I finally spoke with the manager she took no accountability. She told me that he found the car but didnt pick it up because I didnt sign a form (keep in mind I spoke directly with the driver). I requested that she send the form via email or text. She then refused to send the form and/or setup the tow.

My car was overheating on the interstate about 40miles from Little Rock, Asher Wrecker was the only company that would send someone to tow my vehicle immediately. Justin was very nice and super efficient when loading my car on his truck. He even offered to stop somewhere so we could use the restroom. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow!

After 2 hours they call and can’t get a hold of me so they assume that I don’t need a tow and put me at the bottom of the list. Call someone else unless you have all day and nothing better to do.

I got letter from them I called them and told them i wanted to know what was letter about the lady on the phone was rude I told her that I just wanted some information and not needed to be rude then she hang up on me. They use to be my go to people at my work and refer my customer to them there customer service went down this is really bad service

If you have nothing but time on your hands, or have patience at least then I this tow service is for you. Otherwise find another tow service who can be more punctual.Its a shame that my insurance company used my roadside assistance for this towing service. This tow truck company damaged my daughters vehicle when they towed it to the repair shop due to two flat tires. My daughter is a teenager. He told her he did not need the keys to the vehicle and would met her at the repair shop. Once she arrived she noticed and stated what happen to her car that was parked in a parking spot with no keys to move. It was now damaged/cracked on her front right bumper the opposite side of the flat tires. He then handed her a piece off her car that needed replacing and a card and said it is easy to put back on if you need me to you can just stop by and I will put it back on. I reported to my insurance company he lied and said that he took pictures before hand and the damage was already there. Which he never produced because it was a lie. He also lied and said that my daughter meet him at the pick up spot and gave him the keys which again is a lie. My daughter had several people that can verify this but the insurance company says that they are considered bias. I am switching insurance companies. But this company has an integrity issue. If they did it to us they definitely have done it to others. DO NOT USE THEM! If they call you through a referral ask for another company because you may get more damage than has already occurred. The only reason their getting 1 star because it would not let me post without it.TO YOUR RESPONSEThe first lie is that he met my girls at the first site. I know that not to be true because they were with me when he called to tow. My girls were given an initial time of 45 minutes and he call within 10 minutes and they were not going to be there until another 15 minutes he said dont worry about it I will meet you at the repair shop and thats when she said you dont need the keys he said no I will meet you at the repair shop which is about 10 minutes away so thats the first lie. The second lie is the one picture that was submitted by your toe truck company my car that I was driving was actually parked next to my daughters vehicle and the door was open in that picture. (A red Ford Focus) that was at the drop-off spot how could my car that I actually drove be there with the car that was damaged if it was the first pick up spot. That picture was taken after the car arrived at the repair shop. Also how was the door open if you never had the keys second lie. Third lie State Farm didnt dismiss this. The tow truck agency that handles referrals for several insurance companies (Aergo) is the insurance company resolve this because its beneficial for them not to have to pay out but a person who has integrity knows that they damaged the car. Also I guess he just suggested to that she comes by his place to have something repaired for free out of the goodness of his heart. Yed she did say that she ran over something hence the flat tires but four people got out of that car to change the flat tires and a fifth person came to assist. None of that damage was there ahead of time and they will all testify to that your guy is lying.

After an hour, I called and was told it would be another 30 minutes. 2 hours later, Im still on the highway in a hot car with 2 kids. I called Asher tow around 7:00 pm and was advised that a tow would be en route between 7:30-8:00 pm. I called back at almost 8:30 and was told that they had a wreck to clean up and he was changing a tire and would be on the way to me next and no one had the courtesy to call and let me know. I waited a bit longer and saw the tow truck pass me up and called to let him know he passed me and he told me that he had another call and I would have to wait a second time, again and no one bothered to let me know. I had to end up calling another tow truck after sitting in my car till almost 10:00 pm,smh. Very inconsiderate and a complete waste of time.

Asher was contacted through my insurance (State Farm) to tow my car since it would not start. Chris was dispatched to us, and arrived very quickly. He was very professional and rather impressive with how quickly he got our car set up to tow (it was in a smaller blocked off lot at my work, and he was a pro at getting the big tow truck in and out of there). The service starred off Great but quickly went downhill once I got to my vehicle and noticed that the driver side door handle was laying on the ground completely broken off. I called the office to have them come and assist being that I could only UNLOCK my doors from the driver side. HOW GRAND!!! They had to call a worker to come and get my doors open. Ok Great!! Now I need someone to explain how my door handle got broke. Oh it was like that when we picked it up ok sure so why are the pieces of the door handle sitting HERE on the ground if it was broken when the vehicle was picked up?! Next question, who was the driver that can vouch for that?! May I have his name?! I was told that they would speak with the driver and get back to me. I waited a few days, called back and still no answer. So I have to leave my doors unlocked wherever I go so that I can climb through the BACKSEAT just to open my DRIVER door and get in. Someone help me get answers on how this should be handled!!!???

While you never want to be in a position to have to have your car towed, after a minor car accident we contacted them because the car was not drivable. The gentleman who came out was very efficient and did a great job getting the car on the wrecker, even in a somewhat awkward position and in moderate traffic. Their equipment was awesome and dealing with them afterward in picking up personal items before the insurance company came and picked it up was smooth and all employees were very friendly and helpful.

Asher was contacted by Progressive to tow my car through my Insurance Policy. They accepted the job, sent me a text telling me they accepted it and then called Progressive 10 minutes later and cancelled saying they didn’t have a driver. If you didn’t have a driver why did you accept it in the first place idiots? Now it’s 10:45 at night and Progressive which has also had terrible service through this is still looking for someone to tow my car.

Scheduled a pickup time through my insurance company. Driver called me a hour before the pickup time & asked if he could get my car an hour early and take it to their tow yard before dropping the car off at my mechanics shop an hour later. I told him that wasn’t going to work for me. He then told me that I would have to then wait an hour until the original pickup time before he could tow my car. I agreed. An hour passes & my drivers a no-show. I called the dispatch & they tell me my insurance company cancelled the order. I then call my insurance company back and they tell me the real truth that the driver cancelled my order saying, “I showed up to customers house twice, and he was rude and irate.” Complete BS ! The driver never came to pick the car up & the only interaction we had was the phone call an hour earlier than he was scheduled to pickup. I hate companies that are unprofessional. Not only did this company lie about coming to my house, but they also lied about the interaction their driver had on the phone with me. I wasn’t rude or irate, but I was unpleased at the fact that the driver wanted to tow my car an hour earlier than scheduled. I set a specific time for this service provider to tow my car because the shop I was towing to didn’t open before my scheduled pickup. The whole ordeal was a mess, and it made me an hour late for work. If you know of any other tow companies, USE THEM! These guys are horrible!

Gabe Hill was SO helpful! Not only was he professional, kind, and helpful, he went above and beyond helping me with my car. I broke down at a dog park, so I had dogs with me, and while he couldn’t take the dogs, he called to check just in case. A driver broke my mailbox. I waited a month and no one came to fix it. I had to get someone to fix it for me.

Do NOT call these criminals! They charge over $300 at night and if they impound your car they charge $100 daily and $700 to get it out. They lie to you every step of the way do they can keep your vehicle. Its a shame a business like this is allowed to operate in Little Rock. The driver I had was a skinny kid who looked drugged out. Aside from having a bad mouth, he was very unprofessional. I wouldnt reccomend them to my worst enemy.

The kid showed up wanting to charge over $200 to tow the car less than 4 miles, not bothering to tell me that it costs $55 daily to park on their lot, then another $500 to get the car out. After someone hits you in a wreck, you have to decide if the car is totaled or worth keeping. Insisting the car be towed back to my house, the kid became argumentative with me turned his back and started laughing like an immature 7th grader. He ended up towing it to the lot after telling him not to. I called the lot that night and the dispatcher told me the prices that would be applied as I listed them above. I went to the office in person the next day to take pictures of the damage, and they wouldnt let me access the car until my brother comes and signs papers because the cars in his name. I asked how much the charges would be, already knowing it would be $55 daily and $500 to get it out, but the guy said he couldnt tell me because its not my car. So either the person over the phone wasnt supposed to tell me the prices, or the guy in the office lied to me. Overall bad experience with everyone involved. Lying, manipulative, shady... never call these people and pay no attention to the fake positive reviews. The owner is either complacent or just has no idea how mismanaged his employees are. The boy driving the tow truck was sarcastic and seemed like it was his first day on the job. He was more concerned about what he wanted instead of honoring the wishes of the customer. I cant remember his name, but hes a little guy, and his mouth moves faster than his brain.

My car was dragged on to the flatbed of your truck while it was still in park. I did not like it. I told your employee it was still in park he said its ok and didnt bother to put it in neutral. He just kept dragging it. Im unhappy. Is it normal process to drag the front-wheels against the transmission? He had the key. It could go into neutral.Then Landers told me it didnt arrive until after 1PM. He took it at 11:40. Driver told the Landers guy that hed had a state police directed emergency and had to take my car off the truck and do their bidding. Afterward he reloaded my car - probably with the transmission in park!!!Im now speechless.

Had a blow out on the interstate in the wee morning hours. We used our roadside assistance who sent Asher. Our driver was incredibly polite and courteous. If we ever have trouble in the area again, we will definitely use Asher.
