I love this salon. The new owners are so fabulous. They truly understand customer service and go above and beyond to deliver for their clients. I love in Elk Grove Village and drive the 20+ miles to come here for the personalized service and high quality work. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and more importantly I get compliments on my nails all the time from complete strangers. The work is that good. I highly recommend.

The manicure did not even last 24 hours before it chipped & the spa pedicure lasted just a few more days before chipping - perhaps because the tech quickly painted 2-3 nails with only 1 dip into the polish. The cuticle oil was quickly swiped on as well & completely missed some cuticles. The spa pedicure included callus removal & a leg massage, both were disappointing, as the technician was distracted with the tv. A close up of the mani / pedi says it all…. Not worth $61

I am absolutely disappointed with this place, me and my 2 friends went and got our hands done. I got a full set and was charged 70$ for almond shape, and was charged more because of the “style” or “color” I wanted, I could have went to an actual nail tech and been charged 30-40$.They gave us hang nails and mine started chipping a couple days later. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My friends got no chip and theres chipped as well. If I’m paying that much for full set I expected for it to last 3-4 weeks, but it didnt. They damaged our nails and nail beds. Do yourself a favor and pass on this nail place.

I like to go to lisle nail lounge. Service is friendly and Im always happy with my Mani/ PediIm only giving three stars because the house keeping seems to be lacking as of late. It wont stop me from going there but it would be a better visit with clean bathrooms and a bit of picking up during the day.

Great place. It took me a few times to go to really LOVE the way my nails would turn out. Moving to the burbs from the city it was hard to find a place. Happy they are always able to get me in.

Awful!The initial girl that greeted me was phenomenal and friendly. The next girl that worked on my nails was horrible.Awful attitude! She was not friendly and had an attitude like she was angry that she had a client to work on. I specifically asked for natural looking nails as I dont like them thick looking! Well the end result was even worse. My nails look like clown nails. Like a 10 year old did them. I still cant believe I wasted my money in these and have to find a new place to fix them before the wedding this weekend. I have been calling for 2 days now and constantly get a busy signal to speak with a manager about fixing this issue.

Lisle Nails has been a great local business for me for 5 years! Old owners were great, new owner also great. Reasonably priced, and careful attention given. I appreciate the diligence in keeping spa chairs and stations clean! I always book ahead with Susan. She’s the best and never disappoints.

I am extremely happy with Lisle Nails! The new owner has made wonderful changes. The salon is modern, clean and very welcoming! Nail care is excellent by all the professional technicians. I get no-chip manicures and they last up to 3 weeks. If a nail chips, it is always repaired promptly and cheerfully. Truly a great experience! I highly recommend Lisle Nails to everyone!

Lisle nails is above and beyond amazing. They have a beautiful atmosphere that is relaxing to be in, an amazing nail color selection, professional/friendly employees, and overall amazing work. They always are able to accommodate any style, shape, color, design, etc I want. I drive from Chicago to come here because it is so worth it! Absolutely love lisle nails and rarely go elsewhere.

Such a clean space and very updated I love it! Great service and reasonable pricing as well. They take their time as well to make sure you got what you want! Got lots of color selection from regular color to no chip and dip powder! Also have very great staff!

My experience at Lisle Nails today was unsatisfactory, to say the least. I got gel extension nails, a process I’m familiar with as I’ve received them at various places around the Chicagoland area. I am very hesitant to leave a bad review anywhere I go, but unfortunately, this experience was truly terrible. My nails ended up incredibly thick, seriously looking like melted plastic on top of my nails. Additionally, my nails on each hand are misshapen and noticeably different lengths. My technician also continued to file my skin beneath my thumbnail, even after I expressed it hurt. Beyond this, I was HEAVILY urged to leave a positive review for $5 off my nails. There is a sign displaying this in the front, and each of the three technicians checking me out asked me to leave a good review for immediate money off my service. I felt cheated out, especially as I saw so many positive reviews before coming. I would urge everyone not to take this reviews seriously, as anyone leaving a five star is doing it to receive money. My nails ended up being $50, a price much higher than I’ve been charged for SIGNIFICANTLY better service. Overall, I truly didn’t see any positives in my experience today, and I’m disappointed.

I have been going to Lisle Nails for years even introduced many of my friends throughout the years. I gave 5 stars because Susan is the best. Her quality of work is amazing. I miss the friendliness of the previous owner which the new management does not provide. I will return because of Susan even though the price has increased.

Cindy introduced me to dip nails and I dont go to anyone but her. She is the best. Neat and precise and my nails lasy anywhere from 3-4 weeks. It exceeds the 2 weeks they say.

Got my acrylics done by Cindy, and I love them! The salon is really nice and clean, and the staff is friendly!

The staff was very welcoming and nice which was a plus, but I had gotten dip nails and 3 days later one of the nails came off. It started getting loose and then feel off with no pain. This made me very upset because this shouldnt happen this shows the nail was put on poorly.

Used to go here for many years but the last time I went was anything but relaxing. I recently heard the salon was under new ownership, so I guess that explains the awful service. I was very surprised as I’ve always had a good experience here. They did my no chip mani so fast I barely had time to even realize it was being done. The manicure started peeling a couple days after to the point where my hair was getting caught in them.... Very poor quality; If they took their time, that wouldn’t happen. The pedicure was nice at first but they were so rough on my heels my heels were cut up by the time I left. They also pushed me to get a more expensive pedicure. People do not come to a nail salon to be pressured into things they don’t want. Let people relax. I have found a new nail salon and will not come here again.

Very clean place. Christina always does an awesome job. My no chip lasts me a full 10 days (and I’m a busy mom that cleans and does a lot of dishes) and she takes her time on my pedicure and helps me with my ingrown toenails. I never feel rushed even though when I go I only have about 2 hours. Most places you are rushed and they skimp out on parts of your mani/pedi. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to this salon for many many years, and after my last couple visits, I’ll never go back. New ownership has ruined this place. Prices have gone up and service quality has gone way down. The former owner still works there and he’s amazing. However, I still tried giving it a chance under new ownership but have been incredibly unhappy. The new owner is not friendly, rushed through and did a terrible job on my nails the last time I was there. Time to find a new place!

I love Lisle Nails. I used to live right behind the salon, so I started coming in and getting no-chip gel manis with Susan. Now I live in Lombard and I still drive to see Susan at Lisle Nails because she does such a great job. I went in after-work 6pm for a fill. Was sat right away and the show began. 2 hours later I left with a great manicure or so I thought fast forward to today I go to get my fill at place by my house and bam my nails are green. I called explaining who I was and was told to come back in and he would fix it. Umm no I just had to pay someone else to do that. They also will not give refund. No way will I ever go back here no matter how convenient it is.

I went to Lisle Nails based on Google reviews. Unfortunately, I had to get a new manicure less than 24 hours later. I did not bother with a new pedicure but my sister asked if I did it myself. Disappointing.

Kimmy made my nails uneven, I asked her for EXACTLY what I wanted (this is not my first rodeo with acrylic nails) and she continued to ask me more than 3 times if I was sure or if I wanted gel and stuff like that. She was rough when she was filing.

This nails salon had so many nail polish, over 700 dipping powder colors.

3 hours to get nails done.Nails are bumpy. Took too long. Been going here for years, this is my first time Ive ever been disappointed.Will try again.
