Every time I go somewhere else I am not as satisfied as I am when I go to Orchid Nails. They are beyond helpful and take their time to produce quality work. When I leave I am always happy.

Absolutely the best hands down nail salon to go to in 2021. I feel bad ditching my long time salon in Naperville, however nobody in the past has ever did my nails like Jason and Feet like Hannah.. Ive lived in 3 states and travel a lot and let me just say this, when you know, you know. 5 star experience with 10 star prices, and service that money cant buy..

Jason very good for fills. Hanna the best for pedicure. Liked manager to start with, but she answers the phone while doing nails so it isnt as relaxing with her . She does very good work.

This was the first time Ive been. I brought my Dad who was in need of hands and feet being done. The service was excellent and made him feel right at home. This was my first time here as I am new to the area and this place was close to my new home. Upon walking in, instead of a friendly hello or a welcome to Orchid, I got a abrasive and almost rude What do you want? I them ask, is it ok if i get a Mani Pedi? Then the nail tech, that would be the one to service me, comes up and also abrasively asks what I was there for. I then repeat myself coyly, asking if it was OK if I was able to get a mani pedi. They did nice work, but their first impression customer interaction needs work... More kindness. Kindness goes a long way!

Great quality at an affordable price. The first day I went to this nail shop I got a manicure and about 10mins before I went in I broke a nail really far down, so much it was bleeding. The wonderful lady inside Orchid Nails was able to save it and now nobody can tell.I asked a few different customers why they come hear and each one said that it is the extras that make this place amazing. You can get a hot stone massage and hot towel with your pedicure and/or manicure for the same price of a regular mani/pedi any other place. I recommend this place for women and men, seriously the hot stone massage is worth it.

I have been coming here for many years. The staff is always so warm and inviting. They always do a terrific job where it is my nails or my toes. The prices are very reasonable and store itself extremely clean

Salon and staff are pretty good compare to others, Mary(owner) tells her staff how much to charge a person, so expect a different price every time. Went there once, only needed to polish my toes and she still charged me $28 just for that- I would’ve gotten the whole pedicure done for a little extra if would’ve known the price ahead of time. So prices are higher and varies each time

Great place & awesome staff! My nails come out great every time. Clean environment and hygienic. Mary is great! I recommend making an appointment unless you go in when they first open.

I went to school right down the street and I would always go to Orchid Nail. Great service and friendly staff. The prices are affordable for a college student and I always leave with beautiful nails. I went back to visit some friends at school and made sure to stop by and get my nails done. I was not disappointed. If I didnt live far, Id be coming here more often.

Jason does the best work on my nails. Overall, I love this nail salon. They have many options for your nails, whether it is no chip, acrylic or dip powder. Great service! I really like that if something goes wrong with my nails after I have had them done (chip, breaks, etc.,), someone fixes it for me without a problem.

I got a simple French tip and they looked really good. Then I noticed that my nails we’re chipped and cracking not even an hour they were fully dry. They gradually got worst through out the night. I did not do anything to damage my nails I simply went home and relaxed. I am very disappointed in how they turned out.

Staff is friendly and do a great job. I have been there for eye brow waxing, gel nails, pedicures and am now doing no chip manicures that last 2-3 weeks. LOVE IT

Great customer service but too many people working with one client, make it hard to tip. Polish wasnt placed on entire nail beds.

Ive been going there since February and was getting some good service, until the last couple of months Ive had green spots under my nails, they constantly break within a week and I always go back and they never offer to replace my nails for free. The length of my nails are always different. The no- chip polish always chips. Very disappointed in there services for the amount of money that I have spent there.

Came here on 06/01/19...the prices here are ridiculous. I wanted a no chip pedi and mani usually the places I go to charge $35 for no chip pedi and another $35 for no chip mani. This place charges and extra $20 on top of the 3 different price they have for pedis $27, $35 & $45. AND they charge an extra $5 to remove the no chip you came in with. I got a basic pedi but she wanted to charge an extra $3-$5 to remove callouses usually that included in a regular pedi. I right away noticed that the tools being used were not coming out of the sterilization machine. When it came time to put the toe separators on she went in her drawer and took out some visibly used ones, I asked her if those were the same ones she used for everyone else and she said yes. She became upset and She then proceed to rip them off my toes and opened a new pack (again ususally included in a pedi elsewhere). Sorry but Im not going to voluntarily pay for fungus!! ...So anyways super over priced & rude if you speak up. Save ur money and go elsewhere.

Today. i treat my mom for a pedicure for early birthday, plus i needed 1. they are such nice people. i will go back before winter
