Best nail salon that I have been too out here. Definitely will come back every time to get my filling. They are super friendly. They even check my nails and found out that they wasn’t even the same size they didn’t check it but they place fixed it for me.

Do good job on nails. Can be more reasonable with prices

It was good enough for the price. I have issues with an ingrown toenail that they tried to remedy. The pain immediately went away for a couple of days which I credit them for trying.

They are small, but they are extremely attentive, friendly, the best pedicure in the entire state!! Great waxing too!!!! You don’t ever feel rushed like cattle!! It’s a relaxing business to get treated like a queen or king!!!

We’ve been going to Lili Nailshop for a good two years and can’t be anymore happy that we found this place. They are very professional and have some great colors. During the pandemic they have done such a great job to meet our customers needs.

I have been going to Lili for years but yesterday they out did themselves! My daughter and I went to have our nails done before her wedding. She wanted something special as all brides do. Tonight was my first time there. I went in for a pedicure which was quite possibly the best pedicure I’ve ever had, then they asked if I wanted to get my nails done even though it was a New Year’s Eve & they were closing early for the holiday! They did an excellent job on my finger nails too.I will definitely go back again :)

Visiting out of state and went for a full set rose gold French mani. Duec was AMAZING! I brought in a few different pictures as references for what I wanted. He went out of his way to ensure that it was just as I imagined. Amazing attention to detail and steady hands!! Also really enjoyed talking to him and the store atmosphere was nice; the other customer was chatting with me as well. My visit ended up going past closing time and he was nothing but courteous and did not make me feel rushed. 11/10 stars!!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend!

I have been going to lilis nails for over 10 years, they are amazing and would not change going there any time soon. Duek and Laura do an outstanding job making you feel at home and also with the nail art! Duek has done my first homecoming nails, prom and engagement and will do my wedding nails! I absolutely love this place!

Not a huge fan. There was a lady named Sandy that did my nails a few times and she was always AMAZING. She left and I had my nails done 3 more times by 3 different people and had nothing but issues. The shape was off, polish was not done nicely and I got a flower painted on my nail when I asked for a butterfly. Its partially my fault because I dont like to complain so I always left with my nails the way they were. So, I decided I will not go back.

This salon is amazing! I moved too California for a few years, and came back to wonderful new owners! I get fake coffin shaped nails (gel) and i cant thank my mom enough for reminding me of this place! The mom and son are both amazing! Two weeks ago I broke a nail, and ran in to get it fixed, they took me right away and were extremely accommodating! This salon will be recommended to all of my friends and family!

Clean, well done nails. My main qualm is that my hands were left incredibly dry by the products used. Otherwise, you get a nice and clean manicure for an excellent price.

Ive been getting my nails done here with no chip for the last 4 years. I have them done every 4 weeks. They have friendly staff, clean establishment and they stay up to date on products. I usually get right in. Their pedicures are well done and relaxing.

Have gone to quite a few places in the surrounding area but this is the best so far. They do a good job at a decent price. Only problem is if you make a reservation you never get taken in at that time

Extremely rude, went in for an appointment and they still wanted to make me wait because I took too long to choose my color. I didnt even take 5 minutes!! I decided I didnt want the polish there and they wanted to charge me $20 for ONLY filing my nails (I didnt need the cuticle cleanup etc) if a limited selection of colors and poor customer service is your thing, this is the place to go.

This is a great spa in Lisle. The service was fantastic and the results were perfect. I did not have to wait. Staff is very friendly and was easy to understand and converse with. They also took their time to do a great job on the mani/pedi even though I came in 45 mins before they closed (they said don’t worry it’s alright).

Its really hit or miss with this place. I have brought my daugther, cousin and friends to this place for mani/pedi and it truly depends on who you have doing your nails. The techniques are not consistent unfortunately. Some technicians do WAY too much and others not enough. I wouldnt recommend getting gel nails here...its not good.

I have only been to li li nails four times and never left disappointed . Everybody is very nice especially my fav el tío duke. Hes an awesome technician he knows what he is doing . ☺

Absolutely Awful. Took my 12 year old here because she really wanted to just try acrylics for fun. The tech put 3/4 hooker nails on her and when I complained, the grouchy tech refused to file them down and insisted they were ok. Were now filing them down at home and the polish is ruined because they didnt apply dryer. My pedi was just ok (didnt apply dryer either so they were ruined when I put on my sandals). Never ever ever going back.

I only get my nails done here! They do an EXCELLENT job and friendly staff!

My worst experience! I want to mention, I am not picky and even if something is not right, I never complain, this is the first time in my life.I had to take no chip polish off and just do the regular manicure. The guy souk my fingers in polish remover liquid (usually its done with foil).OMG my skin got sooo dry in minutes, not to mention the burn during the process!!! I nicely mentioned him about the foil and I was told its exactly the same thing.. Manicyre-water was cold, I asked to get this changed, just because I know-cold water is not good for the manicure..He changed it, it was also the same cold...When, shape..he left my nails in different length, curved looking terrible. Finely, the lady took over, and it looked she was a trainer..I thought she will see how terrible it was, and will fix it..but she didnt. didnt until I asked to do so. She believed she fixed it, but were there no any difference. Finally, polish- I could not believe, someone who works in nail salon could not know how to nicely put the polisher on nails..you could see burbles and all the dust on may nails under the polish..I was sitting there, waiting it to dry, looking at it and..I just couldnt leave with my nails looking like that..I called her, asked to take the polisher off, because that is terrible and I am going to a different salon. She wanted to try one more time (I knew this going no where- these are unprofessional, self-taughed people, and im wasting my time..). I left this salon 2 hours after, and my nails looked million times worse than it did before me coming in..Straight away I went to a different salon asking for help. The girl had to do the manicure all over again..cut the skin etc..she did it in minutes and it looks amazing..I really wanted to go back to that place- and show my nails for them to have an idea, how the simple manicure looks like. But I didnt- I wast enough time already...

That was the worst pedicure I have ever had. first the water was barley warm by the time he was done it was cold. Then he cut my toe nails so short that they hurt today. There is literally no nail left. Im prone to ingrown nails due to my nail shape and im worried with how they are cut. Then when he did the nail polish it was all over my toes and at the end he went back with nail polish remover but really? Also the massage was pitiful no pressure more like a tickle. Im pregnant my feet hurt I would like them to feel nice when I leave they hurt the same when I left if not more because of my nails. My theory is that he never went to school for this. Im not sure if you have to for nails but for hair I know you need to pass all these tests and stuff. This guy was in his 50s im guessing and probably just the husband that the owner taught a couple things to. For 28 dollars plus tip im not happy I will never go back. Go to angel nails down the street much better service and they have frequent customer stamp cards.
