I was told a full set was 45.00 then at the register it was 50 but I was initially happy and didn’t notice the difference plus I tipped 10. The next day a nail broke and I’ve broken plenty of nails - this just came off. They fixed it for free after an hour wait-then the next day I moved a pillow and another one broke. They were closed for the holiday so I asked about a refund because unless your rough on the nail who wants to drive to get a nail fixed every other day. No refund - then they blamed me because my nails were short! They’re the ones that cut them 😤😡 very disappointed. I noticed one girl a dirty towel out for a pedicure the day of my service and said something to her as well. Not recommended. The shapes were also different. I’m pretty patient and understanding-now I feel like a darn Karen- 60 for this mess. 😭

No matter which technician does my dip nails I am never disappointed! (But David is my favorite!) They do amazing work and have great customer service. I recommend calling ahead and booking a time as they are very busy all day, and are very good about honoring appointment times!

I just went to Bliss nail spa tonight for the first time and it was AMAZING!! I came in with god awful nails from a different salon and Lee fixed them perfectly for me. He took his time and was very cool guy. The vibe here was also amazing. Everyone was happy and cheerful. The price was GREAT. I will be returning!! 10/10 recommend

I had the absolute best experience at Bliss Nail! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was very laid back. The ladies that did my pedicure and manicure were both so AMAZING! This will be the only place I now recommend to family and friends!

I have gone to Bliss Nails a few times now and each time, I am never let down! I’ve had both the owners and a few other girls do my nails and I’ve gotten a pedicure and everyone has been consistent and very nice. I will never go anywhere else!

I got an amazing manicure done and it turned out perfect thanks to Jay! My pedicure however was not a pleasant experience. My nail tech cut my “ingrown toenails” without asking me. She even pulled out the side of my nail and made me bleed. I have a nail shape where the edges of my toenails naturally curve into my skin, that’s just how they are and they don’t bother me if I don’t mess with them. The nail technician however, went ahead and cut them without my permission and now my nails are swollen and painful. Please ASK before you cut and pull out someone’s side of their nail, you could be doing more harm than good.

I made an appointment for a pedicure (they accept walk-ins, but appts. are honored first) and was promptly greeted and shown to a pedi chair. Several options starting at $27 and up are explained on a menu. I opted for the $45 one and was not disappointed!! This included everything except hot stones (Im not a fan). Friendly conversation, a heavenly foot massage, and all the salts, scrubs, lotions, etc. The place is exceptionally clean, they take time with each client (never in a rush), and there are lots of pedi chairs - but social distancing was observed. Plenty of seating in the manicure area as well. Highly recommend Bliss Nail Spa! Great place!

I walked in bliss nails salon, asked for shellac. the man spoke from his table while doing a customers nails, he said “ we busy” I thanked him and left. No one greeted me, the man just told me they are busy, didn’t give me a wait time or anything. It was embarrassing to have the customers look at me while he said that. Very rude energy. I would never treat incoming business that way, taking my money elsewhere!!

I really liked my first time! The lady that did my nails did great. However about a week later two nails broke. I shouldn’t complain about something I got down for free BUT. My nails are noticeably not the same. The two I just got fixed are thicker than the ones before. I couldn’t remember what color I had. Instead of just letting my pick a new color for all my nails. I have a random color on the two that got fixed. Also need more than 3 employees working at a time

Jay and Kathlyn are both great.I’ve been seeing them for years and I’m so glad they finally opened their own shop. It’s so clean and welcoming and their staff are also all very nice and do great work. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dip manis or a good pedi.

I loved my visit to Bliss Nails! This rating is based on my first time there, but I will now be making it my go-to nail salon.I had a great experience for a number of reasons. I called on a Saturday and asked if they had openings for that afternoon and they said yes at 3:30. I arrived at 3:30 and was promptly welcomed, asked to pick a color, and invited back to the pedicure chairs. I have been to other salons where even after calling to make an appointment, I still didn’t get in until 20+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time- that is not the case at Bliss!Most importantly, Bliss was so incredibly clean. Cleanliness and attention to COVID precautions is very important to me. I felt very safe in the salon, and it is lovely to look at too.The quality of work was wonderful. I had both a pedicure and acrylic fill and they look amazing! Perhaps the best acrylic nails I’ve ever had. Both staff members that worked on my hands and feet were lovely conversationalists and incredibly friendly.It is true that their prices are a bit higher than other spots in town, but knowing that I’m paying for great quality and a clean, safe experience makes that slight cost more than worth it.I will definitely be making Bliss my new salon for all my fills and nail needs and will recommend them to others.

Jay has done my nails for over two years. What I appreciate most is his overall application consistency. I always know my nails will look awesome after each visit. The store is clean and beautiful. The staff makes cleanliness and professionalism a priority. Bliss Nail Spa also carries a vast array of dip and shellac colors! I never get bored with the color selection.

Even though Bliss nail salon just opened, the owners Jay and Kathlyn are not new to doing nails . They worked elsewhere and decided to venture out on their own. They are extremely professional, quick and do amazing work. I had jumped around from nail salon to nail salon until I found jay and followed him from his previous place to his new shop because he is that good ! The new shop is clean and they are doing an excellent job of making sure there is social distancing and sanitation during these times . Highly recommend.👍🏻

Bliss Nail Spa is by far my favorite place to get my nails done in Lincoln. The owners are the nicest people and they make every customer feel welcome. The spa is beautiful (and brand new), clean and well maintained. They have an amazing selection of colors and will not disappoint when it comes to quality! I highly recommend Bliss to anybody looking for a good mani/pedi in Lincoln.

Bliss is the best nail salon in Lincoln, hands down. Kathlyn and Jay are focused on detail and ensuing a positive customer experience. I’m always in awe of the modern and clean decor of the shop. I also know, they order higher quality products vs other shops in Lincoln. During COVID, my dip lasted 9 weeks with no breaks, lifting, or chips. Insane!!!Do yourself and your nails a favor and start making this your regular stop. You won’t be disappointed.

Trang and Kelly did an awesome job on my sisters and my mani/pedi! First time there and well for sure be going back. Since its only 3 months old, its very clean and well furnished. Very pretty and comfortable.

Kathlyn has been doing my nails for several years so when she and her husband opened their own salon of course I followed her! Bliss is a very attractive salon and has plenty of parking. Kathlyn does a great job on my nails and I plan to stay with her and Bliss for a long time.

Literally the best nail salon in Lincoln! Kathlyn and Jay are super detail oriented, focused on their clients needs and comfort.
