My new go to place! Jenny did an AMAZING job! She listened to my wants and I gave her creative freedom! She did so great. Everyone there is nice. They were also fast to get an acrylic set done! I truly enjoyed my time there! I’m definitely coming back! I’m speechless with how great Heavenly nails were!!

I absolutely love Heavenly Nails! Nancy has such an amazing shop and staff. Jade is always my go to Lady because she really takes her time and does such a great job. They are always my first stop when I come home from Michigan.

I went to get an acrylic set and they filed my real nails so low the acrylics hurt and itch and 2 nails are crooked, I called them back to see if they could refund me and take them off they said theyd charge me 10 dollars to take them off and maybe give me half my money back if I was a nice person. I am always good about paying and tipping for my nails but I expect the product to be nice and last, then the phone disconnected, I wont be back.

Wynn made my day yesterday. I came in with a picture of a nail design request from a review I’d seen from Heaven Nails and they were able to match it almost exactly. I felt so pampered and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.

Heaven Nails is my absolute favorite nail salon, by far. Amazing service, very clean, and I have never left dissatisfied. Lots of options for different pedicures and manicures, so I can still get great service and not break the bank. They also honor appointments, which has been an issue I’ve had with other nail salons.

I chose this place because it had good reviews and Im new to town. Staff was friendly, thats my only pro. They didnt have me wash my hands at all during my visit, the person doing my set cut my cuticles several times and every time I winced she just pulled my hand back, and not even a week after I got my full set two nails broke off. Went back in and they fixed them, the same nails broke off the next day, and several are cracked. I work in an office and am not hard on my hands at all. Ive never had nails break off like this. Dont recommend this place.

Heaven Nails really took care of me and my three bridesmaids the day before my wedding! I had made an appointment for all four of us well advance for three shellac manicures and one full set of acrylics. Due to circumstances that day, we had to drive to the salon separately and one of us was over half an hour later to our appointment. Thankfully, Heaven Nails honored our appointment and still fit her in for us in time for rehearsal dinner! The ladies that did our nails were so wonderful, kind, and friendly. While one of our four manicures had our cuticles cut a little too short on some fingers, all four of our manicures turned out beautiful and it wasnt enough to make us not want to go back. I didnt even think to get a photo right afterward, but here is a picture of how my fingers look now (four days later!!). You can see my nails have grown out just a little as expected after four days, but the shellac polish manicure still looks gorgeous with no chipping or peeling! The woman who worked on my manicure did an ombre glitter design for me for my wedding nails, and I think they turned out perfect. My bridesmaids all got dark burgundy nails to compliment our wedding colors of burgundy and dusty rose. I cant wait to see how they look in the photos our photographer took! Thank you Heaven Nails!!

The ladies here are so nice and friendly. They did exactly what I what I wanted and asked me several times while doing my nails if I liked them and thanked me repeatedly for coming in. This place was clean and all of the nail equipment was in a sealed sterilized bag, even the nail file!

Love this salon! The owner, Huyen is amazing. She is accommodating and welcoming and has managed to continue to thrive through tough times all while adhering to strict COVID guidelines. Ive witnessed countless times where sanitizing and safe distancing measures are taken seriously. She also does an amazing job of ensuring her clients are taken care of with the utmost quality and attention. I recommend her shop to anyone seeking the best in the business.

Been here twice. First time I got a gel manicure, it was wonderful. Went back for a mani and pedi, got my pedi Done first. People kept coming in and they kept turning them away because they were busy. Kinda got worried about the quality since they seemed to be rushing and I was right. Spent almost 80 dollars for my mani and pedi. I understand they were short staffed but at least do a good quality work for the people you already have. The lady who did my manicure also hurt me, but I didn’t bleed thankfully. I think she was just trying to rush to get things done and I didn’t appreciate it. I’d recommend setting up an appointment so you won’t be turned away at the door and perhaps you’ll receive better quality and service. I won’t be coming back.

Very nice ladies, a relaxing atmosphere. Very attentive and quick to get you in a chair, they dont just tell you to wait and ignore you for 10 minutes. Love it here, the pedicures are great. Going to try the eyebrow waxing soon.

Do not come here they lie you wait two hours and they don’t have enough help so you sit there and wait I have been here two or three times and you wait and you wait and you wait two hours they do not do a good job they do not are not on time

I went in with a friend for simple manicures and the result was AWFUL. After 5 layersof nail polish for me and 6 for her we were left with this result. Will never go back and definitely NOT worth what we paid.

First time taking my daughter to get her nails she is only 10 years old I got my eyebrows waxed first the lady asked me while she was a waxing my eyebrows if I wanted powder I said no we just want regular acrylic nails I said I wanted French manicure Style so they take my daughter and me and split us apart my nails started looking very bubbly and I told the lady I did not like my nails that I didnt want to pay $45 for nails that have bubbles in them she got upset right away and started ripping off my nails ..my poor daughter they put powder on her nails and had my daughter looking like Edward Scissorhands with the wide long nails her nails were longer than her actual fingers and they were fat and wide nails they look terrible so then the lady started ripping off my daughters Nails as well I will never go back here again I wasted an hour and a half of my life and then now my nails look terrible and my eyebrows are very uneven beware of this place they will try to upcharge anything on you and then act like they dont know whats going on I feel bad for my daughter because this was her first experience at the nail salon its so sad what the world has came to and theres a lot of competition out there so if youre not familiar with nail salons beware

Went in with my mom and little sister. They were a little busy which I understand. But my mom and sister were almost done with their pedicures before they even started on me. My pedicure was mediocre and it looked like a child painted my nails. Polish on the skin my big toe wasnt even painted all the way. Asked for a simple design (easy enough I could do myself) it didnt look remotely close to what I showed her, the design wasnt even centered on my toe. My sister and I had to hold back laughter it looked that bad. Highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I was there visiting from California and decided to treat myself while there. I got a full set and a pedicure. I like my set but was very disappointed in the pedicure. She did the bare minimum with no massage to calfs or feet 💔

Asked for pink and white ombre acrylics twice, and ended up with dip powder. I even made the appointment for acrylics. No manicure. My nails look ok, its just not what I asked for.

Don’t go to this place! The lady did my pedicure cut my toe which was extremely painful! Instead of cutting dead skin, she was cutting the air, moving the tool around my toes but cutting in the air instead of anything! Then the polish was Terribly painted on. A 6 year old can paint better! I told the owner but she said I don’t see anything wrong and still charged me! Old lady who can’t see clear or understand what customer says should be testing gone not working here injuring customers and waiting customers time and money!!!

We have gone here for the past 6 years but unfortunately the last 4 experiences have been terrible. Poor customer service. I made an appointment and waited 30 minutes with my fingers in cold water. They kept trying to encourage me to buy more and more services even though I told them exactly what I wanted. My daughter and her friend were not treated well the last 2 times they came and they were there for over 3 1/2 hours. To name some of the few things we were unhappy with.

They had great service and they we super nice and friendly they made me feel super comfortable they offer you drinks and all of there options are reasonably priced they are very skilled in what they do I left the salon with my feet feeling softer than ever and a very beautiful flower! I will definitely come back loved this experience!

I recently moved to Omaha from Lincoln. None of the shops here measure up to Heaven Nails. I happily still drive to Lincoln to get my nails done at Heaven Nails. The owner is amazing and does not let anyone leave unhappy. The place is always spotless. The employees always make time for you. They never say no or that they can’t or won’t do something your requesting. I am very picky and particular and I always leave with beautiful nails that exceed my expectations. You will love this place I promise.

Very professional, courteous, friendly and fast. My nail tech (Gwen) made sure she understood what I wanted and did a great job, I will definitely be back.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean and sanitary operation - staff was cleaning and sanitizing each station after every client. Hand-washing and masks required of all staff and patrons. Mani-pedi was of course a good experience as it is always a treat to be pampered!

This was my first time here, and the staff was so welcoming and sweet! The salon was clean and you can tell that they all care to make sure their customers are taken care of. She did my nails beautifully making sure everything was what I wanted from the length to the shape and color! One of the best nail salons in town! Will be going back!

I had such an amazing first experience here. The owner, Winn, was friendly and did an FANTASTIC job on my nails. I had a chip on one of my nails and I didn’t want to lose any length and she fixed it like nothing even happened! Definitely will be returning.

I was excited about this place because of all of the great reviews. I ended up going today and was very disappointed. The lady that did my nails cut my skin on three different fingers. I get that it happens sometimes but three times on the same person means that she was just being careless. My thumb wouldnt stop bleeding due to one of the cuts she caused. After about 15 minutes and multiple rags to attempt to stop the bleeding she decided to glue the cut shut. There was no apology and she giggled about it. Im sure that there are good experiences with other people but the lady that did my nails was rushed and careless. I wont be returning.
