Went to Zen to get my nails fixed from the failed job I received at the last two shops I went to. Not only did they fix the monstrosity that were my nails but they were the only ones who got my shape I wanted correct. I will definitely go back and recommend this shop to all my friends.

Very friendly service! Everyone is very kind, and they ask you exactly what you want and they are always asking questions to reassure you like what you’re getting! Great quality, would recommend! Very sleek scenery as well.

This is the best place I have found in lincoln to do my nails! Im VERY picky on my nails and these ladies did wonderful! I have had them for 4 weeks I had lost the two right at 4 weeks but the others are holding very well! Only reason I lost two is cause I grabbed the iced over car door and they broke off. 😞

Been going here for years, but I wont be back. Apparently i dont know what I like and my nail tech did what she wanted to do. Another time I pick a color in the book. The nail color has faded so it was darker. Wanted a pink it was purple. I said I dont want purple. I want this color. She told me, but you pick this number! I walked out with purple. 🤬 Sorry Zen, but I wont be back.

I’ve been here twice now for acrylics and they’ve done them so wonderful, the staff is super nice and they were super gentle while doing my nails. I have no complaints, this will be the place I come to from now on!

The best manicure and dip nails.

I have sent several people here and I’ve been going there for almost a year Started out great but as the months went by they got rougher with my nails and ruder. I’m make appts and have to wait 30-40 mins. Why make an appointment if you’re not going to keep them. Thank you for NOT valuing my loyalty. I will not be back and will discourage my clientele to not go there either.

The ladies always do a good job at Zen Nails. My daughter and grand daughter all got pedis tonight and the designs were unique and pretty cool.

These women do terrific work and theyre always so nice. I have been a customer for over a year now and Ive never been disappointed in the service I receive. They have a variety of pedicure packages and each one Ive tried has been great.

I love this spot. clean, pretty and simple decor, nice chairs and staff is great. soft zen music and its pretty quiet (not much chatting) so you can actually come here and relax. i wont go anywhere else.

Work wasnt bad but my water for pedicure was extremely hot, she tried to fix it but got busy and forgot. My purse was on the floor behind my Chair with my shoes on the other side. Both were soaked at the end of my pedicure. I had a check that was ruined. I never had this happen at any other place Ive been. It happened the first time I visited this place so I put my stuff in a different spot and it happened again.

First time here for a pedicure and shellac manicure... Very clean salon and relaxing music...Tracy did an excellent job on my pedicure...very gentle...didnt get the name of the girl who did my nails but she was also very good...my only concern was there was no manicure which I asked for.

I used to love this place, but the last 2 times its been so busy they rushed through my manicure/pedicure and did a terribly sloppy job, leaving polish on the skin surrounding my nails and not covering the entire nail in some spots. There was no massage with my manicure, no lotion or soaking, just hurry to cut/pull the cuticle (YOWCH!) and quickly apply polish. The music on the other hand, is very nice and relaxing.
