I visited them to restore a dental implant and am happy with the results. The staff answered all my concerns patiently and made me feel comfortable and welcome. The best part, they took my insurance and offered my payment plans for the portion not covered by my dental insurance.

I got my root canal done here. The office is clean and sterile, and the staff highly professional, considerate, and accommodating. I would give them five stars based on my experience and zero pain during my root canal.

Struggled for almost 2 years with bad crown placement. Their solution=pull the tooth. 2nd opinion= crown was never seated correctly, why would you skip to pulling a tooth when there are many other options to start with like replacing the crown that was done incorrectly? 🤔Good question.

I had went in for a cleaning and confirmed an appointment with the receptionist upon leaving to have a cavity filled about a week later. Went in for the appointment and they had given it away to someone else because I hadnt responded within the 1-2 hour time period given in the email that they sent to confirm the appointment, which had already been confirmed. I continued to explain how I work physical labor 10/hr days so have no way to check my emails, especially within a random 1-2 hour time period sent within an email?? Call or text maybe?? Wasted PTO from work and time in general. Thanks for nothing

Started going to Coddington Dental about 6 months ago and I now I will never go to another office in Lincoln. Every person, from the dentists to the receptionists, in that office are professional, friendly, and dedicated to their customers. I have had two teeth cleanings and a some fillings done there and they make every visit positive. They walk you through every step, answer any and all questions you may have and always make sure you’re comfortable. They are also very knowledgeable in their field. Any tooth related question you may have, they have an answer and explain it well. I was impressed with the lengths they go to to explain any dental concepts you are curious about. Megan and Dr. Sullivan spent and extra 15-20 minutes after my cleaning fielding the numerous questions I had and explaining things with models and pictures all with a smile on their face. Great people and great dental care at Coddington Dental.

Some of the worst dental work Ive ever experienced. Not only in all my visits and my wifes did they not numb us properly, they also screwed up two of our fillings. They also took three attempts to get a crown imprint correct. Wouldnt recommend. Lots of unnecessary pain and poor work here.

I was recommended this office by a family member. I have severe dental anxiety due to really bad past experiences and I have avoided the dentist for years. Great office & professional staff! Been seeing Dr Day and now Dr Sullivan for approx 5-6yrs. They are both awesome! We’ve loved every hygienist we’ve had. Recently had to take my 6yr old in for her first (and hopefully only) filling and they did great with her! They explained everything to her and helped make things as pain free as possible!

Where do I even start?I am new to this dentist office but I only have wonderful things to say about them. I went for a cleaning a few weeks ago and Megan was so professional and so friendly. I went back for two crowns and some fillings a few days ago and I would love to tell you guys about my experience.I went in nervous already as this were my first crowns ever to get. Anyways, Lucy was so lovely and offered me a blanket and also provided me with headphones for the tv. I felt so much more comfortable after telling Dr. Jody Day and Lucy how I was nervous about them working on me. They reassured me that they could stop at any time if I was feeling any discomfort.Dr. Jodi Day and Lucy never made me feel like they were in a rush even if they were. They went above and beyond at treating me with respect and dignity. Their demeanor was so caring and they were so organized. The rest of their staff at the front desk are also wonderful and the person who does the billing, too.

Coddington Dental is great with accommodating schedules. I travel for work so its nice to be able to have their flexibility. Theyve fixed a broken bottom retainer for me in the past (even though that is not their specialty) and I havent had an issue with it since! As a new patient here I was impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and they seemed to care. I came in to get my teeth cleaned, and this is where it all went south. They immediately pull out a book and start explaining to me that I have periodontal disease. I dont know any better so I agree to let them treat my disease. So I leave my first appointment to get my teeth cleaned with 2 more appointments, and no teeth cleaning. I went home and spoke with my wife how I felt I was just scammed. Why did my previous dentist never mention any of what this dentist was saying? And it had only been a few months since my insurance changed and I had to go to coddington. I have the root scaling done over a two week period. Paid my half of the insurance and left. Fast forward a month or so, my insurance company denies the claim because they treated me for a condition I did not have. They appeal over the course of the next year, while i go and get 2 other opinions from other dentists, and both agreed that they performed a procedure I did not need. Well 13 months later, coddington sends me a bill for the other half the insurance refuses to pay. I called coddington to talk to them about the bill. Well they do not answer any phone calls, they make you leave a message and call you back at there convenience. Which is annoying because people cant make appointments on lunch breaks or anything because you cant talk to a real person. Anyhow they tell me they will call back in 24 hrs. 48hrs pass, and I have a voicemail from them that they called at 3 pm, while im at work once again, with the promise of a follow up call the next day. That call never comes, now my bill is late. Im on here this morning going to pay my bill for the procedure I didnt need, and move on lesson learned. I will never go back to coddington, and I would never recommend going here. They will sell you a service you do not need just to make money. I was also disturbed that they were cold calling patients trying to get them to schedule procedures while I was checking out., Basically the same scam they ran on me. Best of luck if you decide to go here.Edit: I cant pay my bill online, the website does not work. And I also just noticed they have my 3 yr old daughter listed as the Guarantor and myself as the patient. Im very unimpressed.The dental Office now trying to claim I was never a customer. I have been a high maintenance dental patient since early childhood; as a result I am often anxious even as an adult for even check ups! I think I have been a patient of Dr. Days for about 10 years now & my anxiety has decreased drastically over the years. The office is not chaotic, the staff is very friendly and kind, and gentle! Cleanliness is very important to me also & I am impressed every visit!

As a person who isnt found on dental appointments, I was very happy with my first visit there. They made me feel super comfortable and explained everything as they went and took time to answer questions that I had. After my first great experience there I continued to go back for yearly checks and any extra work. Never once have I had a bad visit. They helped straighten out insurance mix ups and have always been nothing short of extremely friendly and helpful.
