Disappointed, they don’t even use a soap in the pedicure water. I soaked in plain water! I have never been to a nail place that didn’t use something in the water while soaking. They charged the same amount as my usual nail salon. The overall look of the nails and polish look good.

Friendly people, Brians team has always been very accommodating and excellent results.

I LOVED IT!! Jenny was such a great person! She was sweet and gave me what I wanted. I will definitely go back again! I also took my little cousin to her her nails done for the first time and Liz handled her great! I definitely recommend them two!

Steven did an amazing job on my dipped french nails. Not thick but thin like I like them. Fast and a great conversationalist. I would recommend him.

Came here for the first time on Saturday and had a pedicure with Tom and had a great experience! Salon is up to date and looks very nice and clean inside. Everyone seemed friendly and professional, good prices. Would recommend and I will be back :)

Love this place. Everyone here is very nice and professional. They did an amazing job on my nails and I got so many compliments. I came back in to get a nail fixed and they fixed it with no problem and were so nice about it. They definitely live up to their goal to make their customers happy because I was happy with everything they did! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Ive been trying to find a place to go too for a long time and Ive just been highly disappointed everywhere I went UNTIL I came here! Ive now had 2 visits and both times I left very happy. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome, they explained to me all the different options I had pricing etc. Its a clean pretty inviting atmosphere. They have tons of colors all at great prices. I had Jenny the first time and Brian yesterday and they were both great. Im happy to say I found my new nail place And I cant recommend them enough😊

My regular nail place! Brian and his staff are great. They Always are accommodating and quick.This set was done by Henry. He does such a great job and listens to what you want. They have a wide selection of colors in regular, no chip and dip. The pedicures are great too.Highly recommend.

Clean and organized, but they rush through your service. I was knicked twice because the woman was rushing and I was not enjoying it or relaxed once that happened. At least she offered antiseptic for the spots?

I went for a no chip manicure and loved it the first time. I went in for a polish change and it was not thick enough and had to go back. Everyone is super nice but still it looks like my nails were never done and that they are outgrown. Pretty disappointed, I was so excited that I found a good place for a no chip but unfortunately I feel like it was a waste of money :(

So I went to get my nails done with an old friend, everything was okay at first, we signed in on a kiaosk and I asked for a fill which is twenty dollars. He starting taking off my nails, which was off because I just asked for a fill. I should have said something but thought maybe it was part of it and then i asked for oval, my nails look nothing like oval. I asked him to dull them, and he seemed to be getting more frustrated with me as time went on. When I went to pay, I GOT CHARGED 60 dollars! This is ridiculous and not worth the price point! I’m very upset. I feel very taken advantage of. Brian was my nail tech.

Will not ever use this service ever again. Extremely unprofessional and they tend to take advantage of you. My friends and I are no longer coming back. There are many other places that are better to go to than this poor excuse of a business. DO NOT GO HERE.

Last time I came they took my acrylics off very ruffly and they didn’t care if it hurt and I never went Back so I went to a different pro nails thinking maybe this one is better u know different workers but I got a manicure and not even a week later two of my acrylics Broke and I did nothing

Love this place, best in town. Brian, liz, melissa, Henry, and tiffany are so nice. I live in Palatine and drive here just for them makes you feel like a family when you walk in. I recommend this place highly if u want great nails done wide selection in colors. 😁

Found my forever nail salon!

This was my first visit today, doing no chip with Henry.My expectations were met at all levels, professionals, doing a good work, very polite and knowledgeable. I am definitely coming back again.Atmosphere is very relaxing.

The ambiance of this place usually is really great. I went to this establishment on Tuesday July 7,2020. I’ve been a customer less than a year. I was told by the receptionist to sit in one of the pedicure chairs until whomever was going to service me. I thought it would be the young lady who did my nails/pedi last month because I didn’t see any another nail technician in site except her. The nail tech who came over to my chair was very petite with RED hair and eyebrows. She was getting ready to get started but out of know where she took her items and left. I ask if there was a problem and she said you didn’t want me to do your pedi. *Mind you she started the water and everything.* I told her she was making an assumption and i never said that. She was very unprofessional and had a smile on her face like it was funny. I went to the front desk to tell the receptionist as well. She left and went to the back area. As a customer who spends their money not once or twice at this establishment it is very DISRESPECTFUL! The climate of this country with COVID-19 and the constant INJUSTICE that people who look like me are faced with everyday because, of the color of their skin IS HORRIBLE. The owner or manager didn’t apologize on the behalf of the employee actions. By the way I didn’t receive a massage during my pedicure. There used to be a guy that did really good pedicures not sure what happened to him. I didn’t bother to say anything because I didn’t want to be depicted as the “angry blank women.” However, the young lady EMily was very professional and had a great personality. Please be mindful and where you spend your money is my point!!Response:There was never an apology given on the behalf of the nail technician actions. However, the receptionist apologize on the behalf of herself stating she didn’t have anything to do with the SITUATION while I was checking out! Where did the misunderstanding happened? That was just straight rude.

Do better as a business. I will not be coming here.

I gave three because i actually came in and didn’t understand why i couldn’t get serviced with my paying relative it’s like 2 services and i constantly see people walk in idk had to stand outside until my appointment time due to covid but very nice and clean great customer service just sucks that’s they couldn’t accommodate me and i traveled very far wasn’t aware to make appointments

My mom and I went this morning to get no chip manicures and we had a very good time! We were greeted right away when we walked in and were seated right away after checking into the little kiosk. The ladies that did our nails were very nice and gentle. All in all I had a very good time and will definitely be coming back for all of my nail needs. Also the prices are super reasonable for the experience you get.

Their services here are great!! They have very good prices for the high quality service. I only trust them with my brow waxing/threading because they kill it every time! Ive never had a complaint about the manicures or pedicures Ive received there as well!

We had a great experience here. I was able to easily book an appt for 5 adults and 3 girls. Each of us had a wonderful experience. They were busy but accommodated us to the best of their abilities. We would def come back again 😊

Have been here a few times and the experience was fine previously, but after last visit I won’t be back. They were busy and too rushed. I got a pedicure that hurt like no pedicure ever. I told the tech at least three times she was hurting me. She used a serum on my feet that burned and caused sore on my arches that lasted for days. My daughter got acrylics that were poorly done from the acrylic work to the paint job. Uneven and rough edges on the acrylic and the paint job was uneven and splotchy. Time to find a new spot.

Sonny did A horrible job didnt talk to me at all. They charged me $35 for a regular manicure regular polish and taking acrylics off. Last time I got my acrylics off they didnt charge me anything. I only got $8 back Thats it. I dont suggest going here at all.

This place surpassed my expectations. I came in at the last minute, and the salon stayed open extra late just to accommodate me. Superb!!

Cindy does beautiful work. I got a gel french manicure and she made them look amazing. Quick service even for walk-in. They even offer military discount.

The new owner has a new system set up for reviews and points for rewards. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment so he is giving me a discount for next visit. He wouldn’t have known without new system. I love the job Michelle and Henry do. Both are great.

Rushed. Was in and out of the chair in 20 minutes, not in a good way. Color is fine. Hands lotioned, but not massaged. Would not recommend.

I went there the very first time they opened and they did an amazing job. Cindy is the best!!!Then I went there about a week ago to get a dip powder and a pedi, I won’t be going back there anymore. They’re very busy with not a lot of staff. I felt like my dip was too rushed, I went from Brian he didn’t even clean my nails and was taking payments, taking calls all at the same time. Then he moved me to Henry which rushed my mani like crazy. I also got my pedicure from Henry and it probably lasted 10 mins. If they see they don’t have enough staff why keep making appointments. I rather be spending my money somewhere else where they actually care about customer service rather than money and how many ppl they can get in the day.

I loved the lady that waxed my eyebrows she did such a great job you could tell shes been doing it for a while. She did it exactly the way I wanted it done.

Love Liz, Love Emily, Love Henry. They are about the only people I will go in for.Some of the other ladies can be rude when the manager is not around. Which is annoying so just book your appointments so you dont have to deal with the people who are rude. I Wish I remembered their names but there is one specifically that is always on her blue tooth headset and talking and i asked her for my toe nails to be square she said yes yes yes and then when i looked down THEY WERE ROUND OMG ROUND TOE NAILS!!! That was about the only bad experience I had..

My wife got a skin infection from this place and resulted in her toe tail needing to be removed.This place is disgusting and has created more issues, money spent and pain endured than needed. Absolute disgrace.If you want to keep your toenails then go somewhere else.
