I loved it there honestly the best acrylic place that I have ever gone to and I have gone to a lot. The lady there was very nice and opening I asked her how her day was and usually people just ignore me but she answered I felt very welcoming and I am definitely going to make that place my every day acrylic nail salon. 10/10

I would always come to this place. They can usually accommodate you for a last minute service! The owner is great but I had a poor experience the last time I went the man doing my pedicure always digs too deep when removing ingrown toenails. This time he hurt me while doing it asked if it hurts I reply yes and he went back to doing it. Three days later I notice my big toe is swollen red and painful from an infection. Bacterial maybe because I don’t think they sanitize the tools in between clients which is wrong. But he could have done worse by acting like a surgeon… extremely disappointed

I recently got my nails done here and I’m very disappointed. I noticed right away the drills they used weren’t clean. That’s not the worst part. My nails came out too thick and lumpy. They put four coats of gel polish which is unnecessary. Now I have to get them removed.

My second time getting my nails done here, very nice. Tom did a great job.

I had a 12:30 appt. which I was on time for. They had me wait for over thirty minutes not apologizing once. They even had someone walk in for a wax and took her before me. The pedicure was short and mediocre. It said the pedicure was $25 and she charged me $30. This is the countless bad experience I’ve had with this company. Good luck, I’ve been coming here for years but I’m not anymore.

Every time I have gone to this salon they have displayed very poor service and certain workers have been extremely rude. They are never on time (always 30 minutes to and hour late) even when u make an appt prior!!!!! They have there set prices but they constantly raise them without letting you know before service. Not to mention the quality of there service is terrible and always done extremely sloppy and very mediocre compared to other salons. They over price for the below average service and rude workers. Never on time and waste hours there getting a simple manicure and my nails never look nice or last.

This is the new to go spot! Very nice and beautiful inside. Everyone is so nice and professional. They have tons of color options to choose from. Great quality job on my nails and I never felt pressured. This is a top notch salon

Horrible. Worse experience I have ever had. Now this was 2 years ago, so maybe management has changed. First, the guy that did my nails was done in 25 minutes, no cuticle trimming was done at all on my hands or toes. He kept looking around and never focused on my nails. Just rushed me thru. Had a bad attitude, like he was waiting his time being there. I was looking for a new place to go and this was definitely not it. I was so disappointed I just went back to where I was going before, which had been great at one time, but they had a big staff turnover and I wasnt happy with the service I was getting anymore. Well I am getting brave again and will try another salon in Libertyville.

I think Ive found my new Nail salon! These ladies take their time and listen to your every concern. Theyre very professional and do the right job for you. I cant wait to bring friends here!

Solid go-to place for a range of nail/waxing services. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. Even though Ive done walk ins with a couple stylists, the quality of service is pretty consistent! Now that i found someone that works for me and my style, Ill be back regularly : )

My family loves this place so I thought I should head over. It was a Tuesday morning. The place was empty, only one of other girl getting a service. Jenny did my pedicure. I was really disappointed because the bottom of my feet are still rough.. and she didnt completely paint my right pinky toenail either. She got me in and out as fast as possible and then went back to playing on her phone.. it was a disappointment.. I feel like I still need a pedicure..

Very friendly. There are lots of technicians so the wait is minimal if at all. Most are quite skilled and expedient. The massage chairs for pedicures are awesome! Prices are reasonable. They do take walk-ins.On the down side, tips have to be in cash (not on credit card) and they side talk in another language. (Makes some customers feel uncomfortable.)Overall its pretty good for the price.

I have been coming to this nail spa for over 3 years and they have never disappointed! Great service and the staff is very attentive. Clean establishment and a great atmosphere. If youre looking for a nail place, look no further.

This salon is good. From the staffs attitude, down to how fast she is. She is funny and makes you feel comfortable since the moment you walk in.I liked the design and will definitely come back for a next mani as soon as the one i have now bores me. Definitely recommendable!

Best nails ever ! Fill and gel for a great price ! Pretty, clean and professional salon! Had to run so they gave me a top notch nail job done in 35 mins! The nice quiet atmosphere with large flat screen television and comfy chairs make me calm. Always a great visit !

My nails are amazing! I was obssessed with mood colors until I went there and got the cat eye colors! So happy and the quality of my nails is amazing, way better than other places Ive gone.

On my second visit yesterday, it was also the second time I noticed this place is not cleaning their nail tools. I find this absolutely disgusting and disturbing. The nail technician very clearly grabbed a bucket with pre-used foot scrubbers to scrub my feet, and I was too shy to say anything because their attitudes are very dismissive when asking any general questions. When I walked in it seemed as if the salon had just opened, and the man who I assume to be the owner told me to pick a color. The other women arrived and asked me if I had a problem, then after I explained why I was there - willing to give them my business - all of them, except for the nail tech with the most attitude pretended to speak not a word of English. My feet are now itchy and so are my legs after getting a pedicure there. Not a single cup of their manicure tools that are supposed to be soaking in barbicide have ANY disinfectant in them. I will be notifying someone about this. There must be a health code violation out there, and obviously these people have not a care about that. I only gave them a tip for taking my walk in. If I get a foot fungus they will be hearing from me. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.

We went to this place with my daughter wanting to get nails done and they refused her service because of her age. They should of tried to resolve the issue instead of denying service to her to her face. They wouldnt take the time to listen to her so we could of came up with a solution.

I had gone to IL Nail for a decent time prior and had been content with my outcome, UNTIL I was seated at the back of the salon and was horrified that they do not properly clean their instruments. I am a licensed beauty professional and was horrified by what I saw. They merely rinse in water and put in what looked like an old UV sterilizer. This is not enough to truly clean instruments from client to client. The ironic part is the glasses that their instruments were in are labeled Barbacide (the cleaning solution that should be used for cleaning) and they do not even use it! Also the girl who did my nails seemed to have no professional training or experience since it was merely her job when she was home from college.I do not recommend going here due to the health concerns and risks of possible infections. They had a good customer until I witnessed this horrifying site.

Would give a zero if I could. At 1:45p, while still waiting for my 1:15p appointment, I was told to “Shut up my mouth” by Kenny, after asking how much longer it would be. He repeated this numerous times. I would never talk to another human being this way, let alone a paying customer.

Dont bother. I have gone twice to visit 2 different technicians and have been very disappointed each time.1. The lines of the gel manicure are sloppy.2. Both gel manicures had multiple chips within 1 week.3. They dont clean their tools. Once done using a tool, they wipe it off with a paper towel and put it back. The nail tools sit in a cup that should be filled with germicidal solution but is empty. I work with infectious diseases and now youre using that same tool you used on me on the next person without cleaning it!4. They also dont clean their gel nail dryers. They always feel greasy and have bits of other peoples nail polish in it.5. They offer the cat eye gel manicure yet their staff is not trained in it. Each time I paid extra to get the cat eye effect and both times I was extremely disappointed. Its just using a magnet! Once I show others how it is supposed to look and how my nails look, its easy to see that the effect is absent.This last time I went, I asked my technician if hes done cat eye before. He didnt respond. Then during the manicure, 2 other nail technicians came over to watch him. They were not speaking English so I could not understand them, but my technician would respond very dismissively. Everyone knew that the technician did not know what he was doing, yet no one did anything. Poor service.

Every time I have visited this salon because I am in charge of a fundraiser they always lie and pretend they are not the owner. I happened to know for sure that kenny is the owner because I have frequently visited their salon for services. So when I go in and I ask to speak with the owner, she always pretends that they are not there. lol Im speaking with her!! The fundraisers that we do are always to help someone in need that is a Libertyville family!! Because there salon is in Libertyville that is why I went there and asked for them to donate even a small token. Something like a $15 manicure! No such luck!! To me I find it ridiculous that they do not help their neighbors. They are the only store in Libertyville (which there are many) that have refused to help with a nonprofit organization and donate!! They have to learn that there is a thing called Giving back to your community!! I Would never ever give them my money for services . So many other salons in libertyville that have been so generous and always donate. So I say go elsewhere!!

This place is super dirty and unclean! The walls are dirty and chipping and the windowsill is falling apart and gross. Also definitely needs some updates. The pedicure bowls are disgusting! I got a pedicure and the bowl next to me was so dirty you could see the brown dirt under the jet! Also, I got a mani pedi and they dont massage your hands or feet at all. I work with my hands so Thats half the reason I get a mani anyways!
