This is the third bad manicure/pedicure I have had. The place was great before new management. They dont care about the quality of their work, they just want their money.

Being a guy, getting a pedicure can be intimidating. But the owner and the girls ay Nails First put me at ease immediately. Their care and attention, their thorough professionalism - top notch. I left there feeling like I have new feet. i have been to several pedi joints in the last 3 years, but Im sticking with this one. Covid-19 protocols are strictly enforced, which I appreciated.

I was in from out of town and was able to get in quickly. This is a pretty standard nail salon, with no frills or exquisite interior, but what separated this place apart was the pedicure chair...The chair was a little worn but I have never sat in one that “massaged” my lady-parts. Who designed this chair, is it legal, and where can I buy one (asking for a friend 🤫) if you have a virgin daughter, keep her away from this chair, that’s all I can say. If I lived here, I’d probably schedule weekly maintenance 🤣🤣🤣 I have never sat in a chair like that one and if I were married, it would probably be a sin... Have fun with it ladies & guys, I won’t judge 👨‍⚖️

My favorite place to get nails done in Libertyville/Vernon Hills/Mundelein area. The ladies and guys are very nice here. Pretty decor, new massage chairs for pedicures (not in pics online yet) are so comfy, and its very clean. Average/decent pricing, and there are specialty (wax, fragrance, no-chip, gel, art, etc.) options. They really do get your feet baby-butt soft, no matter how bad when you walk in. Most of the time I go without an appointment, but I recommend one if its Fri, Sat, or Sun so you dont have to wait long. Location - its tucked in the back corner of the shopping area.

Vicky is amazing. I would recommend making an appointment first since she gets busy. I have been coming here for over 13 years and love it. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love love love the service! The quality of my nails are beautiful and it didn’t take long at all for Howard to do a full set!!! They were so friendly and the facility is very very clean!!!! Hands down my new nail shop!!!!
