The two ladies that worked there were phenomenal! Absolutely good team work and they were very time efficient with the amount of business. They made sure I was comfortable and were attentive to detail with my nails and making sure I was well cared for. I was well-pampered and the prices are reasonable. I had a couple bandaids on my feet due to blisters from wearing heels and the lady responsible for my pedicure made sure to replace my wet band-aids with extra neosporin! Would love to come back and support this small business again!

This place is never staffed to take walk-ins. Even worse, they never write down appointments accurately so when you show up for your appointment they don’t know who you are.

New owner! This place is totally different in a good way. Cleaner, not rushed, I got an amazing mani pedi, the actually color swatched the toe nail polish to make sure it matched the nail color perfectly. Massage was great. I used to come here years ago but left because of the unprofessionalism. Glad I gave it another try because Luminess was booked. I was the only one in here and it was so peaceful. Will definitely start coming here again! Yay.

This salon is lovely!!! They are very professional and have great music playing, they are kind and do a wonderful job. I have been patronizing this business for years. The prices are fair and the no-chip manicures and pedicures last for at least 2 weeks, if not longer. I highly recommend this business!

The finished product looks nice, but they almost ALWAYS cut my cuticles to the point that they bleed. Then, they’ll put chemicals on it (I imagine this is to help with possible blood borne pathogens) and it stings. I understand safety precautions, but they act like nothing happened. Never a mumbled apology or even acknowledgement that they made a client bleed.

From my understanding this salon is under new management since many of the negative posts. The salon is very clean and well organized. I feel more than welcome there! You also grab a glass of wine from next door! I will continue to give my business to French Nail as Lucy and Anne are amazing for no chip and pedicures!

Ive come here about five times in the past couple years. The first two times were fine, just expensive. My problem arises from the last three times (in a row) that Ive been there. They get way too close to the cuticle to the point that it is painful and cut to where mine bleeds. Every time they have done this, they promptly cover it with a cotton ball soaked in some chemical that adds to the pain of it all. In the end, my nails are accompanied with a nice scab from this that will long outlast the polish.

AVOID this establishment! I booked a manicure/pedicure at the last minute (no other salons had openings which should have been a red flag). The person assigned to do my pedicure was so uncomfortable with what she was doing that the experience was far from relaxing. She missed the outer corners and without my additional trimming would have caused ingrown toenails. I actually get pedicures to avoid these rather than create them!Now for the runner-up in my worst ever manicures. The next technician rushed through the filing step and the edges were so rough that I kept getting snagged in my clothing and towels over the next week. Not sure what she did but even light filing did not smooth them out right away.Theres more but bottom line - dont spend your time or money here.

Worst place Ive ever been! The owner is a complete idiot. Nails werent even put on correctly. This place does not follow state regulations by any means. I went for a full gel set, Gina charged me 60 for the worst service/nails Ive ever received in my entire life. I will never go here again nor refer anyone to this horrible place. No idea how they are even in business. Despicable
