Nice friendly staff.Went with my friend so he could get an oil change done on his wifes car. With no appointment they were able to get us in an out in less then a half hour. But always best to make an appointment they are a busy shop.

If you are looking for a repair shop that has the utmost INTEGRITY and PROFESSIONALISM look no further. The Pit Shop is the only place to go. I brought my 2012 BMW 650 convertible in for a oil leak and a few other problems that were likely going to cost me thousands of dollars. The technicians at the repair shop did an extensive inspection and concluded that my car had some serious work needed. Given the year and mileage of the car, I was reluctant to spend that kind of money and advised them that I would most likely not do the repairs but would get back to them. An hour or so later, I started getting texts from Jimmy at the Pit Shop saying that he might have some great news for me. Fast forward after several texts and voicemail messages I initially didnt respond to. He had found a way to have the work that I needed, covered by BMW without being charged at all. Tell me when was the last time anything like this has happened to you? These guys are the BEST!

Pit Shop is my new #1 place for all repairs. I limped my jeep in here after some heavy abuse and the staff here took care of my. They never lied and they never tried to upsell. They were completely honest along the whole process. I jad to replace nearly the whole underside of my jeep and the Pit Shop had it covered from aftermarket parts needing to be researched and full blown suspension components that needed to be rebuilt. I cant say enough good about this place. As an advid jeep amd offroad enthusiast, i can tell you the Pit Shop has a customer for life!!!

Engine Light was on and another light. The team at Pit Shop ran diagnostics, came to me with all my problems. Laid out each issue, cost and parts and how long would take to fix the vehicle.They continued to keep me updated and posted with the progress of the work and anticipated completion date.To my surprise they followed up about a week after just to make sure everything was still going good.Very pleased with the team, service and follow through.

Pit Shop is a hidden gem! My wifes car was making a terrible noise and my normal place did not have time. They got my car in same day I called with absolutely no hassle. Mechanic shops are not usually very clean, but this place was immaculate. Waiting room with a window, coffee, water, and everyone was friendly. I got to stand under the car and the mechanic showed me the part that was very loose. My hat is off, clean, professional, fast service and you get cookies when you leave. Not just one or two cookies, a whole bag of cookies. Im sold, see you next time.

They will not give you an estimate after reviewing the vehicle. They say lets work on the first issue and this is the estimate. Then after that they reel you in. To me that is poor business practice. If they were honest up front I would have junked the truck. I will never go back. Alot of kids from auto shop and not much experience. I gave them a try but I will stick with my good mechanics at Wildwood Automotive next time. Im sorry I gave someone else a chance. Another learning lesson in life.

I came to this garage based on its reviews and it was close to my work, as I needed a place asap after my car had been in an accident. Im so glad I did! The staff was very professional and the service was efficient and timely. They let me know another issue that needed fixing, but didnt pressure it. They followed up and when I had other questions they answered quickly. I just brought it in for another service and had the same great experience. This will definitely be my new place in this area when my car needs work.

I am a long time customer and fan of The Pit Shop Garage. On my most recent visit, my car required a minor additional repair. They had the required part delivered within a few minutes and were able to take care of it right away so that I could get things taken care of in one visit. I had taken it the the dealership where they had told me there was nothing they could do but put in a new engine! I have used this repair shop, I have had several vehicles that have been taken to their shop. I think the customer service is great, however, they are expensive. They get the job done, in a timely fashion, but for older cars or cars that need a lot of work done be prepared to spend $2000+.

By far the best repair facility I have ever experienced. I have been going to the Pit Shop for quite some time now. The whole crew is amazing! The hospitality is off the charts, they are very knowledgeable and actually show you whats wrong with your car unlike other shops. These guys are the real deal, they work on exotic cars down to regular domestic cars and trucks. You are always updated on the status on your vehicle and what the progress is like. I am a person that is hard to earn my trust, but this shop has my trust.The other day i took my Audi in for DSG service and some aftermarket parts to be installed. The crew worked hard after hours and were dedicated to finish my vehicle. Very professional service, if you havent gone please pay them a visit for any service. This is the only shop i go to now.

The pit stop have given me great service at highly reasonable prices. Their staff are kind and courteous, their waiting room is pleasant, and their work is very thorough. I have had several oil changes and a complete rebuild on my front brakes and I was very satisfied by the work and cost. They were up front and forward, didnt try and force other repairs on you, they diagnosed and told me what they thought, but felt no pressure, they also dealt with my warranty company (glad i didnt have to deal with it) overall they were easy to deal with and did what they said they would do.Had to go back again, 4 months later, for a totally different problem, they handled it just as good as the first time, its good to have a mechanic that you trust to do the right thing.

Great experience! They did a wonderful job identifying the issue and repairing it, all while keeping me informed every step of the way. All costs were clearly explained, and options were given. They also took me into the garage to show me the exact faulty part on my vehicle. I took my Audi S4 in to get checked out after purchasing it from an independent dealer. The knowledge of the staff was superb. I know a bit about cars, so I look for the mechanic to know more than I do, and Bens knowledge was top notch.
