AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! Words do not even begin to describe how fantastic Cornerstone is!!!! They are absolutely wonderful! I have been going to them for years and they always take great care of my car!!! Outstanding customer service! I tell everyone to take their car here because they are honest and make you feel like family!

I would like to say that this Auto Shop is very professional, I took a used Saturn Vue vehicle that I had bought cash last September for a diagnostic and Jeff what great, long story short vehicle that was diagnosed turned out to be very dangerous to drive plus had a rusted frame, I had to file a suit against this small unknown dealership, Jeff was more than helpful and willing is anything I needed to present on my behalf in this case no questions asked. I want to update and say I won the case this past Monday I was able to return the vehicle get my money back and more and my attorney fees were paid as well. Thank you Jeff for the time that I needed from you.

I have used this place for Uhaul rentals 3 times for my kids in college. Jeff also did some minor paint work on my car which would have cost me a ton if I took to a major body shop. I highly recommend this place, always polite and professional and excellent service across the board. 5 stars!

Well, I was not credited for the $5.00 coupon I presented to the guy. The price for one quart of 0-20W was $8.99 more expensive than Duxlers who charge $6.99 per quart. An extra $20.00 for tire rotation. Charged me over $65.00 in total and did not even re-set my oil % indicator. I did that myself. Did not honor a $15.00 coupon from one of his local competitors, Duxlers. I think Ive been to Cornerstone twice; first time and last time.

[This place doesnt honor reservations, they will completely leave you hanging]This happened on August 04, 2019, 8 amWell, I was so shocked by this situation, that I could only come here the day after it happened to describe it.I had my reservation ready 2 days before the pick-up date.When I arrived at Cornerstone, I completed the online check-in (take a selfie, scan drivers license, give an additional contact number).The online system indicated the truck number, and I walked to the truck, and it was there parked at Cornerstone.I went to the reception to take the keys and said that I had a reservation.The lady asked my last name and said:I cannot give you a truck, another customer is coming to pick it up, there is nothing that I can do. When I showed the reservation that I did 2 days before, she completely ignored and (been rude) said to me to go and find a truck in another location.Simple like that, she left me hanging.I had with all my stuff packed, I had helpers waiting for me to arrive with the truck, I had a reservation, I did everything right, my only mistake was trust that Cornerstone was a serious company, that honors their obligations, or that have a minimum of respect or consideration with the customer.Dont make the mistake of making an online reservation with this place, try to find a serious company.

They did excellent and honest work on my old OLD Saturn Ion. They were also willing to work with my schedule and store my car for extra time because I was overseas. I will absolutely be re-visiting with all my car repair needs.

Car broke down from WI to MI, and management and his team were of great help at going above and beyond customer service. This establishment reminds me of when I was younger and the way of the world was people helping people. Awesome place, I would highly recommend them for any U-Haul rentals, towing, or automotive needs

I discovered Cornerstone when my front spring unexpectedly broke nearby making my car undrivable. I work in the area but live an hour away so this was a big problem for me. Cornerstone has a tow service in the same building so getting my vehicle there was very convenient. Once I was there, I was told what had happened to my vehicle, what would need to be done to get me back on the road and was quoted a very fair price compared to what I have experienced at other shops.After a couple hours of work, my car was ready to go and I was very happy with the overall experience. There was never a time I felt like I was being talked down to, they were very friendly, and made me feel like they were glad to have my business. I have been to Conerstone several times since for various issues with my aging vehicle and have never regretted going to them for service. Dont let the small shop fool you. These guys know what they are doing and are running a top notch business!

Cannot say enough great things about this group! I am relatively new to the area and have been struggling to find a place to take our cars. Our neighbor recommend we try Cornerstone and I am so grateful they did! We took our car in not knowing the extent of what would need to done. The folks at Cornerstone spent quality time with the car to evaluate everything that needed to happen, but the best part, they called us directly and explained/talked through every single thing they noted. On top of that, they were extremely clear on what pricing would look like, even talked us through what needed to be done and also made us aware of things to keep tracking to prevent future costly repairs down the road. They worked together with us to determine what we wanted done to the car and they provided full pricing at every step. After our first call, they even called us back when they forgot to mention one item and asked for permission before doing it. I cannot tell you all how much I appreciated being able to walk in there and pay exactly what i was expecting to pay! And they even talked me through and walked me through how I can monitor those issues they mentioned and at what point it would be good to bring it back in to avoid future costly repairs. Their customer service and quality of repair was astounding! And it was very fairly priced, especially for IL! Thank you to everyone at Cornerstone that made our experience so great! I would recommend these folks to any and EVERYONE!!!
