I found this company online as I was looking for a bounce house for my son and daughters birthday party.. I always look at reviews and their reviews are awesome, so I gave them a try. I love supporting local, small businesses. Last minute, I needed to order some chairs, and they were able to help with that aspect as well. They showed up 45 minutes before my rental time to set up which is absolutely AWESOME!! Gave the kiddos more jump time, and they even came a little later then my rental time to tear down so the kids got even MORE time! Their team was super friendly and got in, and got out. Great hassle free experience with Mary, she was very efficient and got it set up and taken down very quickly. This is a very family centered company and I love supporting local businesses especially during these times. They had a great selection of bouncy houses we could choose from and all the kids enjoyed it without getting hurt. I Highly recommend it. The company guys are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, polite and hardworking. They came on time, found the best spot for setting up the inflatable, were very respectful, examined the spot carefully to avoid any potential harm to my property and gave detailed understandable instructions of how to use the slide. The slide was very clean and safe to use. At some point we had to call the company. They responded immediately and gladly answered all our questions.

If I could give them more than five stars I would. Quick set up and take down. We had rented from 2 to 6. They came and set up at 10:30, then picked up at 7. It was an awesome day, kids are very happy and well worth the money.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN SOUTH CAROLINA!!! Communication before the event was spot on and the delivery was spectacular. Rob even googled my property to make sure the water slide would fit in my yard. The day of Rob and his employees waited for the weather to clear up just so my son could experience one of the best bouncy water slides in South Carolina. They even disinfected their tables and chairs I rented as they set them up. Serious quality service and my family enjoyed every bit of the monster slide we rented. Just rented a bounce house for my two daughters birthdays this past Saturday and I can say I am more than impressed. I have used this place for several personal parties and most recently for a pep rally for a youth tackle football and cheer event. This was my first time renting a big inflatable and IT WAS AWESOME! They showed up on time, set everything up and it was actually bigger and more exciting than I expected. I got texts to communicate all the instructions, I was always able to get a hold of some one or got a call back in just moments for all my questions (and I had a lot of newbie questions). Even after hours there was a staff member who called me back!! We had light attendance at our party due to a miscommunication and so I rounded friends and family for the following day and called to explain the situation and he said our inflatable was not reserved for the next day and he gave me a fantastic rate on a second day which turned out great! The slide was in fantastic shape! Very clean and kept in perfect working order. I had a great experience and will certainly be calling Laugh n Leap for any future rentals!! Laugh n Leap Amusements literally saved our event! The radio station was doing a remote and neglected to bring a generator to power their equipment. I knew it was a long shot but we didnt have any other options. So, I called to see if we could get a generator. To my surprise, they were able to accommodate our last-minute request. We sent someone to pick it up and - thanks to the Orlando Fun Party Rentals team - were only a few minutes tardy kicking off the event.Our official order (the one we reserved and scheduled) was delivered + picked up on time, and they were prompt in responding to our questions, order revisions, etc. Ours was a great experience with 5-star service.
