I went in to get a tuneup the lead technician England Foster was very professional. He explained to me the things I needed to be done to my car and what he could do. I felt like the pricing was fair. I waited there while my car was being worked on I just had a tuneup nothing more. The waiting area was clean rest room was clean which makes a difference to me as well. I need some more work done on my car so I will definitely be back.

We went to precision to get my air looked at because it hadn’t worked since I bought the car used in early 2020. They looked at it and gave us an answer to the problem SUPER quick, and also worked hard to get it done... even after they closed. Now that is some awesome customer service right there! And I want to give a specific shoutout to Cory Bearse and England who stayed and made sure my air was working right! You guys are lifesavers, and now we don’t have to melt in this summer heat! We will be coming back here! Give those guys a raise!

Went for an oil change. Wrong sticker placed on my vehicle. Few wks later oil light came on. Went back in and apparently they did not put enough oil in my car.

I wouldnt go to this business again if my life depended on it. They lie and try to oversell every time. Last time went for simple oil change. First, it cost way more than advertised. Then said car needed flush. Well if it was going to be 45 minutes for a simple change, then why was it suddenly 15 minutes for a full flush that cost almost 90 bucks??Then I get home, open my hood--- the oil cap is off, sitting on the engine cover and the hood rod is hanging loose down by the cooling fan. Really???Horrible unprofessional crooks.Beware !!!!

I was a frequent customer here up until 2014 when a lack of customer service and professionalism drove me elsewhere. I went back a couple of days ago, reluctant but in desperate need of an oil change. Im so glad I did. The new manager, David, quoted me a price over the phone for an oil change and realized when I got there that I needed a different grade of oil. He could have charged me the difference ($40) but gave me the oil change at the quoted rate and then gave me a very reasonable quote for brakes and filters. His customer service and quality of service is off the charts - I was in there for ten minutes and left more than satisfied. I cant recommend David and his crew highly enough; hes definitely won my business back!

The crew at Precision Tune in Lexington went above and beyond in reparing my automobile. They searched for the right parts until they found them and focused on my particular auto until they came up with a solution and fixed it. This is what many other car repair shops would do as well but these guys did it with a very helpful attitude. They helped me understand just what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they did any work. They told/showed me exactly what they were doing during the repair process and why it would be best for my automobile. I have been satisfied with their work in the past and I plan to continue being their customer in the future. I feel that I can really trust these guys.

Under new management now. Spoke to Kenny. He was very knowledgeable and apologetic for the previous work (that wasnt his fault) and he got me in and out in 30 minutes. Hes got years of experience and hes a great people person too. I highly recommend giving them a try under this manager.

I had my breaks done at precision auto tune and about a month later my caliber was locked into the side of my tire . I broke down in the middle of the road when this happened . They towed my car back to there store where they told me they would fix it . When picking my car up the owner told me he fixed it and that the man who did my original service was fired . On the same day I picked it up and was told it was fixed it happened again . Not only is my safety at risk but why was I told something was fixed when it wasn’t . They of course “fixed” it again but I had a certified mechanic look at my car after this and they told me all they did was put washers on the bolts to make them fit instead of putting the correct bolts in . I have asked for my money back and have been told no but I don’t think this man cares that I could have been hit by a car or been stranded somewhere. Please do not take your car here . Worst thing that has ever happened to me and I wouldn’t put myself through the stress again !

I would have given zero starts but the only way I could leave a review was I had to give at least one star. My husband took our SUV for an oil change which had no leaks at time of inspection this was a Saturday and by the next day which was a Sunday our driveway had oil like substance on the pavement under the vehicle. So took the vehicle back to precision tune that following Tuesday and was told by David that, that was power steering fluid and that the hose was leaking and David(Manager) also tells me that he cant say if the hose way damage but he do know that the power steering pump was not working and gave me 2 quotes of how much it will be to repair the pump. One was for the pump and the other quote would be for the pump and the hose if the hose needed to be replaced. Ok we knew that the power steering pump was going out BUT, when we took our vehicle for an oil change on Saturday, they did an inspection and said there was no leaks or hose issues or any damage to our vehicle. And by that Thurdays in the same week after I took the vehicle back to Precision Tune all of the oil that way supposedly put in my vehicle for an oil change had also leaked out. So why has all the fluid leaked out of my vehicle? All I know is that this establishment has damaged my vehicle and I have contacted David whom is the manager and made him aware of the damages. We are having to pay hundreds of dollars to get my vehicle repaired and all we wanted was an oil change and tires rotated that cost $67 to $80. So I can only say be very careful when you take your vehicles to these so call businesses because the people that they have working in some of them are not qualified to be repairing anyones vehicles, let alone doing an oil change.**(Really upset and Disappointed, will never take another of my vehicles to any of these businesses again. And I will make sure any and all of my friends and family members are aware of this problem, as also.***

Took care of my car needs. Staff was very helpful. Prices were vert reasonable. A tune up, brake line flush and air filter for $300. Some places charge more.

Went in for an oil change, 2 hours 15 min later left with my oil 1/2 quart low, fluids not topped off, oil spilled all over engine cover and underneath, and my air filter was removed after requesting it not be touched. The manager John Schultz at Precision Tune located at 603 B Columbia Ave Lexington, SC 29072, at best had an no care attitude through the whole process from checking in, to calling back about the issues. This location is under new management from the sign. I DO NOT reccomend anyone for any of thier services!

They are awesome. Friendly and they listen when you try to explain thing. I will continue to have them work on my cars. Been going to them regularly for the last 4 years.

My husband is out of the country and he does most of our car repairs at home. I needed an oil change and was told that since it had been so long I had to have an engine flush in order for them to properly change the oil (When they told me this the oil was already out). I tried to get in touch with my husband but since he is overseas no luck. They also knew I was on a time crunch to pick my kids up from school and were really pressuring me to get it done. So my $20 oil change ended up being $100.I also was told that I needed a fuel injector and transmission flush (I only have 45000 miles on my car) which I told them no to.My husband was furious that they pressured me into something that was completely unnecessary. I am tired of just trying to get my oil changed and being taken advantage of because I am not knowledgeable about vehicles. Are there no honest mechanics out there not looking to scam people to make a buck?I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I spoke to someone about my blown motor on 9/28/19 and the manager there said it was nothing they did that he did not have the corporate number. I proceeded to tell him that the cap was not screwd on all the way and that I had no oil whatsoever in my jeep so there is no telling how long I drove without oil. I told him that my next service date said 9/19/19 and that my last oil change was 5/7/19. I asked him does that mean Im late on my oil change and he said he did not know why that date was put on the sticker. Basically I was given the wrong date for my next oil change. I spoke to corporate and left a message. Someone named chad called back from an 803 number on 9/30/19. I spoke to him and he just talked and talked and talked and said it was nothing they did and that I just have not been good with getting my oil changed on time. I meantioned the wrong sticker and he just said oh the sticker doesnt matter and that it is just required to get an oil changed every 13 or 14 hundred miles. But the sticker does matter because Im pretty sure most people go by the sticker for their next oil change. He proceeded to tell me that I said so myself but I never said that. All I told him was that my mileage was currently at 165 and sone change when he asked me. He talked over me and did not give me anytime to say much. It was just an unprofessional experience. Not one of the managers tried to help AT ALL. I guess my next route is to take them to court.

I went there to have a full diagnostic check done. Was supposed to cost $35 charged me $70. Did not do a full diagnostic check. They only read the check engine codes which I already knew and told them before hand. They rolled my window down and let my seat get soaked. So not only did they rip me off. I had a wet butt. I called their corporate office 4 times it took over a week to get a return call. They said they would have the general manager of the area call me its been going on three weeks and no call. Bad customer service and thieves dont go there.while I was there two other people came in complaining about how they must their cars up.

I needed brake pads and Darryl and Jennifer took great care of my car. Darryl explained everything he would do and how much it would cost and Jennifer did the paperwork and I was very satisfied. I would certainly take my car back for future work.

2 trips and 250 bucks to simply flush a transmission. They finally got it right but damn... oh and the matter of 8.5 hours combined time.Edit... they were pumping the wrong fluid into my audi transmission and have basically destroyed it.

Lying cheating snakes.. took my car in for breaks, rotors, cv joints and thought that was what I got. Then I find out that only one cv joint was replaced the rotors were not replaced at all just the break pads. Of course I paid for these to get replaced. Then they busted my sway bar trying to get to the cv joint out and didn’t even tell me. When I realized what had happened. I took car back was told I was beyond my warranty and they would not replace the parts(the ones they didn’t replace the first time.) I thought they were great honest people guess I was wrong ..

August 25 I had an oil change performed on my car. Today September 9 I had another oil change performed due to no oil gasket placed on my plug. I was down to less than a quart of oil!! My engine could have blown due to their lack of diligence. Please take your car somewhere else. They also charged me 65 for an fuel injector clean which is totally bogus for what they did at the time.

Deals and specials have catches such as starts at X price or covers repairs outside of Y all of which conviently dont include your work.Price comparison of work done show above average prices, and courteous staff do not make up for price gouging and shady business practices.

The service is usually quick (relatively speaking) and their oil changes are the cheapest Ive seen. However, the owner will almost always try to sell me things I didnt ask for. Its very bothersome.

Manager, Daryl, is a genuine, nice guy. Wont recommend things you dont need just to make money. All of the guys here know what they are doing and go out of there way to talk to you. It says something when the autopart store recommends them.

These people are crappy mechanics changes our oil and the next day the car broke down me and 3 other people noticed there was no oil on the dip stick so we got it towed back there 7a ome how they said it was the fuel pump so I said to fix it 4 days later they call me and tell me they cant find the pump so they put the old one back in and the car is running fone and charged me $60 so I just got the car back from this place to get someone with common sence to fix it I do not advise anybody to go to this place bunch of idiots here not to mention theres grease stains all in my car

I just got the job done on 4 tires and rotors replaced. My problem with them is that after quoting me a price they would not take my coupon for $25 dollars off the brake job. When I complained the manager came in and told me he had already discounted the cost of the job. Just a shady experience and I will not be back.
