Great service department. Chose to wait while they performed scheduled maintenance and they finished in just over an hour. I would make sure to make an appointment over the phone, since the online scheduling doesn’t let you schedule within a week, and the service coordinators know better how to fit you into their schedules.I I didn’t pay for anything I didn’t need. They suggested I wait on an oil change until my next service because I use high-mileage synthetic. I really appreciate that.Not just honest and transparent, the coordinators are good-humored, enjoy their colleagues, and don’t mind the work. Overall, great experience! It’s my new regular service place.

One of the service personnel called me and told me they have to cancel my appointment because I requested a loaner car and they don’t give out loaners cars, which is totally understandable, but their website stated that they do, in fact, give them out while scheduling my appointment. They also said I can’t wait there while they work on my car due to them being fully booked. I was respectful the entire time but the lady was rude, disrespectful, and had an attitude.

I just bought brand new RAV4 2 weeks ago . I liked people there I met but . So I washed my car first time today and I found this . I think someone who Installed roof rack crossbar in my car made paint chip and tried to hide with Touch up paint … because it’s right under the front crossbar . Do you think I was just unlucky ?I hope nobody had coffee in the sold car

I just purchased a used Chevy suburban from this dealership this morning. I’ve bought multiple used cars in my life and I’ve never had a better experience than here! The whole staff was helpful and friendly. Hillman was great to work with (and Nick too). Very straightforward and laid back, no pressure and super helpful despite what appeared to be a busy day in there today after the holiday weekend. Thank you for your help Hillman! I will definitely be back to these guys next time around. If you’re looking for a dealership where they’ll be upfront with you about the vehicle right from the start, give these guys a try. Honest presentation and pricing. The guys working in the service bays seemed to be busy and on point as well. Overall great experience!

Lexington Toyota was a great place to buy my first car. I dont know anything about cars or owning them but everyone I talked to was friendly and informative and answered all of my questions. I didnt feel rushed or pressured into buying anything I didnt want or need. It seemed that everyone working there was happy to be there and that added to the experience. 10/10 would buy a car here again.

Excellent customer service from the maintenance department. The service advisor, Mike Powers, was able to get my Tacoma in for a same day appointment, got it out of the shop in 1:30 instead of the 2-3 hours he initially thought it would take, and was able to implement a Toyota Service Bulletin, and my annual inspection sticker in addition to the maintenance that my visit was originally planned for! My best experience at a Toyota dealership yet!

Selling a car is always easy! BUT BE AWARE OF THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT: they will up sell you to fix things YOU MAY NOT NEED! SHOP AROUND or VERIFY! CAUGHT THEM LYING ABOUT asking me to replace couple of parts that when checked DID NOT NEED ANY IMMEDIATE repair! In fact, it was pure lies!

Great family run dealership. Saleperson Bash and Manager Jason went above and beyond in helping me find the exact truck with all the accessories that I was looking for and provided great service throughout the process. Even though they did not have the exact truck on their lot they were able to obtain very quickly and couldnt be more happy with purchase. Process was very smooth and easy and everyone was very nice, looking forward to coming back for regular maintenance.

I spoke with Mike Gilgun from Lexington Toyota (there are three Mikes at Lexington Toyota) on Monday and asked him for a price quote, he told me he couldnt give me an accurate price without seeing the car, but worst case scenario I wouldnt pay a dime over $600. I told him that I wouldnt be available to bring my car in until later this week, but I was going to check with Woburn first as they were more conveniently located for me in the interim. After a terrible experience with Woburn Toyota (check their page for that review, warning: its long), I called Mike back and apologized for not just going with him first.Mike was wonderful. He asked me to send him a few pictures of the mirror, and called me, actually excited because he overquoted me originally, and he wanted to let me know that he was pretty sure he could do it for less than $550. Mike and I texted a few times back and forth so that he could make sure he was ordering the correct part in preparation of me coming in.When I got to Lexington Toyota, the five open customer service reps all greeted me, and by the time I left they had all told me how much they appreciated my business. A very long story short. I spent less time waiting AT Lexington Toyota for Lexington Toyota to replace my mirror, than I spent waiting just to be checked in at Woburn Toyota. Oh, and by the way, the final price I paid... $493. Yes, you read that right, a full 23% less expensive than Woburn Toyota.Sometimes you need a good kick in the pants to remember why you were shopping at one particular place over their competition. Lexington Toyota exceeded my expectations and reminded me why Ive bought my last three cars from them, and why I choose to get my cars serviced there.

I ended up buying a different car (2021 Subaru Forester Sport), but it was certainly a tough decision as both cars are solid options, and neither dealer pressed me to buy. Hi, I sent a request in for availability of a vehicle and they said it’s still available salesperson will call you shortly. I’ve tried calling 5 time and it’s keep saying leave a voice mail. Very difficult to get in touch. Then they gave me a different number to call and same exact thing. Also, tried sending an email but no reply. then, after couple of hours they sent me an email saying, “vehicle is not available, it’s just sold.” Never gonna waste my time at this dealer again. I was very excited to buy my new car. Extremely disappointed!

Just bought a fresh off the truck Highlander here yesterday (first time Toyota buyers). Very pleased with dealing with these folks. Previously, had attempted to buy a used vehicle at another area dealer, who wouldnt budge on a fair price. Then was misled, obfuscated, lied to, pressured, and misled all in the span of 2 hours at another local dealer (took some hindsight and cool down to disentangle what happened).Had been back-and-forth with Tim, the Lexington Toyota Internet Sales Rep, negotiating the same, fair, out-the-door price for the vehicle, for the exact vehicle we were waiting for. They were first to receive it and my wife and I had stopped in on a Saturday. Tim handed us off to Bash to further discuss the car, when it would come in, how much they would trade in for our old car (fair value), etc. After getting twice burnt by other local dealers, it was much easier to deal with them. Within less than a week, the car came onto the lot, they prepped it, we got our financing finalized, the car detailed, and took delivery.Exactly the right vehicle at exactly the right out-the-door price. And unlike the other area dealers we tried negotiating/purchasing from, Lexington Toyota didnt feel like a volume dealer experience but instead a relationship dealer. Well see how a Toyota holds up in the long term, particularly around Service/Repairs, but in terms of doing a deal, I would return here.

We bought a RAV4 to take advantage of factory rebate. The sales agent persuaded us to finance with 2.99% rate. When we finally picked up the car a week later, the finance manager said my credit score was below 700 and couldn’t qualify for 2.99% and gave us 3.5%. I later checked my credit score anf found it in 750 range in all three major credit agencies. This is flat out lying in order to get a couple hundred dollars extra profit!

While I appreciate them selling me a car for a good price and everyone being really friendly, I am disappointed in my experience with Lexington Toyota. When I test drove my vehicle it was notably dirty. I pointed this out to the manager and he assured me that the vehicle would be thoroughly cleaned prior to my purchase. After spending four hours at the dealership and finally getting all the paperwork done my vehicle was still not clean and I was told I would have to come back another day to get it cleaned (I live 40 minutes away). A time was agreed upon and I came back today to get it cleaned properly. After I drove 40 minutes to get to the dealership I was told “oh sorry the guy that cleans the cars has already left for the day” the least they could have done was told me prior to driving all the way out there just to be turned away. I would recommend anyone to think twice before they bring there business to Lexington Toyota and consider a dealership that’s going to be more diligent with the details of your experience!

Worst buying experience – buyer beware purchasing a used vehicle at this dealer. First watch out for the stock photos they post and not pictures of the actual vehicle. This dealer sells used vehicles at full retail price but the buyer must take delivery of the vehicle, as if the customer is buying a wholesale vehicle. Many of these vehicle’s should not get the full Excellent condition asking price they post but only get a Good condition price from the buyer, which would reduce their actual asking price. I will also suggest that used vehicles they sell should be ozoned (ozone generator) before delivery to the customer because of the COVID-19 pandemic and for unpleasant cigarette smell that they tried to cover in the vehicle that I purchased. I purchased a 2-year-old vehicle for close to $40,000.00 with less than 20k miles that did not show any minor paint defects on the exterior because it was very dirty when I took it for a road test and the interior was also dirty and they promised that it would be detailed before delivery. I met them for the delivery 4 days later and when I saw the vehicle I told them to take it back to the dealer, seeing how bad the vehicle looked (it would have looked better if they had put it through a car wash) but chose to take delivery because I had already taken the day off to take delivery and they also told me that it would be resolved. Yes, it seems like you are forced to take delivery of the vehicle, so you do not have to go over it again. Sales person was able to schedule me to go back a week later, so I went back a week later and dropped the vehicle off in the morning, once again taking my time from work to bring the vehicle back to the dealer and when I went to pick it up in the afternoon the same day the vehicle was still not up to my standards or many other people’s standards. The detail was bad and the paint was still rough for a 2-year-old vehicle. They were supposed to wash the vehicle and use detailer’s clay to remove all surface particulates stuck to the paint, then remove the many scratches with compound which they did not do completely because they did not even touch the roof or use the compound to remove the surface scratches throughout the whole vehicle. Only certain scratches were buffed out. They will then need to wash the vehicle again, dry it then polish and then wax (3 steps – compound, polish and wax- obviously not done). This dealer has no concept of what is required to detail a vehicle before delivering to a customer. If they can get away with delivering the vehicle in the worst condition possible as if they were selling a wholesale car to the customer they will, as long as the customer does not complain. The interior was not cleaned up either. They just vacuumed the vehicle that was required to be at least shampooed and that was obviously not done and also the headliner was also dirty and I took pictures after their second attempt to get it right and still they were a BIG FAILURE. It does not get better-windshield had sap and other stuff stuck on it and not removed and all the glass was dirty inside and the engine compartment still had yellow pollen everywhere underneath the hood. I told them that it would take up to 5 hours to get a 2-year-old vehicle detailed and they seemed to think that it could be done in an hour or two (salesperson). These people are a joke when it comes to knowing anything about selling used vehicles at full retail price but expecting customers to accept them as if the customer is paying wholesale price. They are really bad at delivering a clean and detailed vehicle. Truly a bad concept for a Toyota dealer.

Stay away from here. So I bought a 2014 camry because I had an 07 and love it so much I thought I could upgrade and give my current car to my daughter who is soon to get her license. My sales man Joel Honley was amazing. However thats the only good part out of this whole business!...for the most part still drive my old car until her license day comes. Noticed a very rusty clamp on my exhaust that looked in desperate need of a replacement. Not a huge deal especially since I still have a warranty. So made an appointment and took the day off of work because I live at least an hour away. Long story short I waited around the area all day when it was all for nothing!. They did nothing. As I was in the parking lot I was trying to enter my destination to go home in the GPS and this was my first time since I got the car ever use that. Couldnt even enter my city and state because the whole right side of the screen will not work. It clearly needs to be calibrated or replaced if thats a thing. So I was told to leave and Id get a call on monday. Tuesday comes and I got a call saying that theres nothing they can do for me because it is not a safety issue and that it was not like that when I bought it. But thats funny they say that because when the horrible service manager got into the car for me to show him what the GPS was doing his response was I dont even know how to use these screens (and giggled) I have one in my car and never use it. So the service manager doesnt know how to use those screens but yet it was checked before I bought it? Sounds really fishy to me. The service manager is a joke and should know a lot more about the cars hes working with. Guess my husband will be buying his 2020 4runner some where a lot more legit. This place is a joke and Joel deserves better coworkers. If your thinking of getting a car here take my advise and run as fast as you can!!!!!!

So truly disappointed. I made time from my busy schedule to go and looked at a Bentley Continental, which Lexington Toyota has listed for sale with 29k miles on it. I get there and car has 42k on odometer. I do not make a big deal about it and proceed with getting my trade appraised. At this point manager comes up and tells me since it is a difficult car to appraise and they will give me a call with figures. After waiting for a phone call for two days, I made an effort to call them myself. I was again told that my sales person Tony would be in touch with me but he never did. Not a nice way to treat your customers. My time is valuable and I made and effort to come visit during a very busy day.

I strongly recommend Lexington Toyota and specifically their Sales Department if you are looking to purchase a vehicle and dont want to go through the typical dealer games and dishonest approach/sales guys that you get at other neighboring dealerships. I worked with a few different sales people (Cody, Brandon, Hilman) and I was blown away at how they all treated me. Everyone I worked with listened to my needs, wasnt pushy and helped me find the right car that fit me and my budget. Even the sales manager, Jeff, was great; he was very personable and came out to talk with me every time I visited. That turned out to be just the vents changing positions on there on after shutting down car. Not sure of this is normal. Service woman EXTREMELY rude! Service manager defends her as normal and aslo was ride himself. If they dont want/cant/dont know how to deal with customers then they should simply work in the back stocking shelves or something

Updating to say third time is not the charm. There are always excuses here. “The wait is because it’s a holiday weekend. The delay is because of the states system. The booking system online shouldn’t let you select that.” The free Toyota Care is Literally not worth the headache. I’ll go back to Car zone in Somerville. I’ll pay but get service in a reasonable timeframe without excuses.Received an apology for a 2 hour wait for a service appointment which may have been an anomaly. Im willing to try again for my next Toyota Care service. Employees were polite and I want to give the benefit of the doubt to a company that appears to have good customer service outside of a busy holiday weekend.

Very honest. I was told by Midas that my car requires several parts to be replaced for a hefty amount. I went to Toyota and they said I need only the module for radiator fan to be replaced that too for a cheaper price than Midas, It is better to pay a little more and get a better service than going to unskilled people at other garage. We looked at a used Camry that was priced well. There were a couple of small issues with the car. They fixed the issues and invited us back to see the car with the issues resolved. We bought the car. The sales guy, Cody, was professional and knowledgeable. He kept the waiting time torture to a minimum.The managers were very interested in making us happy customers (even though I tried to be difficult). I called them and talked to the service representative and gave my name clearly. I wrote a nice note clearly giving my name and phone and dropped off the keys for service the previous night. Next morning, I was hoping a get a call from them regarding what was wrong and fixes; but no call till noon. Car booked under a wrong name. Car was not looked at until I called them and asked them what was going on. They did not know where the car was and asked me if I had dropped off at the correct dealer. I laughed at it. They did not have parts in inventory (any local dealer would have them). They get the parts overnight from suppliers. It took them 3 days to fix my car. Worst waiting area...no internet, congested space, the facility is not fit for waiting customers, if you really want to come here then drop your vehicle and run away.For my brand new couple thousand miles driven car, they tried to sell me a new tire as a replacement for a flat one, which I refused and was able to get it fixed a lot cheaper outside.

I go here for maintenance and repair. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and some will make sure that you only do repairs when necessary. The waiting area is nice - they provide snacks and coffee. There is also a courtesy shuttle to drive you in to town, I believe. My only gripe is that the price is a little more expensive than going to a third party place, but I trust these people a lot.

Great service -- I was due for a 30K maintenance which can be long, but I was able to make an appointment for a Saturday morning less than a week in advance, and the car was ready in less than the 2 hours estimated. Very friendly and efficient.

Service is great but they do not wash your car like other Toyota dealerships.Tried trading in my car for a new one on lease and was super expensive. Will stick to a longer ride and continue to go to Toyota of Watertown.

The service is fine if you can get in to see someone, but reaching someone is next to impossible. As other people have written--they dont answer the phone, dont answer emails, and dont return voice mails. If I want to get in to get the car serviced, Ill call at different times every day for several days until someone eventually answers. If someone calls you and asks you to call back--forget it, you wont reach them. If you need to, mid-service, ask a question--forget it, you wont reach them. Its frustrating. But... once they have the car, the work is good and prices reasonable.

I walk in, and someone asks me what Im looking for. I say Toyota Highlanders, and he replies we have a few outside and then looks down and returns to what he was doing at his desk. I guess with a little snow outside today, no one at this dealership wants to be inconvenienced with selling cars. Someone else will get my business.

I called ahead to see if a car was available and drove over an hour to get there to test drive it. While out on the test drive they told me that they took a deposit on the very same car I was driving. I received an email and a phone call confirmation that the specific car I was test driving was available. I told them I was ready to buy the car and but they said sorry another customer called in with a depositClearly their response should have been we will take your deposit only if the customer currently driving the car doesnt want it.The showroom is run down and dirty, ceiling tiles missing from the drop ceiling. There is trash on desks and you can tell they dont do much housekeeping.Looks like these guys did me a favor.

I brought my Rav4 in for an oil change today. Waited an hour and a half (30 min longer than they estimated) then checked in at the reception desk. I was told my car was out for a “test drive”. Apparently the “test” whether my car could be driven to Dunkin’ Donuts by the technician because I caught him returning with half a dozen coffees in MY car. Never using their service dept again.

I went in to look at a vehicle, met with Bob Ferguson, who helped me make a difficult choice between not only several vehicles, but different trim levels. Bob patiently dealt with all the test drives, even with the children in the back, and questions about features and sizes. He is extremely knowledgable about the vehicles and quickly understood my concerns. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Bob Ferguson and George Grey at Lexington Toyota and find that dealing with the depth of experience and the professionalism that distinguish this dealership is a refreshing change from the typical experience. Was very happy with the used highlander I bought here in late June. When I bought the car I was sold on the fact that they considered themselves not like other dealers in the area. They pride themselves on quality service and inspect all used vehicles for any issues prior to it leaving the lot. Come to realize I was duped and the service has been far from satisfactory. Lets start off when I go to pick up the car. I am told the day prior that it will be all ready to go. Get there and the car is not even detailed, and I am told that I can bring it back over. Wasnt too upset about it since I brought it back a week later and the detail job was done well but still had to take time off work to get it done. The major issue was with the thermostat control knob on the dash. The switch was broken making it switch from cooling to heating if it was simply bumped or if I hit a bump in road. (Wait I thought Lex Toyota does a solid inspection wouldnt this issue be caught?) I call my dealer Anthony Clarke and he tells me to bring it in so there service team can take a look. They tell me they need to order a part and I go on my way. I wait 2 weeks and no call back. I call and I am told that someone dropped the ball and that I will get a call the second it comes in (August 12th). I then contact again on August 22 and I dont hear back till the 26th. I am told that they have a part in another car that they are trying to sell to a wholesale and if I can get the car over this week it can be swapped out. I take time off work to go in the next day the 27th at the time Clarke told me to be there. I get there and Clarke is out and I am told that the part has not been ordered yet!!!! I am furious at this point as I was leaving on a trip out of state and still no solution. At this point all I want is the part and I will never be doing business at this location again.

This is my third time having my car serviced at Lexington Toyota. Each time has been an underwhelming and/or frustrating experience.This morning I scheduled an appointment online through their website. I arrived on time for my appointment. I was seen right away but then had to give all the information again. Why bother if they could see that I scheduled my appointment online?I was told that it would take a few hours. I gave them my keys and stepped out to take a walk with my baby.I returned an hour and 45 minutes later. The man who helped me told me that they actually didn’t have the tire for my car in stock so I’d have to return tomorrow. He had my phone number in the computer system (both from the online reservation where text messaging is an option and again when he took down my information at check in). Why didn’t he call me as soon as he learned that the tire was not in stock?Also when I was checking in he told me that there has been a recall on my car. When the part comes in they will call me so that I can have the repair done. How presumptuous to assume that I am going to give them my business again.Why do I keep giving them my business? No more.

I have never written a negative review of any business, which goes to show how terrible this was. I was promised services I never received, my car was driven on the street for a diagnosis with the battery not fully attached causing the car to shut down while the mechanic just laughed and continued driving down Mass ave. I was quoted a time frame the car would be done by and it was delayed 3x without any explanation along with unanswered calls and emails. They ended up doing the assessment of my car in 10 minutes in front of me after having the car for 24 hours and quoted a $1400 to fix it, oft the top of his head with no clarification for why this amount. I followed up with management to kindly express my disappointment and give them a chance to make things right and they apologized but did not thing to rectify all the unkept promises. Im completely blown away at their terrible service and customer service.

I had a great experience buying my first car from Lexington Toyota. No haggling or negotiation because I came with a TrueCar estimate. There is transparency in every line item in the final bill. No pressure to buy more than what I want. Everyone I met and interacted in the dealership was nice and courteous. No excessive emailing from the internet sales agent. Genuine and friendly interaction with the responsible sales agent and everyone in the office.

Prices were on the higher end of average, but not ridiculous, and service was a little slower than Id expected.However, the people working there were friendly, and they did a good job with my car work, so Ill probably be returning in the future (though hopefully not too soon in the future!)
