Mr. Gerald and the owner (I’m sorry I cannot remember his name) were very helpful with my situation, my car was brought to them randomly by a tow truck for emergency repair. I was unaware that they only did work on certain vehicles, but they still did the best they could and helped me pinpoint the exact problem, my car was repaired by Hyundai free of charge due to a recall! They were so kind and helpful, thank you gentlemen for your professionalism and selfless character!

Excellent place that does excellent work for excellent price. My name is James & Ive been coming here for over 13 yrs or more. They fixed cars for me that Brown BMW couldnt even correctly diagnose. They are always honest and very thorough with their work. You can trust everything they say & do. So if you have a German car, this is the place to bring it if you ever need work done. Great service just plan on it taking a long time.I have since returned to Docs and he was helpful to point out and repair some other items I was unaware of when I arrived.Im going to continue to rely on him for my repairs and maintenance.

I took my 06 R350 to they garage. They had the car longer than they said, wife was in a tizzy. Called to see what was going on said they would have it done by Monday. Pick the car up they fixed the oil leak, power steering pump and the blinking a/c light on passenger side of thermostat control. Charged me nothing stated they had car too long, theyll just take it up with my warranty company. If that isnt STAND-UP I dont know what is? Ill never take my car anywhere else.

I have been taking my cars here for over 12 years.These guys are awesome- great service and top notch expertise.They consistently save me money by diagnosing the problem correctly the first time and suggesting the proper repair.Never once have they failed to fix the problem correctly the first time.I would not take my BMW, Porsche or Mercedes anywhere else.

Professional and courteous. The owner and mechanic treated me like a friend.(even served me lunch)since I wanted to wait on my car. Ive returned several times and my car was repaired properly and the bill was very reasonable.Take my word for it, they wont push unneeded repairs. Took my Mercedes there once and they could not repair the problem after a couple hours of trying. I was NOT charged a dime!Also received reasonable price on tires there.Paul Gantt.

I traveled from Raleigh, NC to Sandersville, GA, when I broke down with my car in really bad weather. I made it to Docs Garage just in time. I left my car with Troy and continued with my travel to Georgia. On the way back I picked up the repaired car and was really pleased with the ease of getting it fixed.I would recommend Docs garage as I was truly pleased with the very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent service at reasonable rates.

Fast and gets the job done right. Listens to the customer issue. Knows how to diagnose. I have had my BMW at several shops but Docs was the only one who fixed the misfire problem I had.

I understand that sometimes you just get a bad service and this may not account for all of their services, but I felt like I should share my experience. I brought my 08 535 in because I had a pink halogen bulb (which means the bulb is dying) that I needed to get replaced. First impressions were really good, nice people and very approachable. Me not knowing much about my car I trusted his quote of around 200 dollars to replace the one bulb because he came off as a pretty genuine, knowledgable guy. He told me the e90 models were a nightmare to replace bulbs, that you had to dismount the whole front bumper. I agreed not realizing until a couple weeks later that you can pull out BOTH headlight assemblies in less than 5 minutes. Theyre held in by 4 bolts. Bottom line is, they lied to me and charged me for 2 hours of labor for a job that took 20 minutes max. And I of course would have been okay with paying for 1 hour of labor, I know these guys need to make a profit, but lying to your customer and charging them double is enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in the service that my daughter got when she went to Docs. They misdiagnosed her car, charged her $200 for a thermostat replacement and then told her that the head gasket was blown. When questioned, of course they made excuses. If service is not delivered, how can you charge for it. They are supposed to be the auto repair busniess. If the car is not repaired, they should not charge for it.Do not take your car here!!!!
