I would not recommend PCSThey destroyed my yardCost me thousands to re-sodI asked if they had liability insuranceThey told me to hire a lawyer and hung up on me.

I used PCS for my lawn, shrub and pest control. Horrible. I notified them of cinch bugs on my lawn. I went back and forth with them for months because the problem was getting worse. They basically told me they were doing the best they can and it doesnt always work. That is BS because I have had cinch bugs many time. You apply treatment and problem solved. They would take no responsibility. As a result, I had to pay $900 to replace the areas they killed. My lawn was perfect when I hired them and it is destroyed now. DO NOT USE THEM. They do not stand by their service.

Pcs has been my go to for pest control and home inspections and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you for all of your help

This company did a house inspection . More like a snap, snap make and model next . Can’t see, can’t verify, can’t confirm across the board on the inspection . They missed, leak in wall by hot water heater even though dry wall had water damage, gutters taped and leaking, solar tubes leaking and worst of all heat pump on pool, blade snapped off and visible from the top of unit . NOT one mention of any of these in report . They refunded money for the lack of doing an actual inspection but we are now stuck with trying to get owner of home to pay for $4000 heat pump weeks after closing . Run as fast as you can away from this guy he has NO IDEA how to actually do a home inspection, I could have done better on my own.

I’ve used lake Pest Control such is now PCS over ten yrs. I’m totally satisfied with service. Thank u Roger and Jeff for taking care of my yard needs.

Poor company that has terrible service. Scheduled inspection twice and both times he completely forgot to come. Felt like I was giving money away every year. All they do is come in and look around briefly for termite inspection with a flashlight and then leave. They do nothing else. They are extremely disorganized

Trust me you do not want to hire this company to serve your lawn or the house for pest control. The staff is unprofessional, the owner, Rob,is unbelievably rude. The owner Rob refused to acknowledge the poor quality of the service, made threats and hang up on unsatisfied customer over one disputed bill. Rob, youd better enroll a course on Business 101 and learn some basic ethics if you want to make a living like a decent human being.Cannot figure out how come this kind of company still exists in a service industry. However, I am very confident it will go out of business soon. Fool me once not twice.

Buyer beware!! I hired PCS Pest Control to conduct a home inspection of a home i was looking to buy as a first time home buyer. They completely missed the fact that there was an entire section of drain pipe that was missing.  So because of the missing pipe, the entire contents coming from the kitchen sink and dishwasher are dumping under the home. It also should be mentioned that i told the inspector on inspection day that there was a slight foul odor that i noticed and he said it was because the house had been sitting awhile. So i purchased the home and eventually discovered the issue which also due to the underfloor moisture it has caused my floor to raise up and caused a hazard for myself and children. We have also had to endure a terrible smell coming up thru the floor as well.  Both myself and attorney has repeatedly contacted John waldrop and Robert hicks at pcs pest control to look into how they missed this and they refused to even look at the issue. I have now filed a lawsuit against them but wanted to make others aware as well!!

After several phone calls they wont return call

I have not had any issues since I started using these guys, especially with my lawn I had brown spots from the pest all over my lawn and they came in and started spraying and in just 3 months time what a difference I couldnt be more pleased with the results.
