Daniel Ortiz, former Leesburgs Branch Manager, came out to inspect the insects that were coming into our home in a VERY timely manner. He identified the insect and then inspected our attic and came down and informed us we had a rodent infestation, much to our dismay. We moved forward with the plan, at a tune of almost $3,000, for the insects (which has worked as he explained) and agreed to the plan for the rodent which included sealing all access points and placing traps in the attic. At which he said a technician would be out the following week to check or sooner if we felt something was trapped. And this would continue until we felt there were no rodents up there any longer. Someone did come out the next week and we were informed that it appeared no bait was put in the traps. He put bait in the traps and left. Now we cant get anyone out to check the traps. My husband and I have tried MANY times to schedule someone to come out. We have called Customer Service, left messages on Daniels cell phone, texted Daniel, asked our insect technician to help us get someone out here and still nothing. Now for the worse part. The picture Daniel showed my husband documenting the rodent infestation was drywall with droppings. My husband just recently went up into the attic and to his horror, there is no drywall with droppings up there. There is blown in insulation and framing with some droppings but nothing like the picture Daniel showed us. And to top it off I was on hold for 40 mins. as the representative reached out to the branch and then was disconnected. Im back on hold again... Buyer beware!

Highly knowledgeable about the hornets anddd mosquitoes he was working with and did a great job to help eliminate them. I am thoroughly impressed how he found the tree they came from and eliminating the problem from the source. Thank you again.

We got them for millipedes. It didnt work. They were supposed to come back out. They were totally unresponsive. Didnt show, didnt call. We cancelled and asked for money back. We were told no problem. So far, no refund. Been getting the run around ever since. The person who answers the phone is great. I do believe she gave all the messages. She seemed just as frustrated as we were. Dont trust these people.

I highly recommend Terminix. In the past I have used Knight Pest Control and let me tell you, they run laps around them. Even before they came out I was sold on the service. The customer service was extremely professional and explained everything they spray for and where they spray. They then scheduled a tech for a date that works for you. The day the tech is due to come out they call you prior to give you a heads up they are on their way. Once arriving, they put on footies immediately upon entering your home. They then spray and ask for any problem areas you are having. After they are finished they explain to you what they did and what steps they took to really focus on those problem areas in or around your house. Extremely professional, thorough and even the next night we went outside and we didn’t see not one spider out where he sprayed. So it’s highly effective too!

Recently had a gentleman come to the door to gain my business. He was very friendly and courteous but not very knowledgeable about the services. Very scripted but kind none the less. Was to receive an email confirming what I had signed for which never came. He patiently waited roughly 3 minutes for me to receive it and said he would note this with someone and they would reach out to me. We set up an appointment for services to be started today between 9 and 11. No one has knocked, called, or emailed me since the young man who came to initiate services. When I called in to verify my appointment today to make sure I was correct, I was informed someone had already came and I wasnt home, and Id have to reschedule. Wonderful first, and last, impression.

Wonderful at addressing my concerns and even coming back out to answer questions about a past service visit. He checks in overtime he comes and makes sure to see if I have any issues or if I have noticed anything around the house for him to check out. Very good at customer service.

My mother had her toilet removed due to redoing her bathroom floor, and a termite mound was discovered so my mother called Terminix Pest Control to get the service that she needed. No one came to fix the problem that she had. So she couldnt use her bathroom all night plus today. Im going to get rid of this company. Its funny a company can call you when they want their money, but when a customer call to have a problem solved and need their service we can not get anyone to answer the phone to help someone. Not to mention that my mother has a warranty with the company. Get someone else not Terminix.

Outstanding customer service from the leaders in termite protection for homes. In all the years I have been bonded with other companies, not one of them offered the protection that Terminix guarantees. I am relieved knowing that my home is protected.

I just signed up for new service, the technician Larry was awesome but trying to schedule the next follow up for Saturday the 13th was impossible! I have called 4 times from when the technician came out and they keep passing my calls! 1 lady said yes shes putting me on the schedule I called back the next day to confirm and then was told I was not on the schedule. Then was told I was in the wrong department. I have a contractor coming out Saturday the 13th and before they can close the bathroom walls we need 1 additional treatment and I dont know if there coming or not! Very frustrating especially just starting a business relationship!

Made an appointment, no one came or called and when I tried to call them and find out why, could not get in touch with a live customer support number. So now I will call the little guys that answer their phones in person and give them my business instead.

We had the worst of experiences with this Company. The local office failed a number of times to get back to us on doing the second part of what was promised. We contacted Customer Service at Corporate and were promised theyd take care of someone getting back tous. She said she was a supervisor and I liked her. But, never did anyone get back to us. Ironically we have another home in NC and the service there is perfect.We have sought out another service here in FL.

Juan, our Terminix Tech. is the Best!! Besides treating areas of concern inside and out, if he notices that you have pets, he will put down insect pellets around the yard so they do not get ticks and fleas! I have had to buy products over the counter for fleas and ticks only in the rainy season. This is understandable, we are in Florida! Otherwise, we have had no problems ticks and fleas. Juan needs a BIG RAISE!!

We have used Terminix for all our pest protection needs since we moved to FL 10 years ago. The technician assigned to our address is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and professional. He answers any questions we may ask him and he informs us if he sees any areas of concern. So far he has been able to keep our home pest free. We would recommend and have recommended Terminix.

Not a good experience. No response when called for service. Called more than one time. When trying to cancel service contract the automatic phone service puts you on an endless hold while waiting on customer service. They never did answer.

Terminix is great. My appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday but it had been raining all week so we rescheduled so that the treatment that was put down outside would stay. Most companies do not care they would have looked for any way to get the job done but not Terminix they waited until it was a dry day and we got the job done.

Correction of my flea problem was a must. Called Terminix to eliminate this cause home remedies and bargain store items were not helping. Am living almost flea free since their visit and I know if I need them they are only a call away.

Im rating this question a 10, because of the excellent service weve received from our Terminix provider, David. He really seems to care about keeping our home bug free. Hes also polite & professional. Those are rare qualities in todays world! I also had the opportunity to call Terminix to clarify my payment & the person who assisted me had the same qualities! Terminix must be doing something right to have such wonderful employees who provide excellent customer service!

I had the Terminix man here to help with the pest control we have here in Florida with roaches. I do have that many but one is to much. The man who applied the applied the Terminix product was very professional and knowledgeable about my problem. He even made a few suggestions as to what we could do to help get rid of the pests. He suggested we trim our bushes and make sure to keep our gutters clean. After applying the product he told us if we had any problem after a week to call them and they would come back at no cost. The cost was great and they will be back every 3 months. Also I have a cat that goes outside and he told me that the product they use is fast drying and will not harm my cat and he would make sure to keep it away from him if he saw him. What a great and caring company. Try them and see how helpful they are. I am glad I did. Also if you mention my name when you try them I will get a cash payback and when you do the same for your friends you will do so also. Buth that is not the reason I want you to try it but it is just a bonus.

There are a lot of companies out there but one of the main reasons we continue to use Terminix (even though we could get a lower price somewhere else) is because of your associates like Jerry Moe who has been checking our home to insure we do not have Dry Wood Termites for some years now. I feel he is very competent and more than meets our expectations for making sure our home is safe.

Always professional, checking both inside and outside of our house. We had termites started up one wall 16 years ago, they treated the ground and there has never been any indication since. Would recommend this service to anyone who has or wants to prevent termites!

Seriously the best decision i have ever made. i am disgusted by bugs... as i am sure most people are. i felt like i was losing a battle that i didnt even want to be a part of. i ended up with a roach infestation due to lack of checking things before they entered my house. they very rapidly took over. they hide in everything. if you see some in your house, whether its here and there. if you actively see them, you have an infestation. its so affordable. i have ZERO roaches in my house. When i do see one i immediately call terminex and they will come in and do a treatment everything they use is people and pet friendly. i did not realize how much stress these little bugs caused. i am so much happier. no bugs.

I only stay with Terminex because of my associate Howard Townes. I can get much cheaper service from other providers locally but Howard is more than just an associate. We think of him as a friend that looks after us for any pest control concerns that we have. We have complete trust in Howard. Thanks for having such a capable service provider on your staff!

I rely on Google reviews to steer me to good local businesses so I felt obligated to share my poor experience with this one.They have no respect for the customers time. I tried to scheduled appointments for a termite inspection 3 times, twice on the phone and once online. They totally wasted my time. No one showed for the confirmed appointments and no one called all 3 times!Fortunately I am retired, I cant imagine how much more inconvenient and frustrating this would have been if I had had to take time off from work just for repeated no shows.

If I could leave zero starts I would. The branch manager of the leesburg location has to be totally incompetent. I dont know what your call back policy is. But I have been waiting three months for a refund after being misled by this location. I was double charged for a service. Once in July and then they cashed the check in September. I am too the point now where I will be reporting to the bbb and to my bank for fraud. The brach manger has never once reached out to me after me requesting so. It is my opinion that he is not fit for the position. Terminix SUCKS.

Poor service. Not only did I have pest activity in my house after the treatments but waited on the automated line for 20 minutes without a response. When they did come for an extra service in between regularly scheduled treatments the products they used were harsh smelling inside the house. Cancelled my contract.

Came out over a week ago rescheduled twice and still havent provided me with an estimate what a waste of time.

We are extremely pleased with our initial service with terminix. Our tech, John ONeal was on time, called prior to arrival as stated and extremely thorough. He sprayed throughout our entire 1+ acre yard. John was super nice, took his time and knowledgeably answered any questions my husband asked. I would highly recommend Terminix to anyone looking for pest control service!

The lady who came to my house was so sweet and she answered any of our questions and concerns before she started and was careful with any of my grandsons toys inside and out
