My Technician Will is amazing and has bee our Pest Control Expert for years. We actually moved and made sure we were able to keep him as our tech or NO DEAL.My daughter gives him valentines and pictures all the time.He is very personable. We would recommend him in a heartbeat! As a family we only have wonderful things to say about Will. he is always on time, pleasant professional and we never worry about the products and our pets.

I chose Orkin to do my home pest controll. After about 4 months the infestation of roaches where nearly completly gone and I was very satisfied by the service done by the amazing tech Shaun. I would have had excellent 5 star service if it wasnt for the receptionist named Barbara. She was a very rude women from the intial phone call to set up service. I would like leesburg Orkin to be aware of the unprofessionalism they have working at their office. Other than that Shaun and the work he done was Great.

We love Orkin. Have been with them for over 20 years in various homes and cities. Will at the Leesburg office has been our servicer for quote some time. He is fantastic. Very responsive to text msgs if we see a bug in the house between scheduled treatments. He always texts me when he is planning to head over. Very happy with his services.

Joel and his team did a great job to knock out the roaches we had. He hit them with everything he had in every nook and cranny. The only complaint I have is the office help could improve on their manners when they speak to me when I call in.

Terrible customer service, we had a termite inspection done which went ok....but once that was done the customer service couldnt have been worse. We needed a re-inspection to close on our house and we called and the Inspector Jeffery was out of town. He said we needed to wait until he got back as noone else could go out to just check and confirm the repairs were done. Once he got back into town we tried following up to get a time frame on his call and Barbara who answered the phone continued to talked down, in a demeaning tone and said she was tired of answering questions. She then hung up as I was trying to get confirmation on something and she wouldnt allow me to finish she kept just talking over me, very frustrating and then said she was hanging up on me because I was raising my voice, I was simply just trying to talk and she wouldnt allow. Barbara knew what she was doing in cutting me off and speaking over me, Its unfortunate because just to come have them come reinspect two spots for probably 15 minutes we have to pay another $150 inspection fee which was the original fee for the full 2 hour inspection. And then no respect or care in us trying to get someone out within a weeks time frame for this.

**Update, make that 4 bugs in the last couple of weeks**First off, the tech that comes out, Will, is excellent. The woman who answers the phone at 787-8727 however either doesnt like her job or couldnt care less about customer service.I havent seen any bugs for quite some time, but within the last couple of weeks have spotted 3 roaches. I asked if Will could come out early and the rude woman told me no, hell be out on the 24th.My service date is at the end of the month, but I usually do not get a call about when they are coming out until a few days before if Im lucky and sometimes Ive had to reschedule because of this. Rescheduling essentially means cancelling because Will is only in that area at that time. THAT is not my problem, but theirs. So for that, the lady tells me we no longer qualify for their guarantee. See, at Orkin, its about their convenience not yours. I pay for your service to keep my home bug free and its NOT BUG FREE. Unfortunately because of the lack of customer service at the Leesburg office, I will be looking into another company that actually wants to keep my business.

Just had service done for carpenter ants. I sent a message via their website to inquire about service only 48 hours ago. They got back with me very quickly to set up an appointment. Originally it looked like I may not be able to get serviced until Monday, but the technician Jeff was able to work us in two days early due to a cancellation. I was very pleased that they were willing to keep us in mind and try to get to us sooner if possible. When Jeff arrived he was very polite, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable about his craft. I felt that he was very honest and realistic with us about all of the questions we asked. He left me with the feeling that he truly cared about what he does and would be seeing it through until our problem was 100% solved. I am very pleased with the experience overall. Orkin would do well to hire more Jeffs.

Weve had Orkin for over 2 years. Wife started the contract, the tech that came did a great job, Clayton I think his name was. Well since then, another tech has been doing it for a while, and the whole time, still saw bugs whereas didnt before. Anyhow, I call the office to see about canceling since the 2 year contract was up, only to be told by a very rude woman that the contract still works for them to charge us each visit, especially when the tech does not call to schedule service dates nor does he treat the inside of the house which we pay for. What kind of service is that? And they want their money. Its a sad world.

This company was great to work with. We had bed bugs from a vacation and they came out and fixed the problem right away. Very pleasant people to deal with also both in the office and in person. Thank you Orkin of the Villages!!! Ill recommend you to any and all that need your services!!!!
