Our old neighbors had used Deans for years. So when we moved into a new house, we called Deans. The tech, Justine came out for the firsttime yesterday. She was so knowledgeable about every kind of bug and how to treat for them. She explained everything in detail, and was super personable and friendly. What a great first experience with this company!

When we walked through our neighborhood we would notice the Deans homes just looked a little better than ours and those being serviced by other companies. I recently purchased a small farm and discovered we had a rodent problem in the garage and attic. I called Dean Services and they could not have been more helpful or professional. They responded quickly and took care of the problem in short time. I was so impressed by the company and their excellent technician, Steve, that I signed up for regular service for the entire year. Ive had Deans for little over a year. My lawn was in bad shape, and I had about three other lawn service try to make my lawn look good, the way I wanted it to be. they failed. I looked into Deans and saw their rating and saw what they have done for people in my neighborhood, and I liked what I saw.They have brought my lawn back 100%.I have a gentleman name Curtis that does my treatment and he is outstanding. The first day that he started, he listened to what my problems where, and he has done a great job in correcting them.I have just added my termite, and pest control over to DeanThank You Curtis. The BEST! there is.Matt has been my technician for quite a long tome now. He is professional, polite and efficient. The other day I spotted many many mini ants on my enclosed front porch. Very easy company to work with. They answered all my silly questions about pet safety. They email an invoice with all services broken down and each explained. Billing is a breeze, it’s quick and automatic with no fuss. They leave a little note on the door to let me know they were here and if there is any advice. We are a regular Deans customer. We were experiencing a problem with bugs in the house. We had quite a collection on sticky paper. Called Deans. Our usual technician, Matt, responded the next morning as scheduled. He was very thorough, took the time to inspect, listen, diagnose, and treat for Argentine ants. The ants have met their match. Thank you, Deans, and thank you Matt.

I came home from a trip and had a few limp and discolored flowers. I called Deans and Jake Ward called me to set up a time to take a look. When he came out he discovered a couple of annoying little aphids and mites. He treated them and gave them a booster. Cant tell much in a week, but they arent getting worse. Since I dont have the greenest of thumbs I consider this a win! Thanks Jake.

Ive been meaning to write this review forever, and Im sorry it took me so long to sit down and write it. Steve is my technician and services my house for pest control. He has done so for over a year now. He is the best!! He is so friendly, understanding, and professional. When I have questions, he is always patient and takes his time answering me. Whenever I have had concerns regarding the various Florida bugs, he has always been very timely in his response to me. When we first moved here I started with a different pest control company and they were horrible and their service was awful. Deans is 1000 times better. Thank you Steve for all you do! Had the lawn service for over a year. finally had to give up on them in March due to the lawn being worse off a year later than the starting point. Called to cancel, lady talked me in to having an inspection done by the mgr. The QC man (Anthony) was our tech as well...so I asked for another mgr. 3 days later, a man named Ryan called. Sounded about as interested in our problems as the man on the moon...but with a sarcastic sounding tone of voice. I simply told him never mind and hung up. Granted, I do have a very large lot compared to the average Deans customer....but....I would venture to say I also paid a lot more than the average customer. 1 visit, the man was gone in less than 25 minutes for a 230+ dollar so-called treatment....They may be fine for the average Villages cookie cutter, but, for any larger lawns...Caveat Emptor.I can honestly say that I gave them a fair shot....and 1400+ dollars.

I consider myself fortunate to have had Sebastian take care of my loan. He is thorough, efficient and committed to do meticulous work. Just experienced the best customer service ever! Shelly, from Dean’s Pest Control, came out the same day I called, inspected the entire house for critters, and implemented measures to keep those critters from getting into the house again. She took the time to explain what each insect was, making me feel so much better coexisting with them (outside). Shelly was beyond professional, very friendly, and she knows her stuff.

We have been in The Villages for about 7 1/2 years. We had another firm doing out yard services for a couple years but were not pleased. We signed on with Deans and have been very satisfied. The gentlemen that worked for them were very good. We had Mike before we had Johnny. Mike was very good and Johnny is as good as or even better. He is very conscientious and very knowledgeable. I dont have to mention the trouble spots to him because he already knows where they are. He is very personable and talks to you about these spots and how to take care of the them along with the whole yard. I cannot recommend him enough.

I told my sister that she should with Massey but we always check 3 places before making a decision! We dealt with Aaron who was unbelievable. This past month (May) I received no service. You came June 9th & I was immediately charged (for 2 months). The problem is, I am paying for 2 months when I have only received 1 months worth of service. Also, I was told it would take 3 months for the weeds to disappear. This is month 5 & the weeds are still there. I have tried contacting your office both by phone & in person. Neither was successful. Covid is no excuse to fail to service or offer contact to your customers. Operators can answer phones from home. I can receive the same service from Falcon for half the price. I paid you more expecting (more) results. I will be canceling my service.

I called to have this company de-bug my home! They asked how many bugs Im seeing and I told them I was seeing them only in the kitchen area and was seeing quite a few at night!
