Unprofessional assessment of the infestation caused us stress and a lot of money. We were buying a house which the owner had disclosed the home had termites and she was having it treated by FPC. We were at the home to hear and see what FPC had to say about the damage and future issues in the other side of the home. This was going to determine if we purchased this home. The training person was there and told us the otherwise of the home was clear and had no problems and when he finshed there would be no termites. Two things were wrong, the salesman did not disclose live termites on the other side of the home. his inspection was incomplete and because of that we had swams of termites 30 days after our purchase. If he had checked doorframes and the bathroom access door he would have found them 60 days earlier and would not of purchased the home. Next we were told they were suberranen termites and it appears they knew they were formosansubterranean termites the worst you can have.Beware this company it is not professional. Check with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs about complaints.

I am SO pleased with this business! I called at 11:45 about a pest problem, it is now 1:40 and a technician (Robert) has already been out to my home, which is not an easy place to find, and set up a few things to help control my problem. He called me before he got there to ask about my problem, when he got there, and when he left to let me know what he did. I did not expect such quick service, but I am so happy!! Definitely would recommend them!

I thought I had a dead animal in my attic and called them to come out to verify and help me. When they came out he instantly knew it was not a dead animal and stayed to try to help us figure out what it could be. He also helped us with some things to do to prevent bugs and we will be using them very soon for a quarterly service.

Best monthly pest control around! If we ever have issues they come out and address them no extra charge

Salesperson lied to me on gutter inserts when i asked him about the warranty and I have sent copies of the e-mails, proving he lied, to the Leesburg office and was assured they would be forwarded to the manager who would get back to me. I sent them twice over the last three months and have not received the courtesy of a response.Obviously they could care less.I suggest you look elsewhere for your needs.

Canceled service due to problems not resolved. Then apparently they came out and treated the house again when nobody was home.I called again to have the service canceled and now they’re threatening me with a collection notice. Lol!This company is a joke and I will definitely tell anyone I come in contact with to stay away from these crooks.

Theyre shady. i had an outstanding EIGHTY DOLLAR bill and they sent four guys to my house to collect over two days. i have a ring doorbell and could see their uniforms clearly. we dont want regularly scheduled pest control we were having a problem with earwigs and i wanted them gone so we called them. i agreed to a spray that they will come back and readdress the problem if necessary, having my gutters cleaned, and something extra where they pelleted like 20 ft back from the house. three months later theres a note in the door that they did a treatment, i thought okay must have been the spray, didnt think about it again. well apparently i had signed a contract where they would come out to do the pellet thing three more times over the year and there was the $80. in their defense i signed the contract and it is on there BUT he never mentioned it aloud and i certainly didnt know i was signing up for that, i didnt want anything like that, the less poison in and around my home the better imho and better for the environment. we all know how salesman are regardless of the industry and they are no exception. when the guys came over to the house and left invoices i called them and they could not have cared less. didnt try to appease me, they didnt even try to give me any platitudes or niceties. three months go by and they call; i answer surprised to see them call after how it ended. they STILL had my next treatment on there!!! needless to say i would not recommend. also came to find out they did a termite tent for my friends house and he had something making noise in the attic and he asked the guy if it would kill whatever that was and he said it would kill anything in the house. afterwards he still heard the noise. so either the critter was smart enough to escape and then come back three days later or they didnt actually do the treatment, draw your own conclusion.UPDATE JULY 2018: these idiots called me again wanting me to buy their pest service. i was shocked. i was courteous but not pleasant with the last person i talked to and even told them to take me off their contact list and here they were again trying to sell me something so they dont even keep any kind of good customer database or anything. they put a manager on the phone since i told phone salesperson that i was an upset customer and surprised they called. the manager listed to the entire history, told me sometimes they charge the $80 later because the customer refused and inside part of the treatment. not the case at all. i asked about inside poison at the appointment and the salesman told me they didnt encourage that and if we treat the outside they wont exist to come inside which i stupidly took his educated opinion. so she was a liar. then instead of offering me any kind of recompense (which i would have refused anyway) she asked if i wanted them to come back out since all the rain stirs up the insects; what?!?!?! after the five minute railing against your companies performance the moron asked me to go with them again. what does this tell you? they only care about the sale. customer service is 0%. i work for a hvac company thats primary business is in the villages and if one of our customers had an experience like mine a manager wouldve showed up to do the next job and we wouldve of discounted it significantly. but the difference is we care about our reputation which this place obviously does not. would not recommend to anyone for any reason. i told them not to call again. ill update this in three months when idiots call back lol

Called for a quote. Salesman called me right away and was out the next day. Sold me on reactivating my termite policy. Called and scheduled before he left my property. Technician was prompt and very profession.

Excellent service

Discovered a ton of ants in my master bathroom.. called Florida Pest COntrol on Monday...never a call back until this morning from the office... I have had this service contract with them for over 12 years and they decided to ignore me about the ants...Very disappointing.. You would think their long time customers deserve at least a call back from the technician...this is actually the very first time I have had to call them about an inside problem....so why they chose to ignore this is beyond me....again, very disappointing...
