This place was awesome. Enjoyed it the moment we were greeted by the humorous owner until we left. Wonderful pedicure! Although I didnt get a gel manicure, I was recommended by someone who was flashing around a wonderful french set! A cut above the fair price.

Usually great service. technicians seem to really know their stuff. following most covid rules. but. some staff wearing masks below the nose. and. they reuse items such as emery boards, cuticle oil, etc.

They dont speak English while trying to sell you something. Extremely frustrated with my service. Ill be happy to pass this along to my community. Also used an electric tool instead of by hand. Worst place to go. Service and management are not professional nor adequate. Stay away from here at any and all costs.

Made the mistake of giving this salon multiple chances and always receive terrible customer service. I always leave at least a 15% tip even if I did not enjoy the service, and when I had a bad experience here I left a 16.5% tip and the owner had the audacity to comment negatively on my tip amount and ask the technician if my tip was good enough for her. Would not recommend going here.

July 23, 2019: best to call ahead to make sure they are not too busy, otherwise, you may have to wait awhile.Recent expansion and renovation, so the decor is modern and clean. Soft music playing. I had Jenny do a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure (their standard, you can upgrade to extra services if you like). My total bill was $50.00. Jenny was excellent, she spoke very good English and we were able to chat as she worked. She is off on Monday (and vacationing in Sept.). She did not rush through my services, took time and did a great job. I will call to request her again.Other workers included 2 females and 3 males. And it was great to see a couple of men customers getting pedicures, their feet need to be pampered too!Highly recommend for a relaxed atmosphere and good service.

Poor quality and service from the start. I have had powder on my nails for years and can easily get 3-4 weeks out of them before needing a change. I got mine done here LAST WEEK and they looked terrible before I even left. Currently cracking and chipped. They didnt even shape them correctly around the cuticle. Made me bleed trying though so no way I was sitting there any longer. They looked like a bad press on job. I have been here several times since moving trying to give them a chance but worse every time. Guess Ill be driving 45 minutes back to my old place. Much higher quality work.

I love this place. Ive been taking my Mom there for pedicures since 2006 and she has always been happy with the results. The store is clean and the staff is very accommodating. 4 months ago I decided to try a pedicure and was very pleased (it was my first one ever). Ive been back twice since then and have been very impressed. Nancy did my procedure both times. She does a wonderful job and is also a very pleasant person, as are the rest of the staff.

March 2021. My technician did not ask which pedicure I wanted (there are several). Most importantly he kept reading messages on his watch. It was bothersome as it was rude and unprofessional. New nail salon over by Sheriffs Thrift Store. Will check it out.

I’ve never had such a bad looking polish job on my nails. The original glitter polish I chose wasn’t going on well, so I asked to change to a solid color. Instead of starting over, she just painted on top. It looked ok, but after it was done she filed some off and put another coat on only 2 nails making them much darker.This place came highly recommended but I’m highly disappointed. This was my first but last visit as I’m new to the area. I will be finding another nail salon.

It wasnt bad felt the women didnt understand what I was asking and I was offered wine witch came 20 min later and I asked for red it was white. Also made appt. And they were 20 min late. Also small cut on my finger. But still with all that better then what Ive found in this area. I believe the other staff members spoke English clearly, I just had the wrong person for me.

I called over the phone to let them know that I was on my way. I got there at 3:58 PM and they close at 5:00 PM, the doors were locked! I called only for no one to answer the phone, I decided to look through the window and I see people sitting around. I knocked the window and a lady shakes her head no. I kept knocking because I’m not a child and they could have at least a reasonable explanation. The lady came to the door and said we don’t have time to do your nails, we are working on TWO people right now. AGAIN, it’s 3:58 PM and they close at 5:00 PM! I only needed a FILL! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Pedicure was okay, but worst manicure Ive ever had. She didnt soak my hands, she didnt cut my cuticles, no lotion for the manicure or pedicure. She said she could do designs but she couldnt, I wont be back

The owners to this salon are wonderful! I just personally feel that some of their nail techs need proper training when it comes to customer satisfaction and proper etiquette dealing with different types of people.

Usually I get great service here with Michael. Hes on vacation I should of just came back when he was here. Lady was nice but did a horrible job. She tore off the nail powder that was on my nails instead of removing it with solutions.She dipped my nails 2 times then said all done.you can see my nails threw the dip powder polish.. I could have done that myself for 8 bucks. So disappointed !! Wont go back.

While the place may look clean and pretty, the prices are ridiculous. I get manicures with gel polish (french), the most I have ever paid for that service was $27.00 and my looks would look wonderful. My nails right now looks like a 3rd grader did them. I am NOT driving that far to have them fix them. BeBe may have been nice but my nails are jacked up and she cracked two of them.

I have been going here for 5 years to have my nails done and I love it. Everyone is always very pleasant and professional.

Best pedicure Ive gotten in a long time! Wasnt busy when I walked in at 1030, got me right in. Great massage, gentler hands (Im highly ticklish). I will be back!

Very nice looking place. Kim did a good job on my nails.Was pretty sad that my friends nails got ruined even when told numerous times by several people that she wanted powder NOT polish and even shown a picture.

The guy talked me into getting the power gel nails. He did and awful job I had to go home and do my best to fix them and they messed up my eye brows. And when my nails where being done he cut me with the file causing it to bleed and when I said ow he said oh you just to sensitive never am.I go in back to that place. They are rude.

I walked in at 5 pm. They asked me what service I needed and when they realized it wasn’t something quick like eyebrows, they asked if I could come back tomorrow because they live in Orlando and wanted to go home early... ummm it says you close at 6... won’t be returning.

Had powder dip nails done. Picked out a pink ended up red on nails that I hated. My nails had lumps . I said I was not happy and was offered to have them redone after she did two pedi, I didnt have two hours to wait and was charged full price, she acted like she didnt care. Never will go back, went to TT Nails next door in Winn Dixie plaza and had them redone . I have been going to them since .

Never a again! 😩😩 I tried them because time would not allow me to get to Orlando to the shop I normally go to... well as far as the nail shop goes the cleanliness from what I can see was okay. the nail tech that was a sign to do my nails Im just going to drop my head what a :-( maybe this lady was new very very new. and needed experience a lot of experience, however my nails wear uneven I wasnt satisfied. I couldnt bear staying there another minute being that its Took her nearly three And a half hours. I cant say that everyone in the shop Isnt good just this one particular person that was assigned to do my nails that day. first she did my pedicure. I should have known from that Point to get out of that nail shop and run to my vehicle! its been 2 weeks since I went to the shop I decided to go to my favorite shop Ive been attending for the last four and a half years she remove the polish off of my toes and there I noticed my toe has a *fungus* obviously they are not sterilizing and if they are its not being done properly or I would not have this problem. the lady Ive been attending for Years looked at me and shook her head and told me dont trust everyone and Shes absolutely right! 😩 fool me once shame on you, fool me twice Cant put the blame on you. I would drive 45 minutes to my nail shops in Orlando rain, snow, storm I dont care. Never again will I try this shop!!!! 😢😢
