Staff was quick and courteous. Cindy is great. I received a gel polish change, fill in on nails and eyebrow waxing within one hour. Ill definitely be returning.

Guy who did my fill (2nd chair) hurt me with the Dremel twice in the first 3 nails. His space was filthy, his clothing was stained, he tossed his tools, handled me (like a man) per the owner. My nails look nice, but it was not good. Many men have done my nails and never caused pain. If you go there, avoid the 2nd chair!

They were great. The awesome lady that did my feet was so helpful helping me with ideas on my nails. I dont like my feet being touched but she was AMAZING. I should have got her name. I will next time because they are my new place. The sweet lady that did my nails checked with me at times to make sure I liked what she was doing and she was sooo fast I watched an episode of my show and bam she was done.... Very clean and sanitized btw.

I stopped going here before because they were janky but Cindy does great work. So I asked for short gel set, plain simple, clear because of my nails need to grow out. Service is supposed to cost $40 bucks for gel polish. Prices went up significantly. Cindy cut my nails medium length, which I didn’t ask for, then for coffin shape which I wanted natural shape, Cindy still did what I didn’t ask. I already mentally calculated my total with my feet which should have been $60 bucks, well I spent $10 more for something I didn’t want. But I needed my nails done.Update: nail started to lift within a few days. I was back for a repair on 3rd day, was charged $5 . Two days later almost 7 nails lifted . I took them all off and came back for a brand new set, short. I was asked what I wanted I explained I was just here not even a week, spent $80 bucks, and I’m back for a new set $40. My feet were still impeccable. I made it clear about the length I wanted not. I was not going to let anyone upsell anything to me without my permission.I don’t understand why when a customer ask for a specific thing, they feel the need to do as they please then get upset when you try to stop them, to correct their mistakes, then they hit you with a tab that doesn’t reflect the work . I may take another break from this shop because they do much forcing you to get service you dont want or ask for.

First time ever going there and they were so busy told me one price and it was different when we were done need to be more organized in there than they are the guy that did my nails did an ok job but I will continue to go to my guy when he gets back from vacation.. didnt ask for my daughter to have a full pedicure instead they did and charged full price not cool with me

I went here as a quick stop before I had to leave for a trip. Staff were friendly and I received my favorite pedicure treatment with the hot wax coating. It left my feet smooth like a babys bottom. After the wax bags were placed she then had me wear leather boots to help keep my feet hot.

I decided to try this salon because I could jet over real quick on my lunch break and get my nails done. My usual nail salon closed due to the owners going back to China. Being a very basic person all I wanted was gel polish on my real nail. They came out okay but, some of the gel polish was stuck to my skin. I typically keep my nails super short for work but, that isnt an excuse to get gel polish on my skin. I have been plenty of other salons who can do gel polish without this result. I really do not think I will come here again.

Be very careful when getting your nails done here. I was almost charged for a service I clearly declined. I was also not pleased with the work either. My daughter has polish over her cuticles for both hands and feet. I will say that the customer service was not bad. I’ve been to way better nail salons in Leesburg tho.

The people are really nice but cut my finger twice while filing, and after a week 1 nail fell off and I had to super glue it. Then they started growing and looked like cheap press ons.

Loved my experience, Cindy and Victoria were super clean, super sweet, great customer service and very reasonable pricing. They did tye dye rainbow with diamonds for my acrylic nails and French tip for my toes. I’m in loveeeeee!! Will definetely be coming again and after that!😍😍😍💙

This is the best salon I have ever gone to. They offer many services. The atmosphere is very warm and pleasant. The people are wonderful and accommodating. I have been going for several years and have always been pleased. However I have seen on occasion some very rude people who have come in. Even wanting services for free. That’s wrong !!! I have tried this salon twice now, and I will continue to give them my business. The best pedicures I have received since moving to this area a few years ago! And my feet stay soft to the touch for weeks, unlike other salons where after one day they feel rough again. The service has been very friendly and courteous. I have absolutely no complaints and yes, I would recommend their business.

This salon, not only is beautiful and very clean. Every single person I encounter was very friendly and kind. My nails looked bomb and it will be my go-to from now on! They were also extremely nice and made me, the only guy in the salon, feel very welcome.

Was a long time repeat customer. Will not be coming back ever after discovering nail fungus on 3 finger nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 8 years and have never, EVER come across this. Noticed on my last 2 fills done by a male employee that they were ill fitting and had a lot of separating from the base of my real nail. Nails that don’t quite fit don’t cause fungus - dirtiness and improper tool cleaning does. This was my favorite place and what I thought was the best place in town. During my most recent trip, I got a new set which is the only reason I discovered the fungus. Female nail tech didn’t even say anything about it which leads me to believe if they notice something is not right, they’ll ignore it for the buck, which is alarming because of how many seniors I see getting pedicures in here. Guess I’ll keep this last set of tips on for about a week before I start some sort of treatment routine, fungus can take weeks to months to get rid of. Highly, highly disappointed.

1st time here. Went for a pedicure and it was the worst I have ever had. My nails looks good but that’s about it. The “massage” is just rubbing lotion in. I asked 3 times for more pressure and got nothing. The massage is what makes the whole pedicure experience, and this was terrible. Nothing was relaxing about my visit and I actually left more tense.Oh, and the floors were dirty. I didn’t want to put my purse on the floor.I should have stuck with my gut feelings when I walked in rather than sticking it out because of the reviews and recommendations I have heard. Don’t waste your money.

Never once during my entire visit in this salon did I ever see anyone cleaning or sterilizing anything. In fact, the person that did my nails used the same exact utensils they did on the other client. He also used the duster to wipe clean our fingernails to clean his desk.Completely unsanitary.

It is a good place for a pedicure. but never put gel polish on your nails. I have had the service three times. and only last 5 to 6 days. my nails got horrible because of the moisture it gave him. not worth it

I take my daughter here to get a pedicure 1 or 2x a month. We always get the gel polish on our toes, it lasts until our next pedi. I love the different choices of pedicures and we usually get the jelly spa. We are headed up there in just a few minutes for another bit of pampering. The staff is very nice to talk to as well.
