Horrible experience with service dept. Bought 2021 Atlas and paid for running boards. Scheduled installation three weeks out on a Saturday due to not being in stock. Told it would take about 4 hours to install. Asked if we could have service car as we were driving up from Tampa.We were told we could not so we drove up in two cars. Stayed in town for lunch and shopped. Came back four hours later to be told car needed additional two hours as tech didnt realize plastic needed to come off car. We were also asked if we could come back on Monday and pick up or they would drop off. Not an option as car is needed for work. Wife and I left again for two hours. At two hour mark service called (this time) asking for anotherHour. 7 hours after dropping off car came back and had to wait another 45 minutes. We also asked the car be detailed as part of the service. It was late there was no one left to take care of car. Poor service guy washed car and vacuumed front seat but missed everything else. 10 hours of my saturday wasted for running boards. Complete failure on so many levels.Of note, I left message with service manager after having asked the two service people to have him call me. No call back or follow up.As a result, I will not be having my car serviced there again nor would I recommend buying there unless you live local and can leave your car for a day.

In all of my years with buying cars I have NEVER experienced top notch service like my family and I did over the weekend. Kevin and Travis took excellent care of my family and made sure we got the deal we wanted!! They went above and beyond! We didn’t even have to switch things over to the new car we purchased. Very disappointed from beginning. I asked for paperwork on Roadside assistance to be sent to me. Twice my saleswoman said she sent it, never got it. Service dept after two visits finally explained how the remote worked. Lastly my Jetta had a very dangerous plug inone of the tires . Come to find out three of the four tires are different and they wont call me bEdit they said they would get in touch with me haha

Purchasing my new car couldnt have been a better process thanks to all of the attention given by Kevin and Jeff at Leesburg Volkswagen. I absolutely love my new ride and Im very happy that is a certified Volkswagen as well. I almost purchased a car through another dealer but had some issues. In the end those issues were s good thing because I ended up with a much better car than I had chosen and with a lower interest rate to boot! Kevin and Jeff both worked hard for me, on fathers day no less, and made sure that I left in the car that I loved. Great car buying experience all around!
They were extremely accommodating during the whole experience, from getting the quote to the loaner vehicle they were exceptional. The loaner vehicles seats were pretty stained up but that was the only issue. Will even got the price of my repair down an extra 350!

I had a car that I really wanted and didnt think I would get an approval. I spoke with Travis and he told me not to worry. He knew everything about the car we went on a test drive and he gave me a great deal! I had to run to work while we waited to hear back from the banks and to my surprise I got the approval! I came back later that night and worked with Kevin. He was already expecting me and had everything prepared and answered all my questions. I was so excited with the new car and couldnt be happier. If you want great customer service, knowledgeable experts, and transparency, ask for Travis or Kevin!
Service was excellent, my advisor Otto and a young lady (I dont remember her name) were totally professional, kept me informed on the progress of the service being done and it was finished on time. I also ordered some replacement parts, the parts department was also excellent and knowledgeable to deal with. An all around great experience at a great dealership

The only thing positive about Leesburg Volkswagan is that the people are in fact friendly and helpful. Other than that, would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am part of the Car Care program and have been required to surrender my coupon when I got an oil change. I had one coupon left and the service guy told me that his system showed that it had already been used. He did eventually decide to honor the coupon, which was nice however; I was not told until 2.5 hours later when my car was done that he was going to honor it. Also, when they rotated my tires they neglected to tell me that my breaks needed to be replaced. I guess that part was extra? Im not sure, but the day after I got my oil changed the grinding started. I now have an appointment to get my breaks done at Pep Boys. Again, the people are friendly and courteous enough but thats about it. There is more to being a good dealership than being friendly.
I had a great experience shopping for and purchasing a used car at this dealership yesterday. In October I had purchased a vehicle from a large dealership that was so busy and so impersonal and I waited there for HOURS to finish up my deal and hated the process. Today I had a completely different experience at Leesburg Volkswagen. We came in to purchase a small/midsize SUV for our family and had a price range we wanted to work in. We worked with a great salesman named G-quan who ran all over the car lot finding different cars in our range to find exactly what we wanted. Between G-Quan and the sales manager Kenny, we were able to find the perfect car for our family and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We left the dealership feeling great about it. The process was much faster and easier. We enjoyed some good food and Starbucks coffee while our car was getting detailed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely purchase from here again!
I was pleased because the recall work and other service took a lot of time. The dealership picked up my car and returned it to me when the work was completed.

Greetings. I personally enjoy supporting businesses with my honest, positive and insightful comments and recommendations. I typically give all 5 star ratings, a few 4s and maybe a 3. This is my first 1star... it would be -1 if it were offered. I am in the process of looking for my next vehicle. I have been searching online. Somehow I clicked on something to trigger my need to Jenkins Leesburg VW. I received a couple of emails yesterday. Today Kenny Hunter reached out to me in a very nice manner asking what I was looking for. I gave him my parameters... which was not a VW. Matt Willcox reached out with a we have the perfect vehicle for you today at 255pm. I said it was of interest. Asked him about Car Fax. He said no accidents, 3 owners. He said he was available at 545p today could I come by and check out the vehicle. I said I would try and reconfirm on my way... I had a 1 hour 20 min. drive to get there. At 5:09pm I confirmed with Matt that I was on my way and it would be closer to 6p. He said great see you then. I walk in the door, he greets me and immediately tells me Kenny will be handling me he has another appointment. Kenny was extremely nice and I asked to see a copy of the Car Fax. It read Damage Reported and 3 owners. I read the report that clearly stated damage to left rear due to accident. Matt had not clicked on the damage button. Still he said clean with 3 owners. No report of damage regardless of how it happened. Matt also tried to convince me I needed to look at a VW. For the 3rd time I clearly stated I was there to see the vehicle that fit my needs and was perfect for me according to Matts email. 30 minutes went by. I asked what was up. I was already upset that I had driven all that way with s false Car Fax report. Next I was told the vehicle was sold and not available for me to drive. Really?!?! Jenkins has had the vehicle next door at their Hyundai dealership since 3/12/2020. So it all of a sudden sold between 5:09pm and 6pm today? Hmmmmmmm Really?!?! They sent the manager over to explain that in Matts defense he really doesnt know how to read a car fax. That it said damage reported. He did not know that meant accident. As a car salesman I would think they know to click on the icon to see why. Then he told me I could have looked it up myself... so now its my fault?!?! I thought Jenkins Leesburg VW was in the business of sellings cars. Instead they are in the business of wasting your time, not being truthful and trying to get you in there any way they can in order to try and get you into one of their vehicles. I left. I know this is long... most of you wont make it to the end. I just wanted to put all the facts out there. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND JENKINS LEESBURG VW. I can only imagine that all of the Jenkins dealerships in the 3 block radius are the same. Have the same managerial tactics. This is the experience that has plagued the industry. I thought times had changed. I guess not at Jenkins Leesburg VW.

I Love my new Tiguan! I knew exactly what I wanted and Maglio and Jeff made it happen! Then Travis was awesome and helped me with all my silly questions about the important stuff...like how to program the satellite radio! Great group of people.
I don’t think I’ve ever received worst customer service at a dealership before. I came up from Orlando (about an hour and a half away) after making an appointment with Anthony two days before to look at a Certified Pre-owed car that they supposedly had just taken in on a lease return. When I revised at the dealership I waited for around 5 minutes at the front desk while the receptionist spoke to another sales person. Finally someone walked up to the desk and asked if I had been help, and I said that I had an appointment with Anthony. I was told that Anthony is off on Thursdays (mind you, I made an appointment with him on Tuesday). Then the person said he would look me up in their system, and help me. The new person helping me found my information in the system, and then went to get the car that I came to see. The had not been detailed or inspected (which I was told was going to be done by Anthony before I got there for my appointment). Erode the test drive, I asked the sales person about the monster mats for the car that I had a text from Anthony stating that they were in the car. After the text drive, the sales person said that the car didn’t come with mats, and that Anthony would have to have gotten permission from a manager in order to give me mats. Now this is a 2019 VW with 6,300 miles being sold as a CPO at a VW dealership that doesn’t come mats. So as he went in to check with the manager to see if they can give mats with the car. Brain the sales manager comes over to me to ensure me that they can mail be the mats since the person that did the lease return took the mats out of their old car, and put them in their new car since they didn’t have them in stock, and then asked if he could get me numbers on the car. I said I could agree to that, and that we could go over the numbers. When he brought the numbers back to me, I was completely flabbergasted. The price in their website for the car was $29,400, Brian bought back a purchase agreement for close to $37k! Included was a reconditioning fee for $1687 and VW certification fee of $2000. I was told the reconditioning fee was for an oil change, wipers, cabin air filters, and any paint work that would need to be done on the car. So once again, this is a 2019 that had just had the annual service done on it at 5,966 miles at this dealership on the 9th of June 2021 before it was turned back in for its lease return with 6,300 miles on it. At that time I told Brian that I have purchased 16 VW’s before, 13 through VW credit, and 5/6 of them being CPO vehicles, and all of my vehicles are serviced at a dealership. So I’m well versed in the maintenance schedule of a VW from brand new. A first or second year service on a VW is less than $300, far less than $1687, and they are done in 10k mile/ 1 year increments. Also most dealerships are nit doing CPOs on VW’s made after 2018 with low miles, because it only adds on an additional 12 months/ 12k miles to the already 6 year/72k mile factory warranty. They are saying that it isn’t worth the additional $1400 to certify the car through VW, that’s right $1400, not $2000! Needless to say, I didn’t feel like getting screwed that day after driving an hour and a half to come up there. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE THROUGH THEM!

Worst customer service from their service department. Had an appointment scheduled. Took the day off from work. 4 hours later they hadn’t even looked at it. Blamed it on being super busy. Then don’t give me an appointment if you actually don’t have time to work on my car the day of the appointment.

This was the most stressful, disgusting, aggravating auto purchase Ive ever had in my entire life. Ive never experienced such unprofessionalism, lying, underhanded finance department. They bribed, the used all kinds of trickery, this purchase left me in tears and loads of stress. They were a bunch of con-artist. . Theres more. I wouldnt wish this experience on my worse enemy
Picked up a VW ID.4 1st Edition this week and had a great experience all around. From sales (Anthony), to sales manager, and finance (Dave), the experience was straight forward, fair, open, honest, and best of all, no BS. All questions were answered, all promotions credits (from VW) were explored, and financing was EXACTLY what I had expected. I did do a lot of research and homework before on the car and financing but this was appreciated and respected by everyone involved. I’d highly recommend Leesburg VW (part of the Jenkins Automotive Group).

Each time I go to this dealership there is a problem. I bought a 2019 Tiguan from them in 2018 - probably should not have done so and I will never purchase a vehicle from Jenkins again. The most recent fiasco is when I picked up my car today - it had been in the shop for almost 2 months due to a recall with the sunroof - it leaked and there was mold growing in it, so carpeting, headliner and I dont know what else needed replacement. Inside of the car it was dirty - grease and the ceiling where the sunroof is has more mold that they did not clean up. My settings in the car were changed as well as the radio - so they drove it. The worst part is they delivered the car to me with a huge gash across the front windshield and claimed I brought it in there like that. They said a stone hit the windshield - no such thing while I was driving it. I tried to upload it here, but it did not work. Then the interior lights were on - I did not notice until I left the dealership. I got home - they would not turn off and are still on now. I have tried everything to turn them off - this is a disaster with this dealership and they should close.When I dropped off the car early July, they were trying to talk me into purchasing a new car - this car is barely 2 years old. They spent a lot of time with me and I told them I would not purchase another VW. Then they took me to the Morano dealership which is also Jenkins. The sales person took me into the lot and indicated this was it as I wanted to see colors - 3 colors to choose from. That turned me off and when the manager of the dealership tried to sweet talk me, that was the final straw - I am an older woman. I could go on. Bottom line is Jenkins is not reputable or ethical. Never deal with them!

Fridays appointment was a glitch I had experienced with non-warranty upgrade (Neuspeed performance chip installed in my GTI). The vehicle went into limp mode because I had the chip set to racing fuel, as previously advised by Neuspeed to eliminate some stuttering at high RPM. I worked with the mechanic (its great when you can just walk back there) to troubleshoot the problem after he went through all the standard items like turbo inspection, fault code analysis, etc. Ended up switching the performance chip back to standard premium fuel and problem solved! Will continue to have all my mechanical needs taken care of by these guys! Super plus Service!!

I travel past 2 other VW dealers to get here. They are the best around and it’s not even close. They treat you with respect and honesty at ALL times and never try and pressure you in anything be it an oil change or a new car. Shawn in the service center is the MAN and is the reason I go here. Grade A+ customer care and always makes sure I’m satisfied with my car. I can’t say enough about these folks and will continue to visit them for all my needs!
HORRIBLE experience. Went in on a Saturday, found a vehicle I liked. Went back in the following Monday to purchase and the dealership had added in charges that were supposed to be waived and completely altered the deal. Spoke with a manager the next day and he said, “I’ll run some numbers and get back to you” over a week later and I never received a call back or even e-mail.

The worst services. First bad communication with the client, the dealer rep assumes you no need your car and never explains until the last minute your car is not ready. Car rentals closed and the dealer no has any complimentary car. Second is a VW dealership with a mechanic no have experience or knowledge in basic things. Broken my engine cover and lost one of the screws. Never recommend this dealership to any services. I just want to squeeze your pocket to change parts that are working good. This review is 3 weeks later after my visit because I wait for the second opinion with VW CERTIFIED MECHANIC and show me every detail what I need to fix and not need now by priorities. I paid almost $150 just for the diagnostic and stayed without the car for 2 days.
Im new in town, and wasnt sure of the kind of service I could get away from home. I was pleasantly surprised. Felt like the kinda of service they give back home. Shaun Moore, the manager even came out and greeted me, wanted to make sure all was well with my visit. I cant tell you how pleased I am with the service I recieved. He explained what was going to happen with my vehicle and how long it would be. The atmosphere here is so relaxed and there is always an eplethora of coffee and snacks available. Husband and I looked and inquired online first before making the trek to Leesburg from Lakeland. Their vehicle selection was bigger than expected with variety between models. After getting a rough out the door price we drove the 90 miles to go look.The hours of operation are great for working people, however we did keep Mathew Wilcox, Jeff and the detailer (I wish I got his name, he did a great job!) after closing. We appreciate that and felt bad.So, Mathew greeted us and asked thorough questions as to why we were trading in what was essentially a go cart (Beetle) and buying something as beefy as the Atlas. He also asked about our price points and financing. Of all 3 dealerships we had gone to, we both felt like Mathew did the best job of understanding our wants/needs and it really impressed us.Mathews test drive and knowledge of the vehicles features basically sold us the car. He took the time to show us what came with the car and what the dealership added. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable negotiating and the process they used with us was very different from what we were used to, which is a breath of fresh air. Im not sure if this is a Mathew or Leesburg practice but there was very little let me go check with the manager which made that part incredibly quick and efficient. Mathew had the authority to negotiate without taking 20 minutes in between questions. After about 20 minutes of driving a hard bargain, we were sold a car.Now, I cant imagine that this is normal practice since we were the only ones in the dealership and it was past closing but that was the quickest weve ever gone through finance with Jeff. He was thorough, incredibly quick and even though it was afterhours (Well try not to do that again, but thank you!) he made sure we understood options and what exactly we were picking. Also, pretty easy to get ahold of if you do have questions, which is surprisingly not always the case with other dealerships.After all of that, we were driving away in our brand new, beautifully detailed 2021 Atlas and couldnt be happier with this dealership. Thanks again guys, we had a wonderful experience and cant wait to do business again!

So my sweet husband Roger was trying to help me look for the Tiguan I wanted. So in hopes of finding one he sent an email and spoke with Sherry. Sherry did in fact find one and sent it to us however I felt the deal was a bit higher then another dealer we found. So we decided to hold off a bit as we were not ready just yet. Which was told to her. So since she was quick and kind to help us we decided to hold off for just month and we will reach out to her again when were ready to make the deal. So within that month, she text, emailed, and called almost EVERYDAY basically harassing! Asking if were ready yet or if were still searching and of course we responded with No, not yet but we will.So finally a month later we were ready. Cash in hand and all. We reached out to her, we spoke over the phone and told her what we were looking for and what wanted. We also told her we wanted to make most of the deal over the phone. Her response was...Well we will need you to come in to get further information. I told her thats not required unless I agree with the deal and most info can be provided over the phone. So her response was ok, I will need the vin and mileage of your current car and will look into my system and see if we have that car for you and I will call you back. That was on Saturday 10/31. Here we are today 11/3 and NEVER heard back from her. No call, no text, and no email. NOTHING!Thankfully Lakeland VW stepped up to the plate found my car, found an AMAZING deal, took care of me BY PHONE and all I had to do was drive an hour, sign papers, and drove out within minutes.

I can’t believe the way that these people are treating their customers. I liked a car and talked with their sales rep called Aisha and confirmed the price to save a trip as I live 2 hours away from their place . After reaching there, they changed their price and told me it was a mistake from their end. How should a Volkswagen dealer could do that to their customers. Actually I don’t advise anyone to go to their place. It’s just a scam.
Absolutely horrific experience - stereotypical car sales tactics: runaround conversation about pricing, completely lied about the 0% interest financing for qualified customers, and attempted to pressure us into making a decision without presenting an honest offer.We ended up going to Volkswagen of Ocala immediately after this terrible experience and the next day we officially purchased a 2020 Tiguan SEL from the fabulous Ocala team!At the VW of Leesburg, we did have a positive experience test driving two models with Sherry as she was personable and willing to answer our questions about the features.After the test drives we asked to sit down and talk through pricing and determine which model (Tiguan or Atlas Cross Sport) was the best fit for our lifestyle and budget. This is where the experience quickly went downhill.After providing budget parameters and confirming we qualified for 0% financing we waited over an hour for the sales rep to go back and forth into the sales managers office; only to come back empty handed with no pricing information. Without having a detailed price yet, they began the pressure game, we were told that if we didnt buy on the spot that they couldnt guarantee there would be any 0% financing vouchers later in the week. We learned at another VW dealership that there is no such thing as a voucher for the 0% financing - it can be applied for any qualified customer so this statement was a complete lie by the Leesburg sales team and only a tactic to make you purchase on the spot.We again reiterated we wanted to know the specific pricing, like all car buyers we needed to ensure the vehicle fit our budget. We were open to making a purchase later in the week but didnt want to make a final decision in that moment without considering it a bit more.Finally, the sales manager to came over only to introduce himself and say he understood we were price shopping and to call if/when we were ready. We quickly said, we had been waiting on actual pricing. The one and only price sheet that he shared was a compliance offer with standard 12% interest and 36-60 months. NONE of the budget & qualification information we shared with the sales rep was taken into account for the offer that was presented. It included a monthly payment for 60 months and 12% interest for $750+. The sales rep nor the manager offered to share the figures for 0% financing + 72 months which is a current offer for the 2020 models we were interested in. Absolutely absurd, we left and will never go back to this particular location again.

To follow up on a previous review. The service manager from Leesburg VW just called me and went through all the questions that were left unanswered from last Thursday.He was very helpful and answered all my concerns I had and walked me through exactly what they had done.I feel 100% better about what repairs were done under warranty now that I know exactly what was done.Thank you for taking the time to follow through and make me a happy customer.

Awesome experience all the way around. Mike in service was great, and broke the bad news about the transmission in my 2011 CC to me in a very professional manner. When we decided to not repair and buy a new VW, Cherrie was a fantastic salesperson who made sure we got the car we wanted at the price and payment we were looking for. Highly recommended!
We came in for routine servicing and waited for our car. Sanitizing procedures were ongoing during our visit. The car was ready in a timely fashion and was newly washed and looked great.

I really don’t know what happened to the service department and overall costumer service at this dealership. I got two cars from this dealer and they used to be great I believe everyone in the service department should be fired BRING DAVE BACK!They always make promises they can’t keep they have no loaners ever I will never buy or service my car here again.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership. It was the best experience Ive had buying a car, chiefly because of the salesperson I worked with. Travis Everett clearly takes pride in his job. He ensured I was taken care of by fulfilling every promise made. He went so far as to mail a cargo net that was on the window sticker, but that did not make it into the car before I left the lot. This was helpful because I live over an hour from the dealership. Despite the distance, Travis is the reason I will be returning to this dealership for my next car. He treated me with the utmost respect and provided excellent customer service.
If your looking for a great deal, safe automobile, with awesome salesman then you found it. When you walk in, ask for Travis Everett and tell him Tracie T sent you and everything else will feel like your livingroom. Very comfortable ask any question and Travis will answer it and when done Youve got a friend, new care and still got your wallet
I have to give 5 stars to the service department here! I always work with Dave in service and he is absolutely fantastic! My car has been in the shop several times and they’re always efficient and friendly. Jessica, the Customer Relations Manager and Dave both went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t appreciate them more! Highly recommend this dealership if your car is in need of service or if you need to buy a new car, because the sales department was wonderful too!

I went in for repairs to my 09 Jetta and got the worst news. The repairs would be MORE than what I paid for the car when I bought it last year. This is the second time in a month its been to there shop and last time they had given me such an awesome deal I knew I could trust them.Kevin worked with me though. Him and Jason got me into a 2020 Jetta with a low payment!!!!Its my first ever brand new car and I am ECSTATIC!!Thanks and yall definitely have my business!

I got a price quote for Tiguan on 23 January 2020. They called me 2 times to make sure about our appointment. After I went there, they did not have the subject vehicle in their stock. I spent 3 hours in total, they only wasted my time. Still instead of saying sorry, they were trying to sell a different color option to me. I wouldnt recommend this dealership.
I contacted the dealership online. because I was interested in an SUV they had. I applied online and got approved. I told them the monthly payments I wanted to maintain and how much down payment I had. I was told the price of the vehicle will not permit me to stay within the payment range I wanted. During the waiting of someone to get back to me, the vehicle(s) I was interested were sold. Since I wanted to pay a certain amount a month, I even went with an older model car that had more miles on it. Doing the calculations, it would have been right on target. Unfortunately, no-one got back to me. What became the frustrating part of this whole ordeal of trying to do business with Leesburg Volkswagen was too many people contacting me. I didnt know who I was talking, texting or emailing from one day to the next. It seemed as though everyone is so desperate for a sale due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They dont communicate with each other. I was told the texting / email enabled anyone to follow-up on it. Each and every time I communicated with someone it was a different person, I had to repeat myself, sounding like a broken record. On top of all that, I told them I work and a full time student. Because of this, I requested that everything be done online via email, text or call. When everything was said, done and completed, all I had to do is come to the dealership, sign the paperwork and drive off. Sure, the response I got was, I understand, that will not be a problem, we can definitely assist you in making this process easy for you. There are so many auto companies doing business online, making it easier to shop online for a car. They said they do the same thing. I also told them I dont have patience for the finagling, and the back and forth business between sale and finance representative. Unfortunately, I kept being asked to come to the dealership and pick out a vehicle. This threw out the whole concept of shop online. Not only do they not take the customer into consideration, they didnt care nor listened. Being that said, nothing came out of it except for it being a waste of my time. Its not that anyone was rude. Everyone I came in contact with were pleasant. The pleasantries are nice, however, backing up the talk is a different matter? Words are empty if there is no meaning but defining the words with action makes the difference!

I just picked up a new car from this dealership today. I worked with Corey Haddy, and could not have been more impressed. He was very friendly, and super professional. He had no issues when I brought up an advertised price for the vehicle I was there to buy, and immediately had a deal made that I was pleased with. There wasnt any back and forth, just straight numbers that were well within my budget. Both the sales manager and the finance manager I worked with were excellent as well. The whole process was streamlined, and I couldnt have asked for better service. I see absolutely no reason to buy a VW anywhere but this dealer. Honesty and transparency go a long way in my book, and this dealer delivers exceptionally. I look forward to working with this group again in the future, and I cannot recommend them enough.

He quickly got my service ticket started and gave me his card. He gave me a time for when I could expect an update. He came over on time and updated me on the service of my vehicle. Have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and never had an issue until it seems like they changed managers. The sales girl we had was wonderful and informative but when it came down to financing and they brought the manager out, I was then treated like a child whom knew nothing. Will be driving well out of my way to Ocala Volkswagen since this dealership clearly needs to work on there people skills.
They had summer deals, I called and asked the manager on the phone if the money i owe would matter and I was told no, it wouldnt effect, we will work with you. I went there and wait for an hour to find out my options, I was told that I needed a co-signer. Everything takes forever there and miscommunication has a negative impact. I will never go back there again & DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
