You can judge a lot by the final product and in the end when you find an artist the truth is you deal with the other issues one day at a time. If you want nails done with design in mind you ask for Chelsea in advance and shell tell you if she is able to or not... Shes not a sugar coater and so you get the business end of a yes or no and my wife was lucky. Because look at what was done!

Came in for a fill, lady was super friendly. And quick. Almost too quick. I got a polish tip done. They were not even at all none matched. I said something and asked them to fix it. She was upset, I get it. But I did pay for my nails to not look the way they did. She was in such a rush to fix them that now they look worse. Was I going to say something for a second time? No! Because I could already tell they were mad. Now I need to go to another salon to get my paint fixed! I know they wont fix it again.Update... Called about getting my nails fixed. And was hung up on! Ive only had them on for two days and a nail BROKE today! Absolutely rediculs when you pay a decent price to have your nails done. Very unprofessional to hang up on someone because they want something fixed! Ill go else where from now on!

I’ve noticed a lot of good reviews recently on here have been reported for some reason. Which is SO rude. My first time here was two weeks ago, the service and workers were AMAZING. I didn’t know what i needed and they helped me w that. Helped me chose out my color and was very paitent. I got a pedicure and a shellac and they turned out so pretty! I loved it, i just moved to Lebanon so this might be the spot I’ll be going to for awhile.

Tried to call when they were OPEN never answered. I tried a few times. The last time they picked up phone and hung it up. I was a potential new customer but not now. Good Job!!!

Cali pro owners ( Lana & Mike) r good people & do excellent work.Theyve been there for a long time,& fix more problems ( nails) from other salons,& again do care about their customers! !

Been going here for years they do great work .

My daughter and I walked in to Cali Nails. Lady asked what we wanted. They were busy so we took a seat. Another mother and daughter walked in and asked if a specific nail tech was working. The gentleman said no but hed take care of them. Once two techs were available, they took the customers who walked in after us only because they were regulars. Well, my daughter and I will now be regular customers at TJ Nails.

One of our individuals came in to get a pedicure and/or a manicure. She has developmental disabilities and uses a wheelchair. Upon entering, the individual said, “Hello! How are you?” Only a customer answered her, all of the staff ignored her. My fellow staff member asked if she could get a pedicure, and she was told no. So she then asked if she could get a manicure instead and then was told her wheelchair would not fit under the manicure table. The man who said this himself is in a wheelchair . The individual understood what was being said and began to cry.Shame on all of you for this! It is absolutely outright discrimination and we are spreading the word. With us, you lost 5 customers, but with word getting out to all the other agencies in this area, you will most definitely be losing many more.

My mom and i went here to get pedicures, we went on a Sunday and there was no one there, so we picked a color and sat down in a pedicure chair. The whole service felt rushed, and being a cosmetology school graduate abd a practicing hair dresser i have learned and done pedicures and this is not how you do it. They skipped a couple steps on my mom, used implants then threw them back in the drawer without even cleaning them, my polish looks like i could have done it myself. Not only that but a man, who im assuming is the owner, was covered up with a blanket sleeping in the waiting area snoring. Will not be coming back.

This place is ridiculous and a rip off! They advertise $37 for a mani/pedi but that doesnt include men, just for women. Men pay $8 more and for what? RIP OFF! Then when you go to pay with card they charge you tax-work it in with the price.

Massage sucked and not very friendly

I got acrylic and he said 30.00 and didnt let me get the size i want and the whole time i was in a hurry because i had a party to attend to and he was on his phone a lot and kept going to the back to smoke and when he painted my nails he didnt even paint the whole nail

Not good gross looking in shop and expensive when I was getting my sns nails off the dude was ripping them off with his fingers not using any material and it hurt so bad when he was done my nails were in a lot of pain and the lady cut too much of my toe nails off and some of my skin on my toe it hurts still I won’t come back I would give 0 review if I could
