Great atmosphere! I have always had a pleasant experience at Mysa. Holly was great with my first visit. She was gentle and I was very impressed with my Nails. Tommy was quick but very impressed with his work as well. Unfortunately I didnt catch my techs name this evening but he was exceptional as well and once again I love my Nails. Next time I go I will be trying out the pedicure services as I can imagine it being anything other than the best!!!😁 I highly recommend Mysa Nail & Spa if you are looking for great service!!!!!

Mysa Nails & Spa has had my business for over a year. I usually get my nails done with either gel polish or dip powder manicure & also pedicures. The owner Sam is great Ive known him from another salon, he always greets his customers & jumps in when needed to make sure his customers are taken care of. They do stay busy so if youre in a hurry one day especially the weekend you may want to make an appointment. I highly recommend this salon for all the needs!

This is my second time at Mysa and both times I have been disappointed. I had a pedicure done, with regular nail polish. Half of nail colors look old and dry. The color I picked was also dry and the girl had to add acetone to make it workable. The technician was doing my feed in a rush (didn’t even scrub them well) and wasn’t communicating with me well. I sat at the drying station fro almost 30 min (the drying equipment barely blows anything) and when I came home and sat down to eat lunch nail polish on a big toe came off. My big toe still was not dry. Very disappointed. Probably will not return.

The guy who did my nails was the best.Im glad i had him to be the one doing my nails.He did a GREAT job and im so thankful well worth the tip. I dont know his name but he has a tattoo on his hand and one one the forarm of the same hand. But im just thankful. And very pleased with my visit will def recommend him to anyone THANK YOU KIND SIR

I’ve been to many nail places and have always been disappointed with certain techniques or attitudes. Everyone at Mysa are wonderful. Great attitudes, great quality work, such a clean salon! Any of them could work on my nails and I would be happy. Tommy is my favorite though. Love this place!

I walked in and was very impressed. The setup is so beautiful. I had to check in at a counter kiosk and a ticket shot out. Then I was directed to take a seat and a tech will be with me. I was then called and the tech Jessica was so sweet, smiled and was very informative. I got the CBD gel pedicure and it WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I definitely will be back. Great location. Great customer service👏👌

Every time I have ever came in, im greeted immediately. Feels very welcoming. The salon is very clean, staff is nice and they work quickly. Their work is flawless and inexpensive. Literally the only nail salon I will go to.

Worst place for going. I went early to check the service and taking my full family there later. Thanks God I decided to go first. My pedicure: nails uneven and with corners. My manicure: nails uneven some round, other squared. The girl that made me the manicure was in a bad temper and just looking the door, it seemed like she was fishing for customers. I’m very disappointed…dont waste your money.!PD: anyway I tipped them.Recommendations for everyone who works there: Stop talking Chinese. You don’t know who “No Chinese” person can understand the language and just listen the bad things you say about to the clients or other things.

I had high expectations for this nail salon, but was VERY disappointed. I knew this place came highly recommend by ALOT of people. So I called ahead and booked an appointment for 5:15pm. I arrive at the salon at the time of my appointment. (I understand they may not have gotten me right in at my time since I showed up right at time) BUT I was not sat at a station until 5:50pm (of course this is one of those your next stations that no one usually ever works at) my nails were not started on until 6:15pm. I was there for 1 hour before anyone ever started on my nails. There were ladies who showed up after me with appointments after mine that were started on before me. Obviously appointments dont me anything to them. Once the technician got started on my nails (I believe his name was Tommy) it took him less than 20 minutes to do my nails. Granted they look okay. (I still see a little bit of blue from my last color.) I truly believe if this man had not been in such a rush to leave my nails would have looked much better. I do not know what he had going on but I did not feel pampered at all. I felt very rushed and like he just wanted me out of his hair. I am very sad to say that I will not be back to this place.

Went in for a quick male manicure and did not have an appointment. They got me right in on my lunch break. The nail tech was named Jessica and she did an amazing job. Very nice place and upscale. Quality work for sure!

I have never been disappointed with them!! The only thing that sucks is when they are super busy but thats because I can be impatient! Even then they will check in with you to let you know they havent forgotten about you. I cant see myself going anywhere else.

Horrible service. Nails are chipping, toe nails not cut straight still had cracked heels and calluses on feet. staff couldn’t speak English and only grinned and nodded when I said something. Cuticles cut uneven and painful paid $93 for a manicure and pedicure

I absolutely can’t say enough! My nails are amazing and exactly what I wanted! his name was Alex very friendly and done an amazing job! I will continue going here worth the time and money

I have been coming to Mysa for the past several months and I have nothing but good things to say about them!! Never once have I waited longer than 5 minutes when I had an appointment. They are always so efficient when you walk in by greeting and making sure you are checked in. Alex has been my nail tech since day one! He is awesome! He can do just about anything you show him! All in all Mysa has been a great experience for me.

I’ve been going to this nail salon consistently since August. It just might be the cleanest one I’ve ever visited, it’s in a very good location, and they’re very consistent! I’ve never left disappointed and my nails have always lasted at least 3 weeks. They do free fixes (for one nail at a time, at least) and are efficient. I’d definitely recommend making an appointment before hand, otherwise there could be a long wait. Overall, wonderful service. Thanks for keeping my nails looking great! :))

We were unimpressed. Understandable that we came on a saturday in late afternoon with an appointment but still some things can be easily kept up such as keeping the equipment and display items clean. The other person in nt party was supposed to get a pedi but after having her nails done she was not going to deal with that. But I highly doubt we will be there anytime soon. I made an appointment and was served quickly to get my pedicure. That tech was great! However my daughter sat and waited for over an hour when she should have been served while I was getting a pedicure. The tech who did my nails rude and my nails are unevenly colored. Was supposed to get waxed but they forgot and I didn’t want to give them anymore business anyway!

Staff was very polite and I got out quick. I just didnt like the fact that I left with black powder around my fingers. I had to go buy nail polish remover and do it myself.

The best salon I have been to up here in Tennessee. Every nail tech i’ve been with does a great job and everyone is so friendly. I feel very welcomed and not at all uncomfortable. Very nice atmosphere all around! I cant say enough great things about this place.

I’m giving this a 2/5. I went to get my nails done on Monday, and I watched a nail tech grab a buffer from the nail tech I had, used it for a pedi, and then handed the buffer back to my tech without hesitation. He knows I saw him because he stared at me when he returned. I asked for a new buffer and the tech said no, so I told her not to worry about buffing my nails. It absolutely blows my mind that they’re just in it for the money, and not the welfare of their customers. I know they don’t switch out drill bits, files, mani tools, buffers, etc in between clients. Absolutely heartbreaking that there’s some amazing nail techs there, but they won’t take the time to get clean/sterilized tools for after each client.

*Updated to a 1 star since on my last visit my toe got clipped and bled profusely. Its a hit or miss here. I took my 10 year old and myself in for a pedicure and now she has an ingrown toenail. The woman who did our toes was rough and in a hurry. The men seem to be more gentle. Probably wouldnt go back, unless asking for someone by name, like the manager.

Location is great, Francis and Tommy are awesome! I took a chance and got my nails done before thanksgiving (dip) for the first time at this location. I cooked for the family, put up Xmas decorations and deep cleaned the house before and after company and they lasted more than 4 weeks and still looked fabulous! No chips or lifting!Highly recommend

Tommy is a very nice and a professional he was waiting for me when I came in he did my nails in dip. Please tell Tee she is missed.I have to say something about the cleaning it should be done before you open or after you close, getting my nails done is my only down time and I should not have to listen to a vacuum or smell lisal disinfectant cleanser and the loud head banging music was also bad my Monday morning was a flop sorry!

I like Mysa because it’s a relaxing atmosphere and gel manicures last a long time. However, if you make an appointment, don’t expect to be seen at your appointment time. This is my 4th time here after having made an appointment and I’ve been waiting 30 minutes. People who are walk-ins are being seen right away. This is not ok. I don’t know if I’ll be back. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s.

Major turn off when you go in for the first time and all the prices are different than what is shown online. If you show $25 online for a basic pedicure, that should be the price I see on the list at the salon- not $32. Definitely lost a customer before you even had a chance to gain one.

I made an appointment at 230 for 4 individuals. 2 were taking to chairs. Then after a while i kept asking why have you put them four people in front of me. Couldnt amswer by this time its 330. I just left.

I get my nails dipped and I had broken one. So I went in today to get it fixed and get my nails trimmed down. They didn’t charge me anything since they did them over 2 weeks ago. Amazing customer service

I got dipped tips and they look amazing!!! They were so busy but everyone was taken care of in a timely manner and much professionalism.

Absolutely love getting my nails done here. But was a little disappointed that they were out of a lot of dip colors. I always get dip and usually don’t have that problem but today they were out of the color I picked and I heard them tell several other people while I was there they were out of colors they picked. Other than that I love everything about mysa. It will not keep me from coming back but hopefully they restock soon!

I went to several different salons in the area and none even listened to what I wanted on top of the shotty work. Not only did they do an amazing job on my nails but when my baby began to cry in the middle of my service all the ladies came over and began taking turns caring for him.! They are all so kind and it was wonderful!

I had been looking for a new place to get my nails done since the lady who had done my nails for 3years or alittle more moved. I arrived had a 10:30 appointment and was not even seated till after 11. Others were taken back before me that had arrived after me. Also when a tech was about to start another customer wanted her and the tech started working on her. Then as I was about to leave because I was beyond frustrated with how the customer service was the manger said another tech could start my nails well that tech stoped and started in another customer after only removing polish off of 2 of my fingers. Again had to wait 5mins or alittle more. Finally a tech came and started working on my nails. He did good on shape and polish. Although I had shown all 3 techs a picture of a design I wanted and he did not seem to want to do it as it would take a few extra minutes, although he did do it once I said something and it did turn out nice. Also he did not clean the acrylic off around my cuticles and under my nails. Although I will not be back because the way I was treated was very poor. I have never waited that long, I was hopeful that this would be a good place especially since it was recommended and the reviews on Google was more positive than negative.

I hate to leave negative reviews :( but I went in the other day for a quick manicure. The lady was very nice!! But when I left I noticed multiple errors with my nails...polish all over my hands, sides of my nails that weren’t painted, and my cuticles didn’t look great :/ I have been here before and got a more expensive service and they did great. Not sure if they didn’t really care bc I got a simple $18 manicure?? I have pictures but don’t see an option to post? just a heads up..

Tommy Did an amazing job on my pedicure and my acrylic dip powder nails. He took his time and did a very Thorough job. I drive about 35 minutes from home to go to this place they are awesome. Thank you all again

I scheduled an appointment at noon and at 12:30 I had not been seen. Several people who came in after me, also doing nails, were helped before me. If you are looking for a scheduled appointment, this is NOT the place to go. An appointment means absolutely nothing here.

Love my nails! The tech is very professional and proficient at her job and I really like the dip nails. Very clean and sanitized frequently. Will always use this salon because of high standards of cleanliness and good quality work. Highly recommend Mysa. Pedicures are top notch.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! My friend and I booked an appointment for 12:30 and ended up waiting 30 minutes to even be brought back to the chairs, just to wait another 15 minutes to be worked on. The man who did my friends manicure spent most of the time getting up and attending to other people and answering the phone. And the lady who did my pedicure spent the whole time making fun of the condition of my feet.

The best salon in Lebanon, hands down! I tried nails so happy near Publix and had an awful experience. I decided to give mysa a try because I heard good things from a friend. Best decision. This place is so nice and clean. The staff is very friendly too. The nail tech did a great job on my nails as well! I will definitely be returning. I’m so happy that I decided to try this place out!

I went to another nail place in Lebanon and they really did a poor job and the price was outrageous. Went to Mysa nails and Sam fixed everything the other place had messed up. I love my nails and highly recommend them. They are usually very busy because they are the best in Lebanon so I would recommend making a appointment. If you are a walk in and they cant get to right away someone is always coming by asking if you need anything and offering something to drink. I love this place. I found my new home for my nails.

Very clean and great service!

I will never go back to this place. I don’t have pictures from my nails, but I do for my toes after removing the polish. Louie did my fingernails in the beginning of January. I had gotten the powder dip. Upon starting the tedious process of the dip, Louie never used the clear setting powder prior to starting the color powder (#153 was the color I chose). I should have said something to him, yes. But I just thought that everyone had their own process and I didn’t know how important this step was until now. The very next day I had to come back to get two of my nails repaired due to them breaking and literally ripping my nails when breaking. They fixed it for free which I was appreciative of. And Louie made sure to use the setting powder this time. From then on as I kept this color on my nails, they were cracking and breaking my nails (I have never experienced this with the dip powder. I have always used the dip when getting my nails done). Now, onto my toes. Another person did my pedicure (this was not at the same time as my manicure) I don’t remember her name. But she sits to the far left at the very first spot when walking in. Very nice and talkative. I enjoyed the color and over all experience that day. Upon getting my toes done again (at another spa unfortunately), the aesthetician removed my polish (regular polish. No gel or shellac) and my toenails were yellow, crusty and nasty. I was so embarrassed, crying and I thought that I had gotten a toe fungus from this salon. Upon talking with her, and a visit to the dr office, Thankfully there is no fungus on my toes. This can happen when the aesthetician buffs too much, or the color has gone bad. I really enjoyed the service of this place. Everyone is super nice and the manager has made me laugh every time that I have gone in. I don’t blame the aestheticians one bit. I think that it is the salons responsibility to hire adequate employees who can not only provide amazing customer service, but also do a good job in their services.

Really nice place. Immaculate and taking all the necessary COVID precautions. Deluxe pedicure will have your legs feeling like linguine in the best possible manner.

Friend told me about this place and the reviews were very good. Place smells wonderful and the people their are extremely nice. Greeted me even when busy with another client. Prices are amazing and very welcoming environment. Will definitely be coming back. Only thing that disappointed me was that they asked what nail shape I wanted and showed me a pic of all the ones they could do but failed to tell me that certain ones cost $5 extra. Im here in TN celebrating my 1st wedding anniversary....I lost 2 nails while on a tractor, so I went in with the hopes of getting them replaced. Now, I had no expectation of getting them to match, but something is better than nothing. I explained to Kevin my situation n he worked his magic. My nails r colored powder that I get at home (Cali). He used some type of powder dip n I was shocked at the results@ The new nails are only a slight shade darker that you cant even tell in regular daylight!! Kevin, Thank you for saving my look, for my 1st Anniversary dinner!

It’s a lovely place with a soothing atmosphere. I really like the check in process. This was the first time I had my nails dipped. I thought I was getting a manicure with the price. There was nothing extra, not even lotion. I even asked to have an extra kind of manicure with hot oil. The lady told me that it would only help my dry skin for one day. I was bummed out, because I thought it’d at least be soothing. However, she did give me some tips for dry skin and how to keep my nails clean. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience.

I like doing different design/colors with my nails & I was so tired of getting my nails done & not loving them because A) the tech wouldn’t listen or understand what I meant or B) after showing pics they still did what they wanted/knew.Mysa Nails is my place now! I’ve been going for about 6 months, And I’m loving it! From chic’ to sexy, pretty to poppin’ whatever your style they will definitely NAIL it! 😍

Clean, decorated elegantly, and multiple options. They offer water or a glass of wine if you want. I was checked into their system so there was no way anyone could jump ahead and after so many trips, theres a discount on service. Definitely going back!

They did a good job on my nails, just when i went to pay i gave a $5 tip and the total would come out to be about $42. but i checked my bank app and they charged me $52 for it and it was not worth $52. my sister thinks instead of making it a $5 tip sam turned it into a $15 tip. i’m invigorated and won’t be going back.

I have been looking for a Nail Salon in Lebanon for 2+ years - since I moved to Lebanon. I’m so happy that I finally found my new home! I saw good reviews on Yelp as I tried yet another Nail Salon. I was very hopeful when I read on the reviews that Sam does a great job on Dip Nails, so I called and hit an appointment.I opened the door and the first thing I noticed was the beautiful salon! Wow! The next thing made me even happier - more colors of Polish, Dip, Gel, etc. than I could take in at first glance! I had a really good feeling about this! Then I told the young lady at the front about my appointment, signed in on their computerized system, and got my ticket! I’ve never seen one of those, but I like the technology because it means they are investing in the business and they’re serious about making it customer friendly while allowing them to run their business better. Sam was ready when he said he would be (it’s important to me when I make an appointment that I don’t have to wait 30 minutes). He was friendly and walked me through how they do everything. I just had to sit there and relax! He listened - really listened - to how I wanted my nails filed and made sure I was happy with it. That seems like an easy thing, but I’ve only found 1 other person that would do it and she’s almost an hour away! He was very meticulous with how he did my nails - not due to any request I had, but just how he routinely does nails.I couldn’t be happier than I was with the finished product!! When I checked out, Sam also checked me out. Then I got a punch card to get a discount after 5 visits! If I could give Sam and Mysa Nails a 5+, I would!!

My lady was amazing my pedicure phenomenal but as we were in the process of doing my nails a lady from across the room was rushing her to grab 3 other customers. Held on lady i am a paying customer!! so some of my tips were not the correct size and noticeable,and my design was only done on one hand again because she was being rushed (we just started putting tips on when that lady started in) my lady wanted to do the other hand but i felt so bad i said not to worry about it. i walked out needing a fill in. :(

Everyone at Mysa was very polite and I had very little wait time, even without an appointment. There were several options for pedicures and my nails came out great. Highly recommend.

I have been to countless nail salons and Mysa is by far the best. The atmosphere is relaxing, the salon is always super clean, the staff are friendly, and they do an amazing job on my nails every time, no matter who works on them.
