Took my daughter here for her bday. First time ever. They offered drinks upon arrival. Loved everything about it except for the hour wait,even with her appointment already scheduled ahead of time. We will definitely be back. She loves her nails. The wait was totally worth it.

Was trying to find a new place and person for my pampering… tried the other nail salon up the road after work one day…& i’m happy they told me they were booked and the wait time would be “too long for you to wait for” i googled “other nail salons” and this one popped up! the workers are absolutely amazing.. their services are insane, and i don’t think my nails have ever looked better. i love this place and the people!! Best place to get nails done in Lebanon. I have been coming since I moved to town after trying all other salons in Lebanon. Hated those places and LOVE this place. Gina, Shawn and staff are amazing and even accommodate my husband as he waits while I get my nails done. They know our names and even remember my occupation. It is so touching to get the level of customer service in this world. Means the world that they remember the little things.

These people are very friendly and can make you laugh!! Its a fun experience!! Both times have been great but ill have to say that the second time was the best they took their time and did my nails perfectly and how Ive wanted them for a long time!! Highly recommend!!

I had never been to this nail salon before. I had a group of 5 and was trying to find someone who would take us same day. They were the first I found..I was 10 minutes late for my reservation so we had to wait quite a while, understandably. They took several walk ins before us though. After the long wait, we were started on. The experience was good. The lady I had was professional and I really like how my nails turned out. There appeared to be a hair in one of my nails (I noticed after I left) and a couple of the nails are thicker than I prefer. There are also some gaps where it looks like my nails need to be filled in already. Im still satisfied and theyre really cute. I was easily able to find the color I wanted and the person doing my nails worked with me to get the perfect pattern I wanted. The staff appears to have really good relationships with their regulars and were very personable. They made lots of jokes and were very conversational. Very pleasant. If youre looking for a regular place, this may be a good fit. What they may lack in slight flaws in their artwork, they more than make up for in their customer service. They are also very safe in regards to Covid-19. Im overall satisfied with my nails, but this salon would not be my first choice. I do, however, know theyll give me what I want and Ill be satisfied if I do come back.

This salon does not accept appointments even though the person answering the phone will tell you it does. I set an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a wedding mani/pedi and double checked for understanding. On the appointed day I arrived 5 min. early and was directed to a pedi chair where I waited for more than a half an hour before I left. Also, the person who later answered my call hung up on me when I asked to speak to the manager. Further, when I called again, this same person told me she was too busy working to talk about the salon’s customer service. Having raggedy nails is no big deal for me, but being treated as if I don’t have anything else to do after planning ahead, showing up on time, and then waiting more than 30 min. is unacceptable. Zero stars is not an option.

Tim did an amazing job on my nails and my hot stone pedicure. The massages were amazing and the conversation was great. Shawn and Gina, the owners, have the most professional staff and treat all clients with respect and dignity. I have been coming to this salon for years and will not go any where else. First of all, never coming here again. I had an appointment and waited over an hour, personally I wish I had just left instead.. did my nails in less than an hour yet I waited longer than I did getting my nails done lol. Got a French tip and you can literally see through my nails. I hate feeling mean but I’m just so upset how they came out and how tacky they are for $56????

They seemed to be allot gentler than paradise nails, as well as friendlier. It has my vote for the better nail salon in Lebanon.

Ive been coming here for a few years since I moved to Lebanon. Ive had a few different people do my pedicures, but my favorite is Tom! Hes excellent with people and does a great job every time.I have horrible ingrown toenails and he gives me relief that lasts about three to four weeks (as well as instant relief.)I work in healthcare, so Im on my feet constantly. As you can see, Im kind of a Plain Jane girl. However, I have seen women come out of Modern Nails with awesome designs. Dont get me wrong, Ive seen men lined up in the pedi chairs too without color.These professionals are very clean and up to date on their crafts. Theyre reasonable in price. There are usually enough staff to get a pedi in a reasonable amount of time.The first pic is at Modern Nails. The second pic is a few days later after giving many showers and being on my feet about nine hours at a time.

I used to use Modern all the time and they were awesome. Since the new management has taken over the quality has gone down significantly. My nails look like tiny paddles on the ends of my fingers. She couldnt get the shape right at all and they are SO THICK. I will no longer be using this nail salon.

I had a full set placed at Paradise nails last saturday. It was so bad, thick, bulky and by today, Sunday, I was already needing a fill. So I went to Modern Nails, not only were they able to get me right in but they fixed the disaster that I previously had. Now my nails are beautiful. Ill never go anywhere else, I found my forever nail salon.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I absolutely loved this place! I have an anxiety going to new places — but the people here were so kind, friendly and helpful. I got a pedicure and gel set and my nails look amazing. I will now always come here to get my nails done. I only wish I would’ve asked for everyone’s names. They were all great! I highly recommend this place!

Shawn is the sweetest and my nails are always perfect. Terri always does my mom’s nails and they are also perfect every time. Tom is a sweetheart and always makes me laugh! My first visit there I experienced an employee/assistant that was obviously under the influence. Got my nails started soaking and disappeared for a while only to smell like alcohol when he returned. Staff was all very nice so I did not complain. 4 days after gel nails were applied they were peeling off. I called and was told they would fix them. Upon arrival I was made to feel like there was nothing wrong with my nails. They went ahead and fixed but did not even use the color I had on my nails already. I was told not to pick my nails this time, mind you I didnt the first time. I have had gel nails tons and never had this issue. So here I am a week later after having them fixed and they are peeling again! In the past gel nails have lasted a month or so! I will never return to this place after this experience.

I have been going to this salon for awhile now. Recently my mom and having been going together they are very friendly and always offers us a beverage. Kinda puts them in the personal touch category. My 2 daughters and there daughters go there as well. So my suggestion is to check them out for yourself youll see.

Will never return. Did not get my nails all the same length or shape, didnt even ask what shape I wanted. Hurt my fingers, didnt fix the broken nail I asked her to fix, kept moving the light with my fingers still inside causing one of my nails to get messed up, and didnt even know to take polish remover to my nails to remove stickiness from the top coat gel. Save your money ladies and find somewhere else.

This is by far the best place in Lebanon! I went to Lee for years however the quality of their customer service and nails go down the longer you stay with them. Modern is amazing! They take their time, care about their customers, and their nails are very well done!!! I have been coming for a year now and their service is still top notch. Ill never go anywhere else! Gina and Shawn are the nicest people!!!

Only place in Lebanon that I would recommend. I have been getting my nails done by Tina for a couple years now. I highly recommend this place.It is located near to the Buffalo Wild Wings in that strip mall, just next to Subway. Google MAPS is taking people to the strip mall where Papa Johns is located, but this business is in the strip mall in front of Wal-Mart.
