Did not really help me much. It was nice talking and getting things off my chest but no real guidance was given to help me solve my problems. These therapists are more like social workers with a little bit of training, not psychiatrists trained to diagnose and treat disorders. I felt they used the Christian sales pitch a little too much to help sell their business. Would recommend that you see more trained professionals.
