These people are a joke! They refused to pay me for over half my shift. I signed in and was on camera and talked to supervisor and Staffmark and told them my hrs was messed up from the first day, I begged and begged to have it fixed for over 2 months then finally gave up, Not the first time they done that to me, I can name 4 times, I tried to take it to labor law but couldn’t get a hold of anybody, but left messages, Not only did they refuse to pay me they refused to pay 10 other people that I KNOW of. Do not recommend to anybody. Fair warning. You will work for free!! Not worth it.

I never had any problems with Staffmark until today. I ran into a problem concerning my paycheck and no one from the corporate office or customer service was available to help me after trying to call these people all day long.

Do not work for this staffing agency if you want to get paid on time! They also charge fees that no other agency charges their employees. If you want to make money stay out of this temp agency their all about their company PERIOD!

They have done a decent job at putting me to work by giving me some options. However there was a time when they said they would call back and never do. Never really call you for reassignments, mostly wont hear from them unless you call first. As a job recruiter and your employer, they should do a better job. Some staff can be rude. Only giving 3 stars bc they could have good jobs to offer.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I dont even want to give these idiots 1 star but Im not able to place a review otherwise! These dumb witted idiots, Melissa and April, are the most unprofessional idiots alive! I guess this is what you should expect coming from Lebanon, the crack city of TN! I would HIGHLY advise going to All-Star or Elwood Staffing because their manners and professionalism outbeat this stupid headache of idiots! AVOID THIS STAFFING COMPANY!!!

I needed a job right away and they got me into one due to an emergency situation that I am in they are very friendly and have great positive attitudes toward people and are very helpful the reason I give my five stars is they treat people like family here they are so understanding and very kind thank you staf fmark for helping me through this hard time

In August of this year I was in need of work and looking online for jobs. I decided that Staffmark in Lebanon looked like the best company with several different job postings in all different fields. Went over there to fill out an application, the staff is INCREDIBLY rude, but it being my first time there I decided that maybe they were having a rough day, I understand we all have bad days, and didnt think anything about it. I got hired at Nutro Products, reported to the job the first day and LOVED it, people were warm, friendly, took time to train, etc. On a couple of different occasions however, I had to deal with Staffmark, in particular I had a bank mixup and had to fill out new paperwork. The woman who helped me was RUDE. Any time I would go in that office for anything you walk up to the front desk and EXPECT to be greeted, ask what you need, etc, on many occasions I would walk in and stand at the desk for a couple minutes before anyone would even look up. Really? You all do understand that you have jobs because of OUR having jobs, right? So the woman handed me the information, didnt give any explanation about how to fill it out really and went back to her desk. On another occasion about a month later I needed to take off that shift and called Staffmark to let them know I would not be in on 2nd that night. I get to work the next day to find out that NO ONE called. My supervisor and everyone else was wondering where I was. Finally one of my co-workers who I was friends with on Facebook logged on and discovered through FACEBOOK what had happened. I couldve lost my job! And lastly, as the straw that broke the proverbial camels back, those of us that are temps came in to work one day two weeks ago only to find out that our jobs would be eliminated just after Thanksgiving. I went to my supervisor, told him I could no longer work there, and turned in my stuff. Went back to Staffmark and asked if reassignment was possible and the IDIOT I was talking to asked if I had given 24 hr notice. No, I did not give 24 hr notice! It just happened! What a freakin idiot! I sincerely believe they do not actually listen or care what anyone has to say in this office. Went down the street to Wood Personnel Services and was greeted with warmth and real concern about what job placement options they had for me. I will not ever use Staffmark and I will let anyone and everyone know not to use them either. Gave them one star because no stars was not an available option.
