Very nice people very helpful got me a job the first week

TPI false advertised a 500 dollar bonus for a good friend of mine and wont pay her now they will not take responsibility for mistakes there staff made in information given to her and waited until it was time to pay her when she needed the money and they had completely changed staff over to tell her nope your not getting anything sorry we cant bend rules. TPI does not take credit for there actions Im telling as many of my friends to post negative reviews for this person as possible I will change my review to a 5 star if they pay my friend the money she is owed she and her boyfriend are keeping us posted

Today they treated a friend of mine very poorly. I find it very upsetting, a company working with people would be able to treat people like this. Be aware when working with this company

I cant believe this has come this far..... Its time to speak out this is horrible. When I started work for TPI there was a sign up that said 500 dollar sign bonus that sign had nothing on it about full time or part time but it did specifically say I needed to work alot of days with 0 excused or un excused absence a month after doing all of this I noticed another flyer this one stating you needed to be full time I was very concerned about this and brought it up to my boyfriend so I called to make sure I was still eligible for this. THIS IS WHERE TPI MADE THE MISTAKE. The counter person (at the time because they go through them alot) told me yes Im still eligible that was a different flier for claremont. Now things got worse I worked instead of going to funerals of dead family members because I was struggling and needed the money then when I came time to pay me suddenly everyone forgot about the fact they told me I was eligible two weeks go by trying to get my money so I try again guess what happened next. They changed there entire staff over so I had to start from square one at this point I was so angry I couldnt talk so my boyfriend got involved. TPI told him after he rightfully defended me the owner would call back to solve this to this day I have never received a call I was supposed to receive this money months ago TPI IS A CORRUPT COMPANY THAT LIES AND REFUSES TO PAY FOR THERE MISTAKES DONT WORK HERE. NOW THEY ARE HIDING BEHIND THE FLIER THAT I CALLED ABOUT AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS STILL ELIGIBLE AFTERWARDS. SATING ITS UNFAIR TO THERE OTHER EMPLOYEES IF THEY BEND THEIR CORPORATE RULES BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE. ILL TELL YOU WHATS UNFAIR IS THE FACT I SKIPPED A FUNERAL BECAUSE TPI LIED TO ME

They are awful! An old friend is trying to get her money THEY PROMISISED her and they REFUSE to give it to her! Stay far away from this place!!!
