4 years ago after searching high & low for a job (any job, doing almost anything) I walked into Diverse praying they had something. Not only did they have work but they had something I enjoyed! I went through their whole process & was working the very next day!! The team there & specifically Ashley was so friendly & upbeat & made everything so easy. Yesterday I lost that job & I didn’t even get super stressed as most imagined I would. The reason I was able to remain so calm was I immediately thought about Diverse. Today I went back & even though it’s been so long Ashley recognized me & in her normal super professional & amazing way got my info all updated & is ready to place me again! I am very happy with my experience with Diverse staffing in lebanon. Although I have not used their other locations I have faith they are as professional as the one I am using. I walked in a week ago after watching what is currently going on in our country and our state. My parents live in upstate NY and the business my dad started by himself in 1976 as a produce and food service company with just a pickup selling on the side of the street is losing $6,000 a week. My business is currently in the off season and I knew i needed money. We will never know if another shut down is upon us and when it might happen. Watching everything going on getting a job to start income is one of the best options. Diverse will help you get almost any job you want. Lebanon is filled of companies and they will help get you to where you want to be. What I listed is why i am working. After coming to indiana almost 5 years ago knowing no one living in my old pickup trying to start my business that I hit road bump after road bump its staffing agencies like these that are here to help. Doesnt matter if your looking for a company you can go full time with and retire from or your like me and need temp work during a slow time from the full time work to keep food on your table, they are here to help. Not every job youll like believe me warehouse or manufacturing isnt for everyone. However please keep communication with Diverse and they will work with you. Remember people like you and me working entry level jobs are the fabric of that company without us other employees have to work longer hours and companies that supply food or products you use every day will eventually have to increase rates which we all as a community have to pay for.
