This staffing Agency is a joke! They will over pay you one week, and another week, and BOOM! Next they will do your check and only pay you a limited amount of hours and take the remaining of your hours away that you worked because they can not figure out how to do payrolll! Do not work here unless you want to be screwed around!

Bad organization, and bad customer service. Was there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to even ask me what I was there for, and if I didnt ask them what was going on, they dont even bother to attend me. People come in after you and get attended first, without writing their names in the useless list they have up front. Left the place after only filling an online application and felt I lost my time completely.Worst experience ever in a job agency, and hope I will never have to go back there.

They have me a start date, then after the guy was supposed to call me and never did I called him after a huge wait, he got in the phone to inform me of the reasons I couldnt work there.. What is weird is I told him personally about it and it wasnt a problem then.... So I think I was the wrong skin color.

If your NOT SPANISH dont go there. They will LIE just to get bodies in the building. I was told that i would make 14 a hour depending on my experience. I have experience and pass the equipment test and instead they gave the position to a spanish girl that didnt even pass her EPJ test. They really do only look out for spanish people smh. And i have text messages and paperwork to prove my point. Strongly thinking about calling cooperate. Because i shouldnt lose money when im qualified and passed tge necessary test and they still gave to a spanish girl and not me.

I am neither Spanish nor previously aquainted with the employees, but was offered a position immediately at a job fair. They were as professional as you could ask for, Google maps did not direct me to the strip mall that they are located in but it wasnt difficult to find.

Ok I worked here and at first it was great!! The I lost a couple jobs through them because of attends, ok thats on me. So 6 months later I get a call from them. I didnt apply again and didnt call them first. They said they have a position at Dollar General Warehouse I said to them on the phone. R u sure I am rehireablw because the last thing I was told 6 months I would never be rehire. And I also ask r u sure Dollar General said I could come they said yes u r on the list. Ok I said Ill be in to do the drug test and paperwork. Ok great so I go in and do all that and I even overheard one of the ladys ask r u sure he can go back there and the one lady said yes if hes on the list hes fine and can go back. So after finishing the paperwork they emailed Dollars General to see when I could start. Then come 4 days later I get a call from Berks and Beyond saying they dont want me back. Im ok u just told me u already talk to them and I was on a list of people that could. So u lied to me. So they told me to come in and they could find me something else, so I did. Then I go in and one of the ladys takes me back and say I couldnt go back to Dollar General because my attendance and because of past attendance they would call me later on in the afternoon after the talk to there branch manager to see if they could even place me anywhere for work. So its been 2 weeks now and Im waiting for a call.This place needs to get the stuff together and stop telling people one thing and then telling them another 5 times. Playing with people saying u can help, then u cant is not funny and very unprofessional. This office branch in Lebanon needs new management and better communication between employee. O ya if u get hired on and they do a random drug test and u test positive for marijuana, they let it go. Because I worked at Samsung in Bethal and a lot of people if not everyone there smokes which is keep. But we all know they would and did test positive for THC and we all kept r job. Unless the Branch Manager at the temp agencie that is giving the test either doesnt care or she doesnt know how to read the test. So as long as u pass the drug test when u r hired they dont care if u pass or fail during random test.

Possibly worst temp agency in Central PA.. The Spanish ladies in the Lebanon area are liars, unprofessional, and rude. They have really bad attitudes towards you. They only give jobs to people they either know or to Spanish people.

They took good care of me, but the problem that agencies have is that they send 15 people when in reality the factory needs 3 thats what happened to me. The TWO jobs that they offered me ahhh and I guided 45 minutes in each one so that it is not easy that is why working x agencies is the worst so I will look for one that is direct x the company

Here in this agency they send you to samsumg and dollar general or other factories or companies etc ... to book a tour and then you risk coming to those places from so far away,,, they tell you!
