The team at this location are extraordinary! Recruiter (Katie I think??) so sweet and helpful! Very professional and deals with unreasonable people, better than I could!

Developed a hernia from my work and my workmens comp claim was denied. This isnt a place that values its hardest working employees and this devaluing is evidenced in how it addresses the challenges met by these employees. If you come to work here do the least amount you can, dont take initiative, and dont perform any more that the next person because it wont be rewarded and incredibly you might be penalized. To add insult to injury, except for one case, most of the treatment I received post injury has left me feeling like some sort of trash. Again save yourself the indignity that results from over performing.

Extremely nice place.. nice people always caring and do what they say.. I love this staffing agency. They staff is calm and collective they make sure you get where you need to be.. love you guys!

Unprofessional, they completely wasted my time, money on gas, and time to look for a job with people wants to do business!!after applying and following all their instructions, gone to start day and a lady told me sorry your background check is not yet complete!!!, and her manager tried to call me and didn’t answer which is not correct asked her why she didn’t leave me voice mail, answer my voice mail not setup which is not true, asked why you didn’t send me email, she has no answer and didn’t apologizehad to go back homeLater their Manager called me and even she is not sure about reason!!, she told me that I didn’t attend orientation, which is not true, I reached their office 3 min late due to traffic and a lady told me you are here for orientation answered yes, sign this paper and go to the hall she said.Their manager told me you didn’t “ sign-in” on the computer !!!How I know ?????!!!! if he employee don’t know !!!!!And she given misunderstandings as an excuse!!!!And didn’t apologize until I requested !!!Not a good place to take care of its employees.

Other reviews are correct, no way to contact them by phone.No communication. Rude staff. No one here knows whats going on. Ive had to reschedule my interview THREE times because I schedule it, show up, and get told the shift I want isnt available so I should come back later..Finally got them to finish my interview and it was a FOUR hour wait just for a mouth swab and signing a paper.Three weeks later and Im STILL waiting for a hire date. No way to contact this dump and find out whats going on either.How can they run a staffing agency, let alone one for Amazon, with these kind of practices??

Horrible experience. I filled out paperwork, did drug test and background check. Got an email that said come to Lebanon (which is almost an hour away) and bring two forms of ID and I called the phone number and was told the same thing. Then when I drive all the way there they are like no you dont have to come back here I have been waiting 3 weeks and no communication whatsoever about anything Im completely in the dark and I thought the point of direct hire was to start work right away??. Then I go to All Star Personnel and they got me working already within a week. Will never go to Integrity Staffing Solutions again nor will I ever recommend it to a friend.

Nobody answers the phone and they are not reliable. Never open
